こちらのドラマは、仕事は出来るけど恋愛と家事は大の苦手な主人公・メイのもとにおじさん家政夫がやってくるハートフルラブコメディとなっています！

28歳の誕生日の夜にナギサさんがやって来た！
相原メイは朝早くに母からの電話で起こされた。
電話の内容は「28歳の誕生日おめでとう！」というものだった。
そしてそのままメイは大急ぎで身支度を整えるのだが、部屋が汚過ぎてイヤリングが見つからずてんやわんや。
天保山製薬・横浜支店でMRとして働くキャリアウーマンのメイは仕事は誰よりもできるのに、家事は全くできないのだ。
もちろん独身である。
メイが職場につくと、今日も忙しない一日が始まる。
社用車に乗ってさっそく卸さんのもとに出向きいて情報を入手し、一旦職場へと戻り会議に参加。
アーノルド製薬が最近業績が良いと聞いたメイは闘志をメラメラと燃やすのだった。
その後は、一件一件病院等を巡る。
ようやく仕事が終わり、親友であり同僚である薫が開いてくれたメイの誕生日パーティーへと行く。
するとそこには見知らぬ男性が2人がいた。
薫がマッチングアプリで出会った男性達らしい。
薫は婚活に励んでいるのだが、メイは恋愛方面はてんで枯れている。
しかしこの男性2人を「なし」と判断したメイと薫は早々に店を後にし、ちょうど呼び出しがかかった職場の飲み会へと行く。
するとそこには明日から着任する支店長・古藤もやって来た。
そして皆でメイの28歳の誕生日を祝ってあげたのだった。
その後、古藤は「北横浜エリアのチームリーダーを相原さんにお願いしようと思ってるの。」と告げ、メイは驚きつつも承諾するのだった。
飲み会が終わり、メイが帰宅すると、部屋になんと見知らぬおじさんがいた。
メイは泥棒かと思い、悲鳴をあげるのだが、そこには妹の唯もいた。
なんと唯が同じ家政婦会社で働くスーパー家政夫・鴫野ナギサをメイのために雇ったのだという。
唯は以前メイの部屋の汚さを見て愕然とし、ろくな食生活をしていないメイの身体を心配しているのだ。
メイは「おじさんが家にいるなんて嫌だ！」と激しく困惑するが、唯は「とりあえず四日間トライアルの契約しているから！」と告げ、帰って行ってしまうのだった。
ナギサさんはレジェンド家政夫であり、人気がありすぎて本来なら新規のお客さんからの依頼は取らないのだという。
ライバル会社のMRと出会う！
ナギサさんはメイに本日の作業報告をする。
明日から本格的に家事をしてくれるらしい。
そして22時になり、時間だからと颯爽と帰宅していくのだった。
一人になったメイは「なにこの誕生日…。」と呟くのだった。
翌日出社したメイは、リーダー初日として張り切って営業先の肥後すこやかクリニックに行く。
メイは院長の肥後にさっそく新薬の営業をかける。
好感触を掴んだメイは駐車場に向かう。その時、ライバル会社のアーノルド製薬のMR・田所とすれ違うのだが、メイは気が付かない。
午後、改めてメイは肥後のもとに行くのだが、肥後は朝とまるで違う反応を見せる。
そして「もう少しお時間いただいてよろしいでしょうか。」と言われてしまう。
肥後がアーノルド製薬の新薬と迷っていることに気が付いたメイは「アーノルド製薬はどんな手を使ったんだ！？」と内心焦るのだった。
駐車場にもどると、何故かエンジンがかからない。
そこに通りがかった男性が声をかけてくれて、助けてくれたのだった。
この男性こそアーノルド製薬のMR・田所と知り、メイは闘志を燃やす。
その夜、帰宅したメイは自分の家がピカピカになっており、収納も完璧、快適に暮らせるようになっていることに感激する。
するとナギサさんがひょこっと現れ、「おかえりなさい。」と笑顔で迎えてくれる。
メイはおじさん（ナギサさん）の顔を見た瞬間我に帰り、「妹が勝手に決めたことなので解約させて欲しいです。」と申し出るのだが、ナギサさんは「すでに代金をいただいておりますので、解約の場合はご契約者様の唯さんからご連絡を頂かないと」と告げる。
なんとかナギサさんに諦めてもらおうとメイは反論しようとするのだが、その時、メイのお腹がぐううと鳴る。
ナギサさんとメイの小さい頃の夢は『お母さん』
ナギサさんはもちろん晩御飯も作ってくれており、栄養満点の美味しいご飯にメイは自然と笑みがこぼれる。
食べ終わったメイはナギサさんに「どうして家政夫のお仕事を選ばれたんですか？家事ってつまらないじゃないですか。」と尋ねる。
ナギサさんは「私にとって家事は仕事です。こうやって誰かのお役に立てていれば嬉しいです。つまらないとは思っていないですよ。私は小さい頃お母さんになりたかったんです。」と答える。
メイの小さい頃の夢も「お母さん」だったのだ。
しかし母から「そんな夢を持つのはやめなさい。もっと高みを目指しなさい。」と言われていたため、メイにとっては「夢はお母さん」という言葉は呪いの呪文なのだ。
その後、ナギサさんは本日の作業報告を行う。
そして「明日お出かけ前に冷蔵庫をご覧ください。」と言い残し、帰宅していった。
翌日、本社から新入社員の瀬川がやって来た。
メイが教育係りに抜擢されてしまった。ただでさえ忙しいのに、更に忙しくなってしまった。
メイが瀬川を連れて卸さんのところに行くと、卸さんは瀬川を「覇気がない」とダメ出しをする。
その後、瀬川はメイに「この仕事向いていないんですかねえ」と愚痴を零す。
メイは「まだ何もしてないじゃない」と呆れてしまう。
お昼ご飯の時間になり、メイはナギサさんが作ってくれたお弁当を食べる。
ナギサさんがお出かけ前に冷蔵庫をご覧くださいと言っていたのは、このことだったのだ。
午後、メイが肥後さわやかクリニックに行くと、肥後はアーノルド製薬の薬を使うことに決めたとメイに告げる。
メイはどうにかもう一度考え直して欲しいと頼み込む。
20時になり、ナギサさんはメイの自宅に行き、掃除や料理を開始していた。
メイは職場に残り、どうにか肥後に納得してもらえるよう資料を作成していた。
職場を出た後も喫茶店で資料作りに励んでいた。
時間は22時間近になり、ナギサさんは料理のお品書きを書いていた。
メイが喫茶店から出て帰宅すると、ナギサさんが作ってくれたご飯とお品書き、メッセージが残されていた。
メイはナギサさんのご飯を食べながら朝まで資料作りに励む。
メイがナギサさんの手を握る！
翌朝、出社したナギサさんが唯に「正直家政夫をいれることがメイさんにとってプラスになっているか分かりません。昨日は私がいる時間にメイさんが帰って来ませんでした。もし私を避けているのであれば、もしメイさんのストレスになっていたら本末転倒なので、辞めたほうがいいのではと」と相談する。
唯は「やっぱりナギサさんにお願いして良かった。お姉ちゃんはお母さんの期待に応えることに必死なんです。真面目なんです。心配になるくらいに。だってあの部屋本当悲惨だったでしょ。あと、私がナギサさんにお願いしたのにはもう一つ理由があって…。」と話す。
その頃、メイは肥後のもとに伺っていた。
しかし、やはり肥後はアーノルド製薬を使うと告げる。
そして肥後は「アーノルド製薬は他社との比較ではなく、うちの患者さんが使うにはどの薬が合うかということを説明してくれたんです。それが決め手です。相原さんには申し訳ないですが、今回はごめんなさい。」と告げるのだった。
メイは失意のまま仕事を早く切り上げて自宅へと帰る。
20時になり、ナギサさんがやって来ると、メイが床で眠っていたので驚く。
そしてその周りにはお酒の空き缶がたくさん。
目を覚ましたメイにナギサさんはお水を用意してあげる。
メイは「私、負けたんです。的外れなことやって頑張った気になって。本当バカみたいです。私なんか大した取り柄もないし、家のこともろくにできないし。今の私から仕事取ったら何も残らないのに。本当なにやってんだって感じですよね。」と告げる。
「そんなことはないと思います。あなたは立派な努力家です。」と告げるナギサさんにメイは「たった数日であなたに何がわかるんですか。」と食ってかかる。
そんなメイにナギサさんは「分かりましたよ。最初にこの部屋を片付けた時すぐに。他の荷物はぐちゃぐちゃなのにMR関連の本だけはちゃんと手の届くところにありました。
寝食を惜しんで勉強なさってるんだと思いました。メイさん、あなたは本当にがんばっています。」と優しく告げる。
メイは「いくら頑張っても結果が出なければ意味がないんです。」と泣き出す。
ナギサさんは「意味がないなんて言わないでください。失敗は進化への種です。陰ながら応援しています。」と励まし、そしてフラフラのメイをおんぶして、ベッドへと運んであげるのだった。
先ほど、一人になりたいとメイが言ったため、ナギサさんが「それでは、私は帰らせていだきますね。」というと、メイが「行かないで。お母さん。行かないで。」とナギサさんの手を握る。
メイはナギサさんに母を重ねていたのだ。
ナギサさんは戸惑いつつ「分かりました。」と告げ、傍らに座るのだった。
そしてそのまま朝になり、メイはナギサさんを見て悲鳴をあげる。
訳が分からないままゴミ出しに行くと、なんと、田所が同じマンション、しかも隣の部屋だということに気が付き驚愕する。
メイが戻ると、ナギサさんがメイがずっと探していたイヤリングが冷凍庫の中にあったことを教えてくれた。
そしてナギサさんが「以上で四日間のトライアルは終了です。ご利用ありがとうございました。」と告げた時、チャイムが鳴る。
インターホン越しに見るとなんと母が訪ねてきたのだった。
家政夫を雇っていることが母にバレたら怒られると思ったメイは慌ててナギサさんをクローゼットに隠すのだった。

ようやく「私の家政夫ナギサさん」が放送スタートとなりましたね！
仕事は完璧だけど家事はてんでだめなメイのもとに、スーパー家政夫ナギサさんが派遣されてきました！
メイの部屋はかなり汚かったですが、ナギサさんの手にかかればあそこまで綺麗になるんだなと驚きました。
料理もすごく美味しそうで、うちにもナギサさん派遣して欲しいです。
今後、メイの恋のお相手になる？田所は、仕事もできるし性格もかなり良さそうで完璧でしたね！
メイとどのように距離が縮まっていくのか楽しみです！

知らない人を家にあげるのは絶対嫌って言う場合もあるだろうけど、時間と技術をお金で払うって言う考えが少しずつ浸透してる気がするドラマでした。男女逆転だとこの会話成立するのかなっていうのも考えさせられたりして。
