それでは病室で念仏を唱えないでください4話のネタバレあらすじをご紹介します。
患者の家族が手術中止を訴える…。
緊急オペを終え、松本達はスタッフルームへと戻ってきた。
松本は心外の児嶋が手伝ってくれたおかげで手術は成功したと感謝する。
しかし、サトリ世代の研修医・田中は松本の「すべての患者を受け入れたい。すべての命を漏らさず救済する千手観音のように」という考えに反対し、田中と松本は言い合いになってしまうのだった。
その夜、救急の手術を児嶋が手伝ったことを知った濱田は児嶋に「君には僕のオペの第一助手に入ってもらうから、救急に関わるのはやめるように。」と宣告する。
同じ頃、救命救急センターに階段から転落した長沢功一という患者が運ばれてきた。
術後の後遺症も考えられるので早急なオペが必要とされ、松本は手術の立ち合いも含め、脳外の医師と共に手術室へ向かった。
田中は吉田に手術室の外で、「よくあんな患者のオペしますよね。オペしたって寝たきりか植物状態ですよ。」と話していた。
その話を、駆けつけた長沢の妻・奈穂と娘・沙織が聞いてしまい、手術中止を訴えてくる。
奈穂は「私はあの人の介護なんてしたくない！」と泣きわめくが、沙織が「お母さんいい加減にして。とにかく手術してください」と言ったので、長沢の手術は続行されることに。
その後、松本は田中に「どういうつもりだ？」と問いかけると、「ただ俺は自分の考えを話していただけです。俺は研修医なのにあっちが勝手に勘違いして…。でも俺は自分が言ったこと間違ってると思いません。」と答える。
松本は「お前自分の家族でも同じこと言えるか？」と聞くと、田中は「はい。うちは医者の家系ですし。医療には限界がありますから。」と答える。
しかし、田中の先ほどの長沢の家族の前での中途半端な態度を松本は指摘し、「死ぬか生きるかの現場で何の覚悟もないまま命の線引きなんかするなよ。お前は医者だろ。」と告げる。
田中は何も答えずにその場を去ってしまうのだった。
松本が逮捕！？
翌日、松本は濱田とすれ違った際、児嶋が救急のオペを手伝ってくれて助かった旨を話す。すると濱田は「児嶋先生はもう救急を手伝いません。」と告げ、松本は「なんでそんなに救急を目の敵にするんだよ。俺に何か文句があるのか？」と告げる。
濱田は「僕の未来予想図を邪魔する者には容赦しません。恨むなら恨んでどうぞ。覚悟はできてます。」と飄々と答えるのだった。
その後、児嶋は初めて濱田のオペの第一助手を務め、濱田からは「64点。60点以上が合格だから。詳しい採点はあとでグラフにして説明する。」と告げられる。
そして、濱田は児嶋に次はとても珍しい症例の小児の手術をやってもらうからと告げ、「こんな症例の手術できるなんてラッキーだよ」と話す。そんな濱田の「ラッキー」という言葉に児嶋は引っかかりを感じる。
一方、ジム帰りの松本は小学生の男の子・品川凱斗が一人で公園のブランコを漕いでいるのを見つける。「こんな時間にどうしたんだ？」と声をかけると、凱斗の手が腫れ、不自然な赤みや体に無数の傷があることに気が付く。
「転んだ」としか言わない凱斗の症状を服をめくって調べようとするが、その様子を見た主婦に、変質者と間違われ警察に通報されてしまう。
警察官が来て、松本の所持品などをチェックされていると、そこに児嶋が通りかかり「松本先生！？」と声をかけてくれたので、松本は連行されずに済んだのだった。
松本は警察に「あの子の傷、虐待の恐れがあるので、児童相談所に通報してください。」と言う。警察は凱斗を送り届けようとするのだが、凱斗はそれを断って一人で帰ろうとする。
松本は凱斗に「お父さんお母さんに何かされた？」と尋ねるのだが、凱斗は「僕が悪いから。」と答えるのだった。
数日後、あおば台病院に、小学校教諭・植木が松本を訪ねてやってきた。先日の凱斗の件で警察から小学校に連絡が来たのだという。
松本は植木から話を聞くと、凱斗の母親はシングルマザーで若い男と再婚し、そして凱斗を虐待しているのだという。
その後、田中は長沢の様子をみていると沙織がやってくる。沙織は「やっぱり手術しない方が良かったのかな。母はあれから一度も来ていません。父は昔から遊び人で、浮気も何度も。だから母は…」と話し、「家族ってどこも色々ありますよ。俺も浪人して地方の医大を出たけど、父が不満みたいで…」と田中も話すのだった。
田中は代々続く医者の家系で千葉にある大病院の御曹司なのだ。
長沢が目を覚ます！
その後、松本が看護師に呼ばれ、長沢にDICの兆候が見られると聞く。松本は「よく気付いてくれましたね。」と言うが、それは田中が見つけたのだという。
そしてその看護師は「田中さんは患者さんのことよく見てますよ。」と告げるのだった。
松本は田中に「DICの兆候やく見つけたな。お前が見つけなかったらやばかったよ。よく助けてくれたな。」と言うが、田中は「助けたって言うんですかね。奥さん、あれから一度も来ていないんですよ。」と呟く。
その後、松本は清掃員のおばちゃんから奈穂を毎日病院の色んなところで見るという情報を聞く。そして今も食堂にいた、と聞いたので、松本は急いで向かう。
本当に奈穂がいたため、松本は「今日はご主人に会っていかれませんか？」と声をかけるのだった。
そして松本は奈穂を病室に連れていき、意識障害が続いていることを説明する。病室には沙織と田中もいた。
奈穂は長沢に「あんなにいい格好しいだったのにね。こんな姿、誰にも見せられないよね、私以外。これからは食事もトイレも全部私の指示に従ってもらいますからね。覚悟してよ、お父さん。」と涙を流す。
すると、長沢が目を開けたのだった。
奈穂は「お父さん！良かった！お父さん！生きててくれてありがとう。良かった。」と泣きじゃくり、その様子を見ていた田中も涙ぐむ。
その後、田中は父親に電話して「父さん、俺もう少しここで研修しようと思う。もう少しここで救うってことを勉強したいんだ。」と告げていた。
電話は途中で切られてしまったが、その直後松本が「田中。」と微笑みながら声をかける。
田中は「あ、ということでこれからもよろしくお願いします。」と頭を下げ、二人は和解するのだった。
凱斗の姉・愛羅が運ばれてくるのだが…
その後、児嶋が松本を訪ねて救急に行くと、5歳の女の子が運ばれてきたため、児嶋が対応する。
松本も駆けつけ、女の子の手術は無事に成功した。
手術後、児嶋は松本に「私、このところどんな医師になりたいか考えていました。私、答えがでなくて。でも今、自然に手が動いてわかりました。先生、救急に来ても…」と言いかけたところで、看護師から松本が呼ばれる。
小学校教諭・植木に伴われ、女の子が運ばれてきたのだ。その子は、以前公園で虐待を疑った少年・凱斗の姉・愛羅だった。
松本は愛羅に「何があった？」と聞くと、「お父さんは、悪くないから…。」と意識朦朧とした中答える。
三宅がモニターを確認すると、なんと愛羅は子宮外妊娠をしていることが分かった。
松本や三宅達は懸命に愛羅の処置に当たるが、愛羅は息を引き取ってしまう。
植木は「ごめん、助けてあげられなくてごめん」と泣き崩れる。
その後、警察官が到着すると、後ろから母親と継父が来る。
植木は「お母さん、何やってたんですか！？お父さん、ご自分が愛羅さんに何したか分かってますか！？」と言うと、継父は「え！？あいつ喋ったの！？先生あいつの言うこと信じるんすか？あいつから誘ってきたんだよ！」とふざけた態度を取る。
松本は怒りが頂点に達し、継父を殴りつけるのだった。

松本とかなりバチバチやりあっていましたが、田中も「人の命を救う」ということの意味に気が付けて、松本と和解できたので良かったです！
しかし、後半はかなり胸糞悪い展開になりましたね…。
愛羅と凱斗は母親と再婚相手の継父から虐待されており、しかも愛羅は継父から性的虐待を受け子宮外妊娠をしていました。
愛羅は命を落としてしまいましたし、もう辛すぎて、母親と継父に怒りがこみ上げました。
物語ラストで、ふざけたことを抜かす継父を松本がぶん殴ったのはすっきりしました。
しかしもちろん医者がそんなことして許されるはずはないので、松本は謹慎処分を受けるようですね。
愛羅は残念ながら亡くなってしまいましたが、せめて凱斗だけでも幸せになれると良いのですが…。
