あの「過保護のカホコ」のスタッフが再集結し、高畑充希と遊川和彦がタッグを組んで製作するオリジナルドラマです。

彼女は『故郷の島に橋を架ける！』という夢を語ることを憚らない。
しかし、新入社員研修で、「どうしても自分を貫いた」ことで、

サクラの表情が変わらないのがとても面白いと思いました。今どきは外に出て話をするときはみんな笑って協調性や空気を読む風潮がある中サクラの真っ直ぐさと強さは勇気と見ていて気持ちいい感覚を覚えました。本当にサクラみたいな子が近くに居たら同期の子みたいにイラっとしてしまうと思いますが、知れば知るほどサクラが好きになると思います。
高畑充希さん演じるサクラのキャラクターがとても面白いなと思いました。
とても普段の高畑充希さん感がなくてさすが女優さんだなと思います。
社長にも全く容赦なく物申す所とか見習いたいくらいすごいなと思います。
周りの事とか気にせずに自分の意見が言えるサクラを同期に持つほかの４人が羨ましいくらいです。
私もちょうど１０年前入社式をして新入社員として働いていたので自分の事のようにこのドラマに入り込めるのがすごくうれしいです。夢と希望をもって新入社員は働くと思うのですが本当にそのような感覚をこの同期のサクラで感じさせられました。
そして個人的になりますが、新田真剣佑くんの事が好きで少しふざけたような真面目なような役を演じているのですごくこれからも楽しみです。
主人公の桜がとにかくまっすぐで自分を貫いている姿が印象的でした。社長に話が長いと言ったり、ミスを指摘したりと堂々としているところが面白かったです。
故郷に橋を架けるという想いが強くて、懸命に模型作りをしていたのがかっこよかったです。
