13話目にて、今まで存在が薄かった桜木るりの出番が増えると共に、全く関係がないのに交換殺人ゲームに参戦していることが分かりました。しかも殺害をしたのが、袴田吉彦です。
袴田を殺害して欲しいのは、13話目の段階で入院中の久住。交換殺人ゲームの順番でいえば、シンイーが殺害することになります。
しかし13話目で放送されたのが、シンイーと一緒に住んでいる不法滞在の外国人2人と桜木るりでした。
桜木るりではなシンイーだったら納得できるものの、どうして彼女が一緒に殺害しているのでしょうか？

看護師・桜木るりは、キウンクエ蔵前の住民でもある藤井が働いている病院の看護師です。
12話目までは、藤井とは同じ職場で働いているのでお互いに知った間柄であるものの、他の住民とは接点がないです。
殺害される前にタナカマサオが、患者として来院してきたので殺害することができますが、後で藤井が殺害をしたことから、彼を殺してはいないことが分かります。
ただし以下の説を立てますと、彼女が何人かの人を殺害した可能性が出てきます
- 13話目で袴田吉彦を殺害したことが分かった
- 菜奈は毒殺されたことから、彼女だったら簡単に入手することができる
- 体の構造に関してある程度知っている彼女なら、短時間で赤池夫妻を殺害することが可能
- 宮田の部下だった甲野も客の振りをして近づけば、殺害するのも難しくはない
彼女は看護師なので毒薬を入手するのも難しくはなく、体のどの部分を切りつければ簡単に殺害することも知っていることから、犯人として疑うことができます。

彼女の姿は出ていないものの、犯人のヒントとして出ていた部分の内、以下の3つは彼女の可能性もあります。
1.久住が入院している時に、何度か様子を見ていた
久住が入院しているのをお見舞いに来ていたのは、浮田と一緒に住んでいた柿沼と妹尾。
そして、様子を見るために訪れた翔太の3人。
彼は犯人の姿を目撃している可能性があることから、目覚めた時に面倒になる。
周囲の目をごまかしながら久住の様子を見ることができ、もしもの時に殺害することができる人物として考えられます。
2.菜奈の最後の通話履歴が、藤井が働いている病院だった
菜奈の最後の通話履歴が、何故か藤井が働いている病院だった。
そう考えますと、彼女も同じ病院で働いています。彼女が菜奈を殺害し死体を運ぶ前に、病院へと連絡をしていたのではないでしょうか？
翔太くんが入院してた時、奈々ちゃんは確かに病院で寄り添ってたな

3.赤池幸子が翔太に言っていたセリフが、江藤に対してだったら？
翔太が赤池幸子に話しを聞くために老人施設へと行ったが、その時に一緒にいたのは赤池家に出入りしていた江藤。
江藤は何度も通っていることから、幸子とはそれなりに親しい間柄でもある。
その時に幸子が翔太に対して、「今日は来ていないの？」「お似合いね」ということを言っていた。
翔太は何の事だか分らなかったが、このセリフは江藤に対して言っていたら辻妻が合います。
そこで仮説として、江藤の彼女は桜木るりだったら？
江藤の彼女が看護師・桜木るりだったら、マンションの出入りすることもできるし、部屋の間取りも知っていることになります。
別れていたら事件だけではなく、交換殺人ゲームのことも知るまでに時間が掛かります。
しかし今も付き合っていたらどうでしょうか？

上記の中で、桜木るりと江藤の彼女だったら、犯人の可能性があることを説明しました。
江藤も一緒だったら、交換殺人ゲームのことや数々の殺害に関しても把握することができます。
またIT関係の仕事をしている江藤なら、菜奈のパソコンに侵入することができる。
シンイーの同居人でもあるイクバルも同業ということから、同じ職場という可能性も出てきます。
もしイクバルと江藤が同じ職場なら、同じマンションに住んでいることもあり、シンイーのことで相談され、袴田殺害に関わることもできます。
このことから袴田吉彦を殺害することができるだけではなく、菜奈と赤池夫妻と甲野を殺害した犯人の可能性も出てくるのです。また藤井の殺害の隠ぺいをしていますので、他の事件に関わっている可能性も高いです。
しかし看護師・桜木るりと江藤の2人だけでは、真犯人としての動機が薄い。
何故なら、江藤も赤池家以外とは特に仲が良いわけではなかった。
トラブルがあったら動機として成り立つが、そこまでの関係にないいていないので、殺害動機としては不十分だと分かる。
また13話の最後に久住が目が覚めたと同時に、佐野の名前を叫んだことから、佐野も事件に関わっていたことが分かるので、看護師・桜木るりだけが真犯人とは考えにくいです。

13話に突如キーマンとしてでてくる桜木るり。
これまでも医者の藤井の職場のシーンでした登場してこなかった人物です。
それが、今回袴田殺しの加害者だったことが判明しました！まさかの盲点。
視聴者としてはてっきりあの女性はシンイーちゃんだと思っていた方も多かったのではないでしょうか。

シンイーが殺人ゲームのことを知り合いの桜木るりには話していて、何らかの形で袴田殺しに加担することになったのではないか？
藤井のタナカマサオ殺しも最初から関与していて、イクバルが藤井のパソコンをハッキングしたことや、
タナカマサオが藤井の病院に診察にきたことも、全て桜木るりが仕向けたのではないかとも考えられる。
桜木るりがタナカマサオ殺しを仕向け、袴田殺しの加担がバレるのが困るから警察には藤井のアリバイとして嘘の供述をしたという考え方もできる。
藤井は度々シンイーのお店に足を運び食事をしては、くだを巻いていました。その藤井の元で働く看護師の桜木るりとシンイーが繋がっているとすれば、話はスムーズ。
藤井の部屋にかかっている絵画の女性は桜木るりの姉で、藤井の嫌がらせか何かを受けていて、個人的に藤井に恨みを持っていた。

藤井に復讐するために看護師になり、藤井の元で働いて復讐のチャンスを伺っていた時に、友人のシンイーにマンションで起こっている殺人ゲームの相談をされた。
自分が書いた紙には店長のタナカマサオと書いたこと、その紙を引いたのがたまたま藤井だったこと。
藤井にタナカマサオを殺させて、殺人をしたことで強い罪悪感と弱みを握れば、全てこちらものだと考え、シンイーからタナカマサオに風邪か何かの病気だった場合は
藤井の病院に診療に行くように仕向けてもらい、藤井にタナカマサオの存在を知らせた。
そして、藤井のパソコンをイクバルに頼んでハッキングさせ、タナカマサオを殺害するように精神的に追い詰めていった。
藤井が殺人を犯したという弱みを握り、証拠を全て録音したことで藤井を生かすも殺すも全て自分の手のうちにあるという状況を作り出したのではないかと思います。
シンイーが引いた紙には、袴田吉彦と書いてあったが、シンイーには殺人なんてさせられないということと、
藤井の恨みを果たす手伝いをシンイーにしてもらっているので、桜木るりがシンイーの代わりに袴田吉彦を撲殺した。
