それでは「MIU404」1話のネタバレあらすじをご紹介します。
志摩が伊吹と初対面を果たすが…。
警視庁の働き方改革の一環で、刑事部・機動捜査隊の部隊が3部制から4部制に変更となった。
桔梗ゆづるは臨時部隊として第4機捜の新設を我孫子に直談判しており、その承認がおりた。
第4機捜の隊員として招集された志摩は、桔梗からとある人事トラブルからバディを組む隊員が見つからないという事態になったと知らされ、やむを得ず奥多摩の交番勤務員・伊吹藍とバディを組むように命じられてしまう。
志摩は伊吹がどんな人物なのか情報収集するが、「足が速い」という情報と短期間で部署を次々異動していることが分かった。
そしてついに第4機捜任務初日を迎え、志摩は伊吹と初対面を果たす。
志摩は「志摩です。伊吹さんと組む404号車の」と挨拶すると、伊吹も礼儀正しく挨拶してくれ、ほっとする志摩だったが…。
二人はさっそく404号車に乗り込み、運転を伊吹に任せる。
間もなくして伊吹は後続車に煽られていると気付き、加えてその車が舐めた運転を繰り返したため、伊吹は荒々しい運転操作でその車の運転手を引きずり出す。（煽られた時点で、志摩は、放っておきましょうと伊吹に言っていたのだが伊吹は志摩の言葉は全く聞かなかった。）
しかしその運転手と伊吹が激しく口論となったため、同じく第4機捜陣の陣馬と九重も駆けつけることに。（陣馬と九重もバディを組み、401号車に乗っている。）
志摩がうまいこと間に入ったため、なんとかこの場は収まることに。
しかしこの煽り運転車のせいで転んだおばあちゃんが、気が付いたら姿を消していた。
おばあちゃんが誰かに渡すはずだったおもちゃだけが少し離れた場所に残されていた。（先ほど志摩がおばあちゃんに声をかけた時は、おばあちゃんは孫に渡すはずだったおもちゃが無いわ。と話していた。転んだ拍子におもちゃがどこかへ飛んでいったしまった様子だった。）
志摩は伊吹に「おい、これ後で署に届けろ。お前が無茶な運転であの車を追いかけなければおばあちゃんが転ぶことも無かったし、誰かにあげるはずだった大事なおもちゃも落とさなかった。」と叱りつけ、伊吹は「はいはい。ちゃんと届けますよ。」とおもちゃを預かるのだった。
新たな事件の被害者はなんと煽り運転の運転手！
警察署に戻った第4機捜の面々に新たな指令が入る。
現場に駆けつけると、志摩は伊吹に「あらかじめ言っておく。余計なことはしないでください。」と釘を刺す。
その頃、一人の少女が交番に現れ「おばあちゃんがいなくなっちゃった。」と告げていた。
第4機捜が駆けつけた現場では、被害者の男性は何者かに頭部を殴打され、救急搬送されたとのことだ。
犯人は逃げた後だったため、目撃情報の聞き込みする。
志摩と伊吹はコインパーキングに出向くと、さっき揉めた煽り運転の車を見つける。
鍵が開いていたため、志摩と伊吹が中を覗くと血がついていた。
殴打された被害者は、なんと先ほど伊吹と揉めたあの煽り運転の運転手・水島だったのだ。
ドライブレコーダーは盗まれていた。
404号車のドライブレコーダーを調べると、水島の車の後続車の運転手が犯人だということに目星がついた。
水島は煽りの常習犯だったため、404号車を煽るまえにこの後続車の車を煽っており、その恨みから被害に遭ったのだろうと推測できた。
そして犯人は自分が犯行に及んだことがバレないようにドライブレコーダーを盗んだのだろう。
そのことを上に報告し、第4機捜の仕事はここで終了となった。
水島を襲った犯人は水島よりも悪質な煽り運転の常習犯だった！
その後、水島の運転のせいで転んだおばあちゃんが家に帰っていないということが分かる。
伊吹と志摩は状況を確認する。
すると、おばあちゃんは孫と買い物に出ていたのだが、途中で孫は歩きたくないと駄々をこねて、おばあちゃんは「分かった。おもちゃを買ってくるから、ここで待っててね。」と孫に告げ、一人で歩き出してから戻ってこなかったということが分かった。
そのため、孫は交番に「おばあちゃんが帰ってこない。」と告げに行ったのだ。
伊吹は自分の足でおばあちゃんを探し出そうとするのだが、志摩は人探しは第4機捜の仕事では無いから然るべき部署に報告して任せるべきだと窘める。
その頃、ナウチューブでは、伊吹が水島と揉めているところが配信されてしまっていた。
同じころ、水島を殴打した犯人の車が偽造ナンバーだったことが分かる。
そしてこの犯人は水島よりも悪質な煽り運転の常習犯だったのだ。
それを知った瞬間、伊吹は先ほどチラッと目撃した多摩ナンバーの車が犯人の車だったのではと勘付く。
何故そう思うのかよくよく思い出してみると、自分が水島と揉めている時に聞いた犯人のエンジン音と、先ほど目撃した車のエンジン音が一緒だからだったということに気が付く。
ついに犯人に辿り着く！
志摩がそのナンバーを覚えていたため、伊吹は「緊急配備だ！」というが、志摩は「慎重になれ！」と窘める。
そして今の状態で緊急配備は無理なため、ルール内でやろうと告げる。
ひとまず第4機捜のメンバーだけでその車を探すことに。
同時に、志摩と伊吹は行方不明のおばあちゃん・西田ふみ子さんのことも探す。
一晩中調査して朝になり、伊吹は朝ごはんを調達して志摩と404号車の中で食べる。
するとその時、犯人の車らしきものが反対車線を通っているのを見つけ、追いかける。
陣馬と九重も同じく犯人の車らしきものを見つけたので、追いかける。
そして同じころ、犯人の本当のナンバーが判明した。
陣馬と九重が追いかけていたのが、犯人の車でビンゴだった。
逃げられてしまったが、伊吹と志摩が執念でその車を追いかける。
404号車は途中で捨てるはめになってしまうが、伊吹が自慢の足で犯人の車を追いかけ、志摩もそれに続く。
そしてついに車を乗り捨てて逃げ出した犯人を伊吹が追いつめ、二人はとある工場へと入る。
舐めた真似を繰り返す犯人を伊吹がとっつかまえ、伊吹は犯人に銃を突き付ける。
そこへ志摩が駆けつけ、「銃を降ろせ。犯人は降伏してる。」と冷静に言うが、伊吹は本当に撃とうとする。
慌てて志摩が「やめろ！」と叫ぶが、伊吹が突き付けていたのは銃ではなく、行方不明のおばあちゃんが孫のために買ったおもちゃのステッキだったのだ。
「もう銃は抜かないよ！」と笑顔で言う伊吹を志摩がどつく。
そして犯人を正式に逮捕するのだった。
その後、おばあちゃんも無事に保護され、孫と無事に再会を果たす。
抱き合うおばあちゃんと孫の姿を見て、伊吹は「機捜の仕事って良いなあ！」と満面の笑みを浮かべる。
署に戻った後、志摩は桔梗から「志摩から見て、伊吹はどう？」と問いかけられる。
志摩は「ただのバカだと思ったら野生のバカでした。」と答え、桔梗は「適正がないならはずすけど。」と告げる。
しかし志摩は「う～ん…。ひとまず、保留でお願いします。ひとまず。」と答えるのだった。

ずっと楽しみに待っていたドラマが始まりました！
伏線回収が見事でした！冒頭の煽り運転が最後まで効いていて、伏線の連続でしたがきちんと全て回収されていましたね！
おばあちゃんがちゃんと見つかって安心しました。お孫ちゃんとの再会シーンは心が暖かくなりました。
綾野剛さんと星野源さんのバディ最強にかっこよくてドキドキするシーンの連続でしたね。
志摩と伊吹の過去もこれからどんどん明かされそうなので楽しみです！
米津玄師さんの主題歌も初めて聴けましたがとてもかっこよかったです！
