北海道の芝田家に訪れた千遥。なつと咲太郎は千遥に電話で会話し、北海道に会いに行くことを約束した。
北海道で信哉にふいに写真を撮られた千遥。「その写真はどうするんですか？誰にも見せないでください。」と語気を強めて言った。

天陽の嫁・靖枝
前回、千遥からの手紙によって千遥が逃げた本当の理由が分かったなつ。翌朝、天陽に会いに天陽の元に行く。
畑仕事をしている天陽を発見したなつは思わずと笑顔で手を振り声をかけようとする。次の瞬間、なつの目に入ったのは天陽の嫁・靖枝だ。
仲良さそうに会話する2人の姿を見たなつからは笑顔が消え複雑な表情になった。
そんなつに天陽が気づき声をかける。
「なっちゃん！帰ってきたんかい。何年ぶりになる、久しぶりだな。」
なつは笑顔で「結婚おめでとう。」と言う。
天陽は靖枝を紹介する。
「はじめまして、靖枝です。祝電ありがとうございました。」靖枝は頭を下げる。
なつも「仕事で式には行けなくてすいませんでした。」と頭を下げた。
天陽が描く舞台背景
なつは天陽の家に寄って食事を御馳走になる。
なつは山田家に、会いに来た千遥のことを話す。千遥に同情する山田家の皆。
天陽の母・タミは「なっちゃんは東京で結婚するのかい？」とニヤつきながら聞く。
なつは「何言ってんのおばさん。そんだらこと考えてもないわ。今の仕事が面白くてそのことしか考えてない。今度、短編映画作ることになってすぐ東京に帰んないとなんだわ。」と慌てて言う。
天陽は「そうか、またしばらく会えなくなるんだな。寂しくなるな。」と言う。
なつは「もう寂しくないしょ。」と言い、靖枝と天陽に目をやった。
山田家の食卓には微妙な空気が流れた。
どこにいたって支え合っている
なつと天陽は、天陽のアトリエに行き馬の絵を見る。
天陽は高校の頃演劇部だった、居村良子と門倉努がやっている青年団の演劇の舞台背景を描たという。その舞台を靖枝も手伝っており、そこから2人は仲良くなったという。
なつは少し表情を曇らせた。
なつは家に戻ると、泰樹の仕事を手伝い始める。居ても立ってもいられないようだ。そんななつの様子に泰樹は「天陽に会ってきたんか？」と察する。
なつは「うん。いいお嫁さんだった。じいちゃん、私がここに残って酪農続けてたらじいちゃんも嬉しかったは？」と言う。
大樹は目を合わせず「そっだらこと考えんな。そっだらこと考えるなついはなってほしくない。」と言う。
なつは虚ろな目で「私だって寂しんだわ。寂しくて寂しくてたまんないんだわ。じいちゃん。」と悲しそうに言う。
大樹は「わしだって寂しい。お前がおらんようになってずっと寂しい。寂しくてたまらんん。人間は1人で生きていれば寂しいのは当たり前じゃ。それでも、1人で生きなきゃならん時がある。誰といたって。だから支え合う。どこにいたって。わしとお前は支え合ってるべ。」と言った。
なつに少し笑顔が戻った。
帰ってきた夕美子
芝田家に、明日には帰ることを報告するなつと咲太郎。残念がる剛男。
そこに
「ただいまー。なにさこの家は。女は働いて飯を作り、男は座って飯を待つ。相変わらず遅れてますわねー。」
夕美子が帰ってきた。
夕美子の帰りに「おかえりー。」となつは嬉しそうに飛びついた。

終始、なつは複雑な表情を見せてましたね。広瀬すずさんの表情の演技も上手いと思いました。
私が気になったのは、なつの
「仕事で式には行けなくてすいませんでした。」
と言う言葉です。
天陽の結婚式はドラマでは描かれていませんでしたので、ここで初めてなつが結婚式に出席しなかったことがわかりました。わざわざ”仕事で”と理由を言っているあたり、本心では天陽への未練から結婚式に出席しなかったんではないでしょうか。
そして天陽の母・タミの
「なっちゃんは東京で結婚するのかい？」
これは、千遥の結婚の話題から出た言葉とも言えますが、なつへの牽制のようにも聞こえました。
大樹の
「人間は1人で生きていれば寂しいのは当たり前じゃ。それでも、1人で生きなきゃならん時がある。誰といたって。だから支え合う。どこにいたって。わしとお前は支え合ってるべ。」
は名言でした。大樹は名言率が高いですね（笑）
そして来週は、いよいよ神地航也(染谷将太)が登場です！このキャラのモデルがすごい人なんですよね。
