萌絵が倒れる
栞奈が今月いっぱいでグランメゾン東京を辞め、フードライターに戻ることになる。
ミシュランの審査を前に審査開始までの1か月の間に、コースメニューのうちの8種類を変更すると言う。
ワインも日本産の物に変えたいと言う尾花。京野はヨーロッパのワインに偏ってしまっているため、栞奈にチョイスしてくれないかと言い出す尾花。
gakuでもミシュランの審査に向けて、新メニューを考えていた。
そこにフランス大使館のフェルナン・文則・ベルナールがやってくる。3年前のアレルギー食材混入の犯人が平古だという情報を得たと言い、事情を聞きたいと言ってくる。
丹後がフォローし、今は抜けられないから無理だと追い返すのだった。
休みの日に試飲会を開き、栞奈がオススメのワインを何本か用意し、尾花を始め他のメンバーたちも気に入るワインが見つかるのだった。
その直後、萌絵が体調不良で倒れてしまう。慌てて萌絵のところに駆けつける尾花たちだったが、栞奈が落としたバッグの中から瓶が転がるのを相沢が見ていた。
病院に運ばれた萌絵は、ノロウィルスにかかっていることが判明する。
栞奈とワイナリーに行く尾花たち
病院で、萌絵がノロウィルスにかかったことをリンダに報告する栞奈。病院の判断で感染の拡大がみられないうちは保健所への連絡はしないということも知らせる。
それを聞いたリンダは、店が隠蔽したとリークすれば、お互いに復讐が果たせると言うのだった。
倫子の家で対策を練る尾花たち。萌絵が作った料理が原因だった場合、その料理を食べたお客さんにも危険が及ぶと心配する京野たち。
試飲会の際の生ガキは大丈夫かと言う倫子の言葉を聞き、萌絵が試飲会の前に生ガキを食べたことを告げる芹田。
生ガキは栞奈が仕入れた物だった。栞奈の様子がおかしかったことを話す相沢。
翌日、臨時休業中の店に訪れた栞奈は、保健所の人が来ていることに驚く。尾花たちは自ら保健所に連絡し、徹底的に調べることでお客さんの安全を確保しようと考えたのだと言う。
前日にレストランを訪れたお客さんの元を周り、安全確認もする京野。
そして尾花と倫子が栞奈の案内で、試飲会で気に入ったワインのワイナリーに行く。尾花たちを案内しながら、ワインについて熱く語る栞奈。
3人が店に戻ったと同時に、お客さんの元を訪ねていた京野も戻ってくる。萌絵の料理を食べたお客さん全員の安全が確認でき、後は保健所の検査結果を待つだけだった。
3年前のことを打ち明ける平古
手分けをして新メニューを考えるメンバーたち。尾花はワインが主役となる前菜を考案する。
瓶を手にしながら、栞奈はリンダにグランメゾン東京を潰すためになんとかするように言われたことを思い出していた。
その頃、リンダは平古を呼び出して3年前の混入事件の犯人について尋ねていた。平古は正直に自分が犯人だと告白し、グランメゾン東京には手を出さないように言い立ち去る。
その後、リンダの元に現れたベルナールに、平古の告白を録音した物をを渡すのだった。
リンダに打ち明けたことを京野に報告する平古。情報が漏れていたことを話し、グランメゾン東京にスパイがいるかもしれないから気をつけるようにと言う。
電話を切った後、栞奈の履歴書に書かれた父親の「久住壮次郎」と言う名前を見て何かを思い出した京野は、慌てて店に戻る。
店に戻った京野は、栞奈に謝罪する。3年前の日仏首脳会談の場所の選定を行っていたのが、外務省に勤める栞奈の父親だったのだ。
なぜこの店にわざわざ来たのかと聞く倫子に、復讐のためにグランメゾン東京に来たことや、萌絵にノロウィルスを食べさせたことも打ち明ける。
仲間になる栞奈
店を立ち去ろうとする栞奈に、試作品を食べていくように言う尾花。白子の主張が強すぎると指摘する。
ワインも一つの料理だと言う栞奈に、尾花がエスコフィユでもよくワインが主役の料理を作っていたと言う相沢に、知っていると答える栞奈。
エスコフィユで尾花の料理を食べた時、ワインを主役に料理を作るシェフに感動したと話す。会談前に父親からエスコフィユについて聞かれた際にも、素晴らしい店だと答えたと言う栞奈。
京野が保健所の検査結果を報告する。食材からは一切ノロウィルスは検出されず、普通の生活の中で萌絵がノロウィルスにかかったのだった。
なぜ自分がやったと言ったのかと聞くと、瓶を出す栞奈。自分が食べる料理に含ませ、騒ぎにしようとしていたことを打ち明ける。
でもできなかったのだと指摘した尾花。倫子も正式に栞奈をソムリエールとして招きたいと言うのだった。
倫子の家で鍋を食べながら、平古がリンダに告白したことを教える尾花。翌日リンダを呼び出した尾花は、平古のことを全国に広めるからもう料理人ではいられなくなると言われるのだった。
gakuを辞めた平古の元に尾花がやってきて、「グランメゾンに来い」と言うのだった。

グランメゾン東京ではなく、gakuに行ってしまった平古を残念に思っていましたが、やはり尾花の元に行くことになってホっとしました。栞奈も仲間になり、より強力なお店に近づいたのではないでしょうか。
リンダの妨害に負けず、平古や京野たちと共に星を獲って欲しいと思います。
