「グランメゾン東京」10話のネタバレあらすじ
色が変わっている人物名をクリックすると人物紹介が見られます
3年前のミスを謝る平古
尾花からグランメゾン東京に誘われた平古だったが、無理だと断る。尾花に言われてグランメゾン東京に行き、倫子たちの前で謝罪する。
それを聞いた相沢は、ミスは仕方がないがその後の対応が料理人として許せないと言う。
謝った後、帰ろうとする平古を止める尾花。その様子を見た京野は「最高の料理を俺が作る」と言い、包丁を握るのだった。
出来上がった料理を食べ美味しいと言う平古に掴みかかる京野。自分が全力で作ったこの料理よりも、平古の作ったまかないの方が何百倍も美味しいと言う。
料理人としての限界を感じてギャルソンに転向した京野は、平古の料理には人の心を動かす力があると言い、逃げるのは料理を諦めた人間に失礼だと話すのだった。
平古がグランメゾン東京に来ることで強くなると言う京野。
萌絵の提案で開業中は裏方に回りメニュー開発を手伝うことになるものの、相沢は反対していた。
平古のニュースが流れ、美優が父親とgakuに現れて全力で潰すと憤る。
平古の代わりにスー・シェフになった柿谷が丹後にはむかい、厨房から出ていけと言われていた。
倫子の家に戻る尾花
ミシュランの審査まで1か月を切り、メニュー開発を急ぐように言う京野。ミシュランの審査基準などを説明し、毎日真剣に料理に向き合うことを確認するのだった。
メインの開発を尾花と平古でやることになり、峰岸が持ってきた肉の中から、キジバトを使ってメニューを開発することを決める尾花たち。
ミシュランの審査員が早めに訪れることも考え、新しくできたメニューからお客さんに出していくことになる。
平古がアパートを引き払ってしまったため、京野の家に転がり込む。だが荷物でいっぱいになり寝る場所がないため、尾花は倫子の家に戻ることになるのだった。
相沢が考えた前菜を試食する倫子たち。尾花が美味しそうに上を向くのを見て、ガッツポーズをする相沢。
倫子のはからいで前菜を試食した平古も、美味しいと言う。いつもより嬉しそうな相沢を見て驚く倫子に、尾花に認められたことが嬉しいのだろうと言う平古。
gakuを去る丹後
一方gakuでは、丹後が新メニューを江藤が試食していた。湯葉を使ったメニューを褒める江藤でしたが、そこに結月が現れる。
gakuの制服を着ているのを見て、新しいスー・シェフかと尋ねる丹後。だが結月は江藤がシェフとして採用したのだった。
平古が居なくなり自信を無くした丹後を見ていた江藤は、自信のないシェフには三つ星は獲れないと考えたのだった。
グランメゾン東京に美優が訪れる。店内に案内した尾花に、平古の行方を探していると言う美優。
マスコミに記事が出てから、心配していると言う。以前見た時よりも痩せていることに気づいた尾花は、ごちそうさせて欲しいと言い、コースを振る舞う。
壁越しに様子を伺っていた平古はそこまでしなくていいと言うが、出された料理を美味しそうに食べる。
尾花が運んだモンブランを食べ、美味しそうに笑う美優。平古が萌絵と作っていることを知り、色々なモンブランを食べ歩いたと言い、その中でもダントツに美味しいと言うのだった。
尾花に、父親のことももうどうでもいいと言い、気にせずにグランメゾン東京で働くべきだと伝えて欲しいと言うと「もう伝わっていると思う」と言う尾花。
美優が帰るのと入れ違いに、リンダが入ってくる。栞奈に気づいて「まだ働いてだの？」と言い、平古がここに居るのだろうと強引に奥まで入ってくる。
ドアを開けると尾花が待ち構えていて、中を探るが平古は居なかった。尾花に警告をするが、3日後にメイン料理の新メニューを出すから食べにくるように言うのだった。
平古の正式な加入
改めて自分がいることで迷惑がかかるから辞めると言う平古。だがメニューの開発を最後までやるように指示する尾花。
キジバトの調理方法のアイデアを出し合う尾花たち。付け合わせは倫子が作ると言い、相沢にも聞くと、ソースを作ると言う。
平古を辞めさせないようにする方法を考える京野に、あることを思いつく尾花。
翌日、リンダが試食に来る時間が迫っていると言い、店を去ろうとする平古。だがそこにリンダがやってくる。
平古にはリンダが来る時間を遅めに伝えていたのだった。
新メニューができリンダに料理を運んでいく。すると尾花が、平古に感想を聞いて来いと言う。
この料理で三つ星が獲れるかと聞く尾花に、無理だと答えるリンダ。一皿で決めることはできないし、平古のいる店に星はつけさせないと言い帰るのだった。
料理でリンダを納得させられなかったのだと言い、悔しくないのかと聞く尾花。尾花たちと一緒に料理が作りたいと泣きながら答える平古。
尾花に「最高のチームができたな」と声をかける京野だった。

迷惑をかけると加入を断っていた平古でしたが、やはり料理の道から離れることはできなかったようです。最後に一緒に料理がしたいと言った平古の言葉に感動した相沢の表情に、感動しました。
完璧なチームがやっと出来上がり、最終回を前に期待でいっぱいです。
