14話の最後で駅のホームから突き落とされる黒島でしたが、その影が浴衣を着た女性だったことから、Twitterなどでは尾野か榎本サンダーソン正子が犯人説が浮上していました。
しかし、よくその影を見ると、お団子ではなかったり、髪飾りを側頭部に付けていたりと、尾野のヘアスタイルというよりも、黒島のヘアスタイルにそっくりなんです。
黒島双子説は以前から囁かれていましたが、双子説だとしてもう一人の黒島はすでに死んでいるという説が多かったのですが、今回の仮説から考えると、この世に黒島が二人存在しているという新たなパターンの双子説も考えられます。

二階堂とデート中に下駄の鼻緒が切れてしまい、歩けないほど足を挫いてしまう黒島。二階堂がおんぶをして家まで送ります。すると、浴衣から私服に着替えた黒島が出てくるのですが、挫いた足に手当てはしているものの全然普通に歩いているんですよね。足を引いて歩いているような感じでもない。
さっきおんぶをされるほど足を痛めた人と同一人物に見えないのです。
この際に、二階堂も「え？」と不思議な表情をしています。これは浴衣から私服に着替えていたことに対する違和感の表情なのか、足を痛めていた人間が普通に歩いていることに対する違和感なのか、どちらだったのでしょうか。

バッグをかける肩がよく変わる黒島。これは以前より話題になっていたのですが、今回もその他の部分でも描写が出てきました。バッグをかける肩が変わっている描写の他にも、二階堂との「しー」という共通のサインの仕草にもその傾向が表れていました。
人差し指を立てる手が、右だったり左だったりしていたのです。
黒島が同じ人間の場合、ここまでコロコロとバッグをかける肩が変わったり、動作をする時に使う手が変わったりするでしょうか？
人間の利き手というのはそう変わりません。
こういった黒島双子説の考察の中で”ほくろ”の有無なんかも噂されているのですが、久住と袴田を同じ俳優が演じているように、このドラマ内では見た目やDNAが一致していても別人物ということがあり得るドラマなので”ほくろ”の有無についてはミスリードだと思っています。

駅のホームにいる黒島ですが、学校にはいつも徒歩で通っています。毎日徒歩で通える距離の場所に電車でいけるのか少々疑問でした。電車で行ける場所に徒歩でいくとしたら、毎日かなりの距離を歩いていることになりますよね。
もしかして教授に呼び出されて学校に行くというのは嘘だったのではないか？という可能性も考えられます。
また、学校に行くために電車を使っているということを事前に予測できるのは、足を挫いたことと学校に行くことを知っている二階堂か、ストーカーくらいです。
しかし、どちらも男性な上に、二階堂はそらくんを救出していましたので、犯人とは考えにくいですよね。

放送初期に黒島沙和の手首の包帯が映っていました。リストカットしたのかと思えるような包帯の巻き方でした。
いつもは穏やかな黒島沙和(ですが実は二面性があって激しい性格に豹変する瞬間があるのかもしれません。殺人を犯したときにできた傷の可能性もありますし、自分で自分を傷つけるほどの心の闇があるのかもしれません。
怪我をしなくなった
3話くらいまではいつもどこか怪我をしていた黒島ですが、ある時から急に怪我をしなくなりました。
そして、その後作中で怪我に触れることはなくなりました。このことから途中で双子のもう一人と入れ替わっているのでは？という疑惑が上がりました。
＊12話で、黒島曰くDVをしていた彼氏が死んだ事によって怪我がなくなった。
よく喋るようになった
3話くらいまでは、住民会でもほとんど喋らなかった黒島ですが、4話あたりから急に喋りだすようになりました。
その時、浮田にも「今日はよくしゃべるな」と言われていました。このことから二重人格？という声が多く見られるようになりました。
また、ちょうど怪我をしなくなった時期とも重なるので、これも双子説を肯定する材料となりました。

黒島の鼻先にある時とない時があります。このことから、ほくろのある黒島とほくろのない黒島がいる。つまり、双子なのではないかという説に繋がっています。
また、オープニングで流れる怪しげに笑う口元だけ映っている女性の鼻先にもほくろがあるように見えることから、犯人説を肯定する材料になっています。
しかし、これだけ小さいほくろですとメイクや映り方によって見えなくなることもあるので制作側が意図していない、視聴者の考え過ぎかもしれません。

二階堂忍は11話では、黒島に「臭いがつくから」と言って、黒島が座っていたソファーに消臭スプレーをするように頼んでいました。
しかし、黒島は結局スプレーをできずに出ていきました。
そして、12話では二階堂が黒島が座っていたソファや黒島の頭の臭いを嗅いでいるシーンがありました。
そして、二階堂は頭の臭いを確認すると何かに納得したような様子でした。
これは双子の臭いの違いに気づいたのではないか？という説が有力です。
意味深な伏線
これまで黒島がらみの怪しい伏線は以下の通りです。
・202号室の黒島が早苗の息子・総一と総一の叔母と3人で談笑している姿を怪しい男が見ていた。

赤池美里は浮田が紙に書いた『死んでほしい人』なので、ゲームとして犯人に殺された。
浮田は引いた紙に書かれた「赤池幸子」を殺さなかったので、自分か自分の大切な人（多分、妹尾あいり）のどちらかの死の選択を迫られ、自分を選んだ。
菜奈も犯人から「こうのたかふみ」を殺すよう脅されていたが、応じず、助けようと行動に出たため、「こうの」は、犯人に殺され、ペナルティとして自分か翔太の死の選択を迫られ自分の死を選んだ。（ゾウかキリンは翔太か菜奈のどちらを選ぶかの意味では？）
実行犯は、翔太が入院していた病院のナース。翔太を人質としてとられていたので、自分の死を逃げることが出来ず、自らの死を選んだのではないか。
児島佳世は、ゲーム参加者の誰かに殺された可能性が高いが、「児島佳世」と紙に書いた北川澄香は、引っ越してゲームをリタイアしたため、犯人（黒幕）は、ペナルティとして、北川の息子を殺そうとしたのではないか。総一を操って。
