一番怪しいなと予想されるのが、翔太と菜奈の隣人である尾野ちゃん。
翔太と菜奈が引っ越してきた時は、翔太に好意を抱き色んな手作りプレゼントをしていたり、翔太に拒絶された時に怒り狂った尾野ちゃんは殺人でもなんでもしてしまいそうな猟奇的な人相に変貌していたことで、菜奈から翔太を奪うべく菜奈殺害の黒幕ではないのか？との疑惑も上がっていました。
その一件から今回の14話を見てみると、二階堂と黒島ちゃんとエレベーターで一緒になった時に二人のやりとりを見て、尾野ちゃんは鼻血を出していました。
その際私が思ったのは、翔太さんにわざと近づいていたのは最初は翔太さんが好きなのだと思っていたけれど、それは勘違いで尾野ちゃんは幸せな2人を見ると壊したくなるのではないかと思いました。
huluのオリジナルストーリーでは、過去に婚約者がいる男が隣に引っ越してきたときにアプローチし、その男が自分に惚れ婚約者と別れた瞬間興味をなくし捨てた、というエピソードがありました。
菜奈さんに焼きもちを焼かせて、翔太さんが浮気していると思わせて、壊してやろうと思っていたのだと感じました。又、緊急の住民会でも二階堂さんがパソコンで打っていたのを他の住民に注意され答えに困ってると、尾野ちゃんが二階堂さんをかばっていました。そうすることで、黒島ちゃんが焼きもちを焼くと思ったのだと思います。
鼻血が意味するのは、「二階堂ロックオン！」ということではないのか？と感じました。

そらくんと聡一くんを住民の人がお祭りの中で探している時も、尾野さんはお祭り会場に居なかったと思います。そして、ちょうど黒島さんが大学に呼び出されたタイミングで駅のホームまで黒島さんの後をつけて行って、電車がくるタイミングを見計らってホームから突き落としたのだと思いました。
住民会でパソコンを使用していることを石崎さんから咎められると、尾野ちゃんは二階堂をかばうようにみんなを説得したり、花火大会の日に、二階堂におんぶされる黒島ちゃんの姿を妬むかのように、りんごあめをこねくり回してなめまくる描写などから、嫉妬にかられて、二階堂のそばにいる黒島ちゃんを邪魔に思い、黒島ちゃんの後をつけて電車のホームから突き飛ばして殺害しようとした説が有力ではないか？！と考えられます。

また、これまでの殺人事件の黒幕が尾野ちゃんだとするなら、一連の殺人事件とも関連づけることができます。
管理人さんに好意があったけど、邪険にされた。もしくは榎本早苗の家に出入りしているのを発見し、
早苗さんと親しくしていると勘違いして嫉妬に狂って管理人さんを殺害。
殺害した後に実は、早苗さんの自宅に秘密がありそれで自宅に行っていたという事実を知り、
自分が管理人さんを殺害したのではなく、早苗さんのせいだ！と事実を捻じ曲げて解釈し、早苗さんの自宅に脅迫文を出した。
そこから、早苗さんが自分が交換殺人ゲームの紙に書いたのは「管理人さん」だったことと、脅迫文から藤井に「あなたの番です」という脅迫文を出したのではないかと考えれられます。
管理人さんが亡くなったので、次は引っ越してきた翔太にロックオン！しかし、翔太には菜奈という婚約者がいる為、菜奈の存在が邪魔になり、菜奈をカリウムで殺害。殺害前に録画されていた動画の声も尾野ちゃんっぽい話し方でした。
ただ、菜奈を殺害したけれどそれでも翔太はこちらを向いてくれないので、
次に新たに引っ越してきた二階堂にロックオン！
しかし、二階堂の黒島ちゃんが親密な関係というのを察知し、黒島ちゃんが邪魔になり殺害しようとホームから突き落とした。
女性特有の陰湿な妬みや嫉妬心からこれまでの殺害事件とも関連づけることができます。

もう一人犯人だと予想するのは、黒島ちゃんの後をよく大学内でもつけていた謎のストーカー男です。何度も何度も黒島ちゃんが誰かに見られているという感覚になると、黒島ちゃんの方を見ている眼鏡をかけた男性がいました。
名前は分かりませんが、大学内で二階堂さんと学食で話している時や二階堂さんと一緒に帰る時などに何度も見ていました。黒島ちゃんのストーカーなのではないかと考えています。
見ている時にかかとを上げたり下げたりして、少し笑みを浮かべて見ている所がありましたので、より不信感が増しました。
そのストーカーが二階堂さんと同じ大学だと知って段々仲良くなっていく2人を見て、黒島ちゃんへの気持ちが大きくなっていったのだと思いました。そして、黒島ちゃんと二階堂さんが付き合っていると勘違いしていて、勝手に自分の好きだったのにと恨みを勝手に抱いていたとしたら、その可能性が高いです。
そのストーカーも黒島ちゃんの後をつけて駅で見つけて、歪んだ感情を持っていたので突き落としたのだと思います。

また、シンイーさんも少し怪しいような気がします。シンイーさんは、以前自分が翔太さん、黒島ちゃん、二階堂さんに疑われているのが怖いと言っていました
。又、自分が今までかばっていた同居人が翔太さんに見つかってしまったのが、恨む動機だと思いました。しかし、上記の2人のように確実な動機とは言えないような気もするので私の中で疑う気持ちは50％くらいです。
きっとこれから黒島ちゃんを突き落とした犯人が分かってきますが、この3人の誰かだと思います。この2人にしか、黒島ちゃんを恨む動機がないような気がしました。なので、私はこの2人のどちらかが黒島ちゃんをホームに突き落とした犯人だと思います。
