上杉の復帰
上杉が復職し、チカに呼ばれた甲斐。上杉が鈴木が無資格だと知る前にクビにするように指示する。
だが甲斐は、自分が雇ったのだから自分もクビにするように言う。そうすれば甲斐が辞めた理由を上杉が調べ、結局バレてしまうことを指摘。
翌朝、チカたちが出勤すると事務所の内装工事が始まっていた。上杉の指示で蟹江が動いていたのだった。
さらに、事務所内の全案件についてまとめるように言われていると言う蟹江。チカはそれを許可するのだった。
甲斐はチカから、最重要案件を任される。東京国際記念病院の看護師たちが、給与のアップを要求。受け入れられなければ、8日後にストを決行すると言う。
８日か後には、内閣官房長官の心臓バイパス手術が行われるため、マスコミも押し寄せると考えられた。
看護師たちの組合をまとめているのは看護師長の安田で、以前被災地のボランティアとして活躍し、名も知られていた。
和解案を白紙に戻す甲斐
弁護士もつけずに戦うという安田に会いに行った甲斐と鈴木。5％の給与アップを提示したが強気な姿勢を崩さず拒絶し、15％アップを要求するのだった。
安田に対して調べると、これまでにも3つの要求を通してきたことが分かる。そこに上杉が現れ、東京国際記念病院の院長の長谷川に復帰の挨拶に行ったことを告げる。
長谷川にそれとなく話を聞くと、10％までならアップさせてもいい考えを聞いたと伝えるが、自分の案件に口を出さないで欲しいと拒否する甲斐。
再び安田に会いに行った甲斐は和解条件を白紙に戻し、このままだと現状より悪くなると圧をかける。
夜、聖澤と食事に行った鈴木は、両親のことを聞かれて事故で亡くなったことを打ち明ける。相手が飲酒運転だったことや、祖母の結衣のことを話す鈴木に、キスをする聖澤。
先日の交際の申し入れも受け入れるが、事務所内では秘密にしようと言うのだった。
鈴木を味方につけようとする上杉
翌日出勤した鈴木は、チカの部屋に呼ばれる。そこには甲斐もいて、安田がストのことをリークしたためマスコミに取り上げられていることを知る。
そこに上杉も現れ手助けをしたいと申し出るが、甲斐はストはさせないと言いきって部屋を出る。
アソシエイトたちをライブに誘うなどして、心を掴んでいく上杉。そんな中、上杉に呼ばれた鈴木は、甲斐を救いたいが自分の話は聞かないと相談を受ける。
安田に会いに行った鈴木は、結衣の介護施設に安田を招く。安田の本心を聞きたいと言うと、結衣の服用している薬を見ながら、薬を患者に忘れずに服用させるために就業時間以外にも報酬が貰えない仕事を強いられる現実を話す。
ただ、している仕事の分の報酬を認めて欲しいだけなのだと言う安田。鈴木は甲斐に病院内の記録を見せ、本当に働いた分の報酬を約束することと、法外な残業を失くすことが安田の本意だと伝える。
その額は、病院が50憶を投じて導入しようとしているAIの1割分で賄えることも話す。納得しかけた甲斐だったが、鈴木が上杉と話をしたことを聞いた途端、考えを変える。
和解交渉
矢吹から呼び出された蟹江は、引き抜きの話を受けていた。移籍を本気で考える蟹江だったが、上杉から欲しかった贈り物が届き、心が揺らぐ。
長谷川と会食した甲斐は、お互い歩み寄って12％の給与アップで話をつけるよう相談される。
翌日、事務所に安田や長谷川が来て、和解交渉に臨む甲斐。そこに上杉も同席する。甲斐は突然解雇通知書を見せ、定められた時間以外に勤務していることを指摘する。
長谷川にこの現状を知っていたか確認すると、知らないと答える長谷川。それなら勤務体制をホワイト化するべきで、法的な勤務時間も守るよう改善すべきだと助言。
余計に予算がかかると言い出す長谷川に、交際費、接待費、役員報酬、政治献金などの書類を見せ、全てをクリーンにしてイメージアップするべきだと言う。
仕方なくタイムカードを導入することや、ホワイト化を約束する長谷川。安田も納得して和解案に署名する。
安田は甲斐に「ありがとう、あなたの力を思い知ったわ」と言うのだった。

「スーツ2」2話の感想
ことごとく邪魔してくる上杉にうんざりする甲斐でしたが、最後はキッチリ仕事を決めるところはさすがで、カッコよかったです。上杉のヤラれた感が伝わってきて、スッキリしました。
聖澤といい感じになった鈴木ですが、今後自分の経歴詐称のことを話すことになるのか、気になります。そのことで、上杉にバレないかがヒヤヒヤします。
