レンのもとへあずさがやって来る！
ミスパンダは偽ミスパンダに嵌められ、浜口死刑囚を殺害した容疑で指名手配されてしまう。
直輝もミスパンダと行動を共にした共犯者として追われている。
そんな直輝のもとにMr.ノーコンプライアンスから着信がかかってきて「まんまと嵌められましたね。あなたとはこれまでです。あなたと私は一切無関係です。ああそうだ、ミスパンダはあなたの方で殺処分しておいてください。」と告げられるのだった。
一方、門田が何者かに殺されてしまい、レンは大きなショックを受けていた。
レンは無理してバイトに行くのだが、表情は浮かなかった。そんなレンのことが春男と佳恵は心配でたまらない。
レンは直輝に「助けてください」というメールを送る…。
その頃、神代は、7年前のショッピングモール爆破事件で弟を亡くした遺族・陽一と恭子に会いに行き、浜口が殺された時間帯に何をしていたか尋ねる。二人にはアリバイが無かった。
神代は二人に「浜口が殺されてどう思いましたか？」と尋ねると、二人は「殺してくれたミスパンダには感謝しています。ミスパンダがやらなかったら私達が殺してました」と答えるのだった。
直輝が喫茶店にいると、神代が有能警察官コンビ・ハブとマングースを連れてやってくる。
ハブとマングースは神代にミスパンダについて知っていることがあったら何でも教えてください、と頼むが、神代は「考えておきます。」と答えるのだった。
ハブとマングースが喫茶店から去ると、神代は直輝に先ほどの陽一と恭子の情報とインタビュー映像を渡す。
レンのもとには直輝から「もう会えない」という連絡が来ていた…。
そんなレンのもとに、あずさが訪ねてくる。
あずさはレンに、直輝とレンが一緒に写っているいくつもの写真を突き付け、直輝との関係を問い詰める。
写真の中には、レンと直輝が抱き合ってるものもあった。
「知り合いです。」と答えるレンにあずさは、自分と直輝のベッド写真を見せつける。
「森島さんが婚約者がいるって知ってどんな気持ちですか？婚約者がいる人と抱き合うってどんな気持ちですか？お答えください。」と責め、レンはひたすら「ごめんなさい」と繰り返し謝るのだった。
最後にあずさは「もうこれ以上、直輝を弄ばないでください。お願いします。」と頭を下げ、去って行くのだった。
爆破事件の真犯人が判明
直輝は陽一と恭子のもとを訪れ、「昨日、人を殺しましたよね？」と迫る。
しかし、その直後警察官がやって来たので、直輝はその場から立ち去るのだった。
一方、レンは無理して明るく振る舞いながらバイト先で、常連たちと将棋を指す。
そんな中、ミスパンダが逮捕されたというニュースが流れる。逮捕されたのは、陽一と恭子だった。
そのことを直輝は神代から聞かされるのだが、直輝は陽一と恭子に直接会い、この二人はシロだということを確信していたため驚く。
どう考えても陽一と恭子はシロをクロにされている、つまり誰かに嵌められていると感じたのだった。
直輝と神代はまた喫茶店で会い、神代は直輝に資料を渡す。イワキケイタという自殺した元警察官の情報がそこには入っており、この人物が七年前の爆破事件の真犯人であるということが分かった。
その後、直輝はMr.ノーコンプライアンスに会いに行く。
直輝は「今回の事件、仕組んだのはあなたではありませんよね？Mr.ノーコンプライアンス。これからシロクロつけます。」と告げるのだった。
佐島がミスパンダに捕らえられた！
その夜、レンはバイト先に一人で残っていた。
するとそこに直輝がやって来る。
直輝は「レン、最後にちゃんと話がしたい。」と告げるのだった。
レンは直輝に「ごめんなさい、恋人いるんですよね。私、知らなくて。あの、こんなこと言ったら変かもしれないけど、それでも直輝さんに会えて良かったです。直輝さんのおかげで前向きになれました。ありがとうございました。さよなら、直輝さん。」と告げ、直輝も「さよなら。」と告げるのだった。
しかしその直後、直輝はコーヒーに牛乳をゆっくり回し入れ、レンはミスパンダに覚醒する。
ミスパンダはゴリラ大臣こと・佐島（Mr.ノーコンプライアンス）を人質に取り、パンダチャンネルを配信する。
ミスパンダは「まさか人殺しだと疑われるなんて。慰謝料として笹10年分と選挙権を要求します！もし持ってこなかったら、殺っちゃうかも？」と宣言するのだった。
そしてミスパンダは暇だからという理由で、佐島に熱々のおでんをつけようとする。
そこへ、ハブとマングースが駆けつける。
ミスパンダは「やっぱりこの場所がすぐわかったね。これ以上近づくとやばいことになるよ？」と笑いながら、熱々のこんにゃくを佐島の顔に近づける。
ハブとマングースが近寄った時、いきなり上から網が出てきて、二人は捕らえられてしまう。
一方、その頃、神代はイワキケイタの実家を訪ねていた。
母親は神代に帰ってくださいと言うのだが、神代は「浜口を殺したのは恐らく警察です。息子さんのしたことは許されない。でも息子さんを追いつめたのは警察です。もうこれ以上、警察による犠牲を出したくない。」と告げる。
一旦中止されたパンダチャンネルの配信が開始され、佐島の他にハブとマングースが捕らえられていた。
ミスパンダは次々にクイズを出す。
そこで今回の事件の真実が明かされる…。
衝撃的な真実が明らかに！
7年前、警察が浜口さんを誤認逮捕した後、真犯人は自殺した警察官・イワキケイタだと気づいたにも関わらず、口封じのためにハブとマングースがそれぞれ偽ミスパンダと偽飼育員を装って浜口さんを殺害。さらに陽一と恭子にその罪をなすりつけたのだった。
また、佐島は実は直輝に「これが最後です。助けてください。」と頼まれており、わざと捕らえられてミスパンダと直輝に協力したのだった。
そこへ警察官が大量に駆けつけ、佐島は解放され、ハブとマングースは逮捕されたのだった。
そしてミスパンダが逃げ出す時、おでんの鍋にぶつかってしまい、燃え広がる。その炎を見た途端、ミスパンダの表情が変わる…。
その後、今回の浜口死刑囚殺害事件の一連の報道と共に、神代が撮ったイワキケイタの母親のインタビュー映像がニュースに流れる。
イワキケイタは「爆破事件の犯人は自分である」と書いた遺書を残して自殺しており、母親はその遺書をケイタの上司に渡したが揉み消されてしまったと語ったのだ。
しかし決定的な証拠がないため、世間では「なにこれ警察が一番怖いじゃん！でもどうせこの件はうやむやにされるんだろ。警察腐ってる」と騒がれることに。
ミスパンダは警察の追ってから逃れ、一人で外のベンチに座っていた。そこへ直輝がやってくる。
直輝は「お疲れ、ミスパンダ」と声をかけると、ミスパンダは怯えたように「あなた、誰ですか？どうして私はこんなところにいるんですか？」と告げる。
直輝が「君は…」と言うと、ミスパンダは「私は、リコです。」と答えるのだった。

偽ミスパンダと偽飼育員さんが警察官だとは思いもしませんでした！誤認逮捕をもみ消すために無実である浜口さんを殺し、更に罪を爆破事件の被害者遺族になすりつけるなんて最低にもほどがありますね！
警察恐ろしいです。
今回、門田が誰に殺されたのか全く話題に上がりませんでしたが、門田の死の真相もとても気になります。門田のことも警察が殺したのでしょうか？
また、物語ラストで、リコの人格が蘇りましたね！一体これからどうなるのでしょうか…。

「ミスパンダと飼育員さん」というぶっ飛んだ設定にドン引きする層は一定数必ずいるし、脚本先行型なので感情の流れを深追いする作品でもない。ただ、フィクション要素が強い一方で、アクションが本物であることがこのドラマの説得力であり大きな魅力。#シロクロ#白でも黒でもない世界でパンダは笑う
