なつぞら第16週ネタバレあらすじまとめ～なつよ、恋の季節が来た～
東洋映画では”ヘンゼルとグレーテル”のストーリーについて坂場は「その考えは古い。」と井戸原や仲と意見が食い違っていた。
坂場はそれを聞いたなつにたしなめられると「（仲さんたちとは違うものを）一緒に作って欲しいんです。一生をかけても、あなたと作りたいんです。」と言う。
一方、駆け落ちをして東京に来ている夕美子は亜矢美の店で働いていた。夕美子は新宿でジャズ喫茶を開きたいと前島に相談する。
なつは夕美子のことをこっそり富士子に報告する。これを知った夕美子はなつに激怒するが、結局夕美子は高山と口論の末別れた。
なつは泰樹の歩く後ろ姿をヒントに、樹の怪物が歩くシーンの原画を描き上げる。
そうして”ヘンゼルとグレーテル”の魔女は亀山蘭子が声を入れ、完成した。
大沢は、アニメーターを辞め建築家の彼と結婚しイタリアに着いていくことを皆に報告した。

亀山蘭子の特別な先輩
前回、新しい劇団の誘いを断った雪次郎。残った劇団員と稽古を続ける。亀山蘭子は雪次郎に、以前雪次郎が亀山蘭子に言った「（亀山蘭子の芝居に）アマチュア精神を感じる。」という言葉の意味を聞く。
雪次郎は高校の頃演劇部の顧問に「アマチュア精神を忘れたような演技をするな。普通の人間として喋れ。」と言われていて、亀山蘭子を見て本物の役者だと思ったからと説明する。
亀山蘭子は、昔ある男の先輩からも同じように「大事なのはアマチュア精神だ。」と演劇を教えてもらった話をする。雪次郎は「男の先輩ですか？」と聞く。亀山蘭子は少し間をおき「も、死んだけどね・・・。」と答える。
その男は広島の空爆で死んだという。雪次郎が「蘭子さんは、その人の事・・・。」と言いかけると、「同じセリフを言った雪次郎くんに、その分まで頑張ってほしい。」と亀山蘭子は言った。
雪次郎は少し悲しそうだった。

一方、テレビ漫画”百獣の王子サム”は絵コンテが終わり作画作業に入っていた。慣れないテレビ漫画のやり方に四苦八苦するなつ。
話し合うなつ、三村、坂場。坂場は「登場人物の個性に合わせて動きにメリハリをつける意識を持てば、いきいきと見せることができる。例えば、歌舞伎のように。」と目を輝かせて言った。
その夜、なつは一人残って歌舞伎のポーズを取りながら絵を描いていた。坂場はそれをこっそり見て微笑んだ。

雪次郎には、自身でも気づいていない亀山蘭子への異性としての思いがあるのかもしれませんね。

公式あらすじ
1963年、なつ（広瀬すず）は優秀な女性アニメーターとして注目されていた。その実力を買われ、坂場（中川大志）と一緒に新設されたテレビ班に行くように仲（井浦新）から命じられる。「鉄腕アトム」が大ヒットしたのを受け、東洋動画は本格的にテレビ漫画に進出することになった。映画に未練を感じる坂場を励ましつつ、なつはテレビの世界に飛び込んでいく。テレビ特有の効率優先のアニメ作りに戸惑いつつも、なつは新たな表現の開発に取り組む。 https://www.nhk.or.jp/natsuzora/story/17/より引用
