黒澤のパイロット引退宣言に春田は激しく動揺する。
春田は激しく動揺し、すぐさま獅子丸に何故黒澤がパイロットを辞めることになったのか聞く。
すると獅子丸は「俺も驚いたよ。理由は、パイロットとして完全なフライトが出来なくなったから。」と答えるのだった。
その夜、春田は成瀬と二人でグラタンを食べ、春田は「しのさんどこにいるんだろうな…」と呟く。
その頃四宮は、なんと黒澤の自宅にやっかいになっていたのだった。
黒澤、緋夏、四宮はわいわい楽しくご飯を食べており、緋夏は「考えてみれば三人とも春ちゃんに振られた組じゃん」と笑い出す。
黒澤は春田に対して「感謝をしている」と告げており、そんな黒澤の【愛の境地】に四宮はいたく感動し、黒澤に弟子入りを願い出るのだった。
翌日、春田は黒澤に「キャプテンからもっと教わりたいことがたくさんあったのに。辞めないでください。」と告げていた。春田が寒さでくしゃみをすると、黒澤は自分のマフラーを春田に巻き付けてあげるのだった。
黒澤のラストフライトはクリスマスイブに決まった。
春田は根古達とどんな風に黒澤を送り出そうか相談していた。
するとそこに獅子丸がやって来て、「普通が一番だよ。あとアルバムでも作ろうか」と言い、皆賛同するのだった。
黒澤杯相撲大会が開催される！
仕事帰り、成瀬は四宮に「何故寮を出ていったんですか？」と聞くのだが、四宮はそのことには答えず「それより春田とはどうなんだ？うまくいってるのか？」と聞く。
「マジで言ってるんですか？だから俺は…！」と成瀬は言いかける。
その後春田、成瀬、四宮は黒澤に土手に呼び出され、黒澤は突然「相撲を取ろう！」と宣言し、『黒澤杯相撲大会』が開催されることに。
最初は四宮と黒澤が相撲を取り、四宮が「今の状況が苦し過ぎる。」と本音を打ち明けると、黒澤は「そんなことで苦しいなら俺はとっくに死んでるわ！」と叱咤する。
続いて成瀬には「機長を目指すならもっと周りを信用して自分を開け！」とアドバイスを送り、春田には「この真っすぐ甘えん坊将軍め！お前に言うことは何も無い！自分で考えろ！」と激励するのだった。
そして最後は三人で一斉に黒澤にかかっていき、泣いて笑って絆を深めあっていくのだった。
相撲大会終了後、三人は黒澤に「キャプテ～ン」と泣きつく。
黒澤は「おいおいお前ら子供みたいだな。いくつだ。」と尋ねると、「30です。」（成瀬）「35です。」（春田）「41です。」（四宮）とそれぞれ答え、「皆おっさんじゃねえか！」と黒澤が突っ込み、笑うのだった。
その夜、緋夏は黒澤に「パイロット生活本当にお疲れ様でした。」と感謝の気持ちを伝え、加えて「あともう一つ。春ちゃんのことを話てくれた時、最初はパニックになっちゃったけど、私はお父さんの第二の人生全力で応援する！飛べ！黒澤武蔵！！」と激励するのだった。
成瀬が春田に感謝の気持ちを伝える
四宮は寮に戻り、三人で四宮の手料理をわいわい食べるのだった。
その後、春田が四宮に「今度しのさんのチーズインハンバーグが食べたいです。」とお願いするのだが、四宮は「残念。お前のリクエストはもう聞かん。甘えるな。」と答える。
春田が「え～！なんでよ！」と抗議していると、成瀬が「コンビニ行こ。」と春田を誘い、二人でコンビニへと向かう。
成瀬は春田に「最近俺、変わったって言われるんですよね。多分それ春田さんのせいです。今の方が良いみたいなんで心外なんですけど。
あのね、今までの俺だったら何も考えずに春田さんとも付き合ってたと思うんです。でもね、俺にとって春田さんは大切な人でから、それはできない。
誰かを大事にしたいとか好きだって思う気持ちとか、そういうのいっぱい教えてくれたのはあなたです。だから、春田さんのこと尊敬してます。ありがとうございます。」と泣きながら感謝の気持ちを伝える。
春田は涙ぐみながら成瀬を抱き締め、「成瀬、ありがとね。」と告げるのだった。
そして迎えた、黒澤のラストフライトの日。
春田は機内アナウンスを自ら申し出るのだった。
春田は機内アナウンスで「本日は、機長の黒澤について最後のフライトとなります。黒澤キャプテンは本当にめちゃくちゃな人で、こないだも皆を土手に集めていきなり相撲を取ろう！って。そこで本気でぶつかりあっていっぱい笑って泣いて、そうやってまた絆が強くなって。
僕たちクルーはキャプテンにたくさん愛された分、僕たちも誰かを幸せにしたいと思って、ここに立っています。何が言いたいのか分からなくなってしまいましたが、本日も責任をもってお客様を目的地にお連れいたします！快適な空の旅をお楽しみください！」と話すのだった。
春田が想いを告げたのは、あの人…！！
黒澤は無事に最後のフライトを終え、黒澤は皆に盛大な拍手で迎えられる。
それぞれが黒澤に感謝の言葉を告げていると、道端が黒澤に「これ春田さんから…」と言いながら【テレポートで待つなり。春田】と書いてあるメモを手渡す。
その後、獅子丸が皆に「なんと黒澤キャプテンは、指導教官としてここに残ってくれることになりました！」と告げ、皆盛大に喜ぶのだった。
四宮と成瀬は寮で二人でグラタンを作っており、四宮は成瀬に「お前俺のどこがいいの？」と尋ねると、成瀬は「なんか見てられないんですよね。だってどことなく残念じゃないですか。」と答える。
四宮は「それお前が言うか？！どこだって聞いてるんだよ。」と再度尋ねると、成瀬は「どこがいいのかなあ…」と告げる。
その後二人は仲良くグラタンを味見し、キスをするのだった。
一方、黒澤は春田に呼び出された場所に行くと、春田は黒澤に「ラストフライトお疲れ様でした。あの、好きです。俺はキャプテンが好きです。」と突然の告白をする。
黒澤は「なにを言ってるんだよ。冗談は辞めてくれよ。」と戸惑うと、春田は「冗談じゃありません。キャプテンと離れたくないんです。キャプテンがいない毎日なんか考えられません。」と答え、黒澤は「それは上司と部下としてってことだろ！？好きとかそういうのじゃないだろ！？」と告げる。
春田は「俺もよくわかんないんですよ！この気持ちが何なのか。ただ俺は、キャプテンが、俺にくれた愛情が嬉しくて、温かくて、支えられてて、だから、なんか、これから先も、キャプテンの隣で、一緒に幸せ見つけられたらいいなって思ったんです。だから、キャプテン。俺から言わせてください。キャプテンのこと好きになってもいいですかー！？」と、告げる。
黒澤は「いやいやいやお前何を言ってるんだよ。嘘だ。絶対に嘘だ。」としゃがみこんでしまう。
春田は再度「キャプテンのこと、好きになってもいいですかー！？」と尋ねると、黒澤は立ち上がり、手で大きく丸をつくりながら「丸～！！」と叫ぶ。
春田は泣きながら黒澤のもとへ駆け寄り、二人は抱き締め合うのだった。

素晴らしい最終回でした！特にラストシーンが、意外性もありとても良かったです。
まさか春田が黒澤に告白するとは…！しかも告白の仕方も良かったですよね。以前黒澤が春田にした絶叫告白と同じ言い回しで「キャプテンのこと好きになってもいいですかー！？」って。
二人が結ばれたのすごく嬉しいです。前作では、春田は黒澤とは結ばれなかったので、今作で幸せな黒澤を見ることが出来てしみじみ良かったなあと思います。
また、四宮と成瀬も急接近しましたね！キスしましたし、この二人が正式に付き合う日も近いのではないでしょうか！
それぞれがとても良い恋の結末を迎えられたので、最高の最終回でした！

今回は、好きとか恋とかでは無く「人を愛するとは何なのか」という壮大なテーマを考えさせられた
また田中圭さん演じる春田のなんとも言えない表情がリアルで苦しかった

武蔵は3回春田に告白してるけど、最初の時は春田はけっこう軽く振っていて、2回目は気持ちに応えられない辛さで泣きそうになっていて、ファイナルアプローチでは思わず涙を流した後、武蔵を見送る顔がなぜか幸せそうだった。これだけ見ても春田の心境の変化が現れてたんだなぁ#おっさんずラブinthesky
