竜の道・徹底解説記事美佐と再会する竜一
トッキービーンズの炎上騒ぎで、コンサルを引き受けることになった竜一。事前に録画していた砂川の謝罪動画によって真実味が増し、好意的な意見も聞かれるようになってくる。
SNSでも逆に応援するような声まで上がり、時任は霧島に竜一のことを話題にする。
竜二に呼び出された竜一は、美佐が上京することを聞かされる。美佐を巻き込みたくない竜一は、美佐の上京に反対するものの、霧島に2人で仇をうつと話しているところを砂川に見られてしまう。
気づいて追いかけたものの逃げられてしまうが、当の砂川も動揺してしまい行方が分からなくなる。
霧島が始めようとしている新サービスに反対する晃。サービスが開始してからクレームも増えていると指摘するが、聞く耳を持たない霧島。
打ち合わせをするために、竜二のいるホテルに来た竜一は、偶然美佐と再会する。花火の時に見た女性だと思って見ていると、「美佐」と竜二の呼ぶ声が。
驚いて振り返ると、知り合いなのかと聞かれた竜二は、仕事の知り合いだと答えるのだった。
霧島に近づく竜一
トッキービーンズと正式に契約をした竜一だったが、砂川の行方は時任も知らないと言う。その後、霧島のパーティーに参加した竜一と竜二。
晃に話しかけ営業し、竜二の知り合いだということで信頼もされ、霧島に紹介される。霧島と話をしていると、時任とともに砂川が現れる。
UDコーポレーションのことで話があると言い、霧島に信頼できるコンサルタントだと推薦。だが、まゆみが経営コンサル自体をよく思っていないからと言い、その場で断るのだった。
その後、砂川と話をした2人は、誰にも話さない代わりに自分をUDコーポレーションに入れて欲しいと言い出す。目的を聞くと、竜一のカッコよさに惚れたのだと言う砂川。
美佐が、落としたノートを受け取りに会社にやってくる。思わずノートに書きこんであったことに対して意見を言うと、もう一人の兄に同じように言われていたと言われ、動揺する竜一だった。
砂川の目的は？
上京して新居に引っ越しをする美佐。引っ越しを手伝いに行った竜二は、美佐が竜一とまた会ったことを聞いて、気になってしまう。
夜、砂川が霧島の行きつけのクラブに行こうとしているのを知る竜一。クラブに出向き、砂川を外に連れ出した竜一は、暴力で脅しながら砂川を問い詰めると、霧島の情報を探ろうとしていたのだと答える。
霧島は新サービスが始まる前、無理にでもトラックを増やすよう幹部命令していたと言う。その後、幹部は国交省の人間を呼んで話をしていたと言うのだった。
そのことを竜二に報告すると、トラックを増やすためには国交省に届ける必要があり、大河内が担当だと答える。
翌日、大河内が外出したのを見計らい、事業許可証を調べる竜二。
キリシマ急便のコンサルを依頼される
その頃、会社で砂川と話をしていた竜二は「裏切れば殺す」と言う。
届出書を調べた竜二は、竜一の部屋を訪れて報告をする。通常、トラック30台に1人運行管理者が必要になることを説明した上で、20年前の届出書も見せる。
すると、そこにには同じ名前の運行管理者が書かれていて、半数以上が既に死んでいて、水増しされているのだと話す竜二。
その後、竜一は晃を呼び出してこのことを話すと、晃は霧島にもこの件を追求し、新サービスを中止するよう進言する。
すると「わしの負けじゃ」と言い、新サービスを一旦中止することになるのだった。
晃から呼ばれた竜一は、サービスが中止になったことを報告され、経営コンサルを依頼される。
霧島は、まゆみの見合い相手を婿養子に入れて跡取りにし、晃を切ろうとしていた。それを見越した竜一は、竜二にまゆみを誘わせていたのだった。

美佐をめぐって、竜一と竜二が心の内を探り合っている感じがしてしまいました。今後、2人が美佐を挟んでギクシャクしそうな気もします。
とりあえず仲間に入った砂川ですが、竜一たちがカッコいいと言うのがどこまで本心なのか不安です。竜一たちのように懐に入りこんだところで裏切りそうですね。
