ドラマ「サインー法医学者柚木貴志の事件ー」8話のネタバレあらすじ
会田の死
微量の青酸カリで死ななかったため、何者かがとどめを刺すべく窒息死させたと考える柚木。それは楓だと推察するのだった。その頃会田の元に、楓が近づいていた。その後、ホテルの部屋から飛び降りたと思われる、会田の遺体が発見される。佐々岡は、伊達に解剖を依頼する。伊達は笹岡に、法医研を独立させるという約束を確認するのだった。
ホテルでの聞き込みから、19時に楓の目撃情報を得る高橋。千聖は下山に楓の捜査を願い出るが、次期総理大臣の娘を捜査することはできないと言われてしまう。それでも食い下がる千聖と高橋に根負けする下山だった。
会田の死に、楓が関与しているのではないかという記事が出回る。島崎の周りにはマスコミが押し寄せるのだった。これで島崎に説明責任が発生し、捜査できるようになった千聖たち。これは下山の案で、千聖に思う存分調べるように言うのだった。
伊達の解剖に柚木が助手として加わる
会田の解剖を始めようとしていた伊達だったが、そこに柚木や千聖たちが入ってくる。会田の妻の希望で、柚木が解剖に加わることになる。拒否する伊達だったが、柚木が助手として参加することになったのだった。
解剖が終わり、死因は頭蓋骨骨折に伴う、頭蓋内損傷だと言う伊達。それに対し柚木は、死因はその通りだが、頭部に不自然な挫創が見られ、ハンマーなどの凶器で殴られた可能性が高いと言う柚木。その上で伊達に、これは自殺かと問う柚木。伊達は佐々岡の顔を見た後、「柚木先生の言う通りだ。」と答える。凶器で殴られ気絶させられた後、高所から転落させられたもので、事件性があると言うのだった。
すぐさま伊達の元に、文句を言いにくる佐々岡。だが伊達は、主導権はこちらにあると佐々岡に言い返すのだった。下山が楓が任意聴取に応じることを、千聖に伝えに来る。
楓の任意聴取
楓の任意聴取当日、佐々岡も同行してくる。会田との面識について聞かれると、佐々岡の方を見る楓。会田から、北見を殺したことを告発すると脅迫されていたと言う。北見が殺された当日、ライブ会場にいたことは認めたものの、会ってはいないと言う楓。会田が殺された日に、ホテルで会っていたことは認めたがそこで佐々岡が話に割って入る。死亡推定時刻が17時なのかを確認する佐々岡。その頃伊達が、会田の解剖所見に関しての会見を開いていた。その中で、死亡推定時刻を言う際に、一度柚木の顔を見る。その後、23時だと断言するのだった。千聖の元に、死亡推定時刻が23時で、楓には22時以降のアリバイがあることが伝えられる。
マスコミに対して、楓が事件には関与していないことを説明する島崎。だがその後、楓の頬を叩きながら、なぜこんなことをしたのかと叱責する。もう少しで総理のイスに手が届くから、大人しくしていてくれと泣きつくのだった。
凶器の存在
伊達の部屋を訪ねる松沢や美晴たち。会見での死亡時刻について、疑問があると言う松沢に対し、法医研全体で所見を共有するため、みんなを集めるように言う。死後硬直と直腸内温度から、死後7時間経過していると考えたため23時とした理由を説明する伊達。
胃の中の内容物から、23時はあり得ないという柚木に対しては、会田が胃腸が弱く薬を常用していたことを指摘する。19時だと主張する意見が多い中、威圧するように「院長である私が既に、23時だと会見で発表している。」と言う伊達。その迫力に、怯えるように伊達の意見に賛同する松沢たちだった。
高橋に会田の妻が会いに来て、遺品からボイスレコーダーが見つかったと渡される。千聖とともに聞いてみると、会田と楓の声が入っていた。ぬいぐるみを捨てるように言いながら、「凶器なんですよ。」と言う会田に対し、それを拒否する楓の声が入っていたのだ。事件当日、防犯カメラに映っていた楓は、青いぬいぐるみを持っていた。凶器が残されていると考える千聖たちだった。
清凛大学に楓を訪ねに行った柚木は、次に誰かを殺す時には自分の頭を使うように言う。なぜ北見を殺したのかと尋ねると、「華やかな舞台で死にたい。」と言っていた北見の希望を叶えたのだと言う楓。
警視庁内部の内通者から、楓が凶器をまだ持っていたことを知らされた佐々岡は、楓に連絡する。その時の目線を見た柚木は、その目線の先の部屋に入り、青いぬいぐるみを見つける。その頃景は高橋から連絡を受け、北見殺害の証拠の青い繊維片を、法医研に持ってくるように言われる。急いで出掛けようとする景のところに、伊達が現れ、妹を助けてやるから証拠を渡すよう言われ、心が揺らぐのだった

犯罪を犯してまで独立させても、真相を捻じ曲げたことは一生残ります。そんな法医研に今後の発展があるとは思えないからです。
そんな中で、景までもが真実から目を背ける立場に立たされてしまい、最終回がどうなってしまうのか・・・。
