それでは病室で念仏を唱えないでください8話のネタバレあらすじをご紹介します。
不正を働いていた医師は誰だ！？
あおば台救命救急センターでは、このところペースメーカーを入れた生活保護の患者が複数人運ばれてきていた。
松本と三宅はそのことに疑問を抱き、どこでペースメーカーをいれたのか児嶋に調査を依頼するのだった。
一方、濱田は、医療コンサルタント・長谷から電話が入り、心臓外科学会の理事長・大貫の孫・川崎美咲が、重い心臓病で入院していると伝えられていた。
あおば台病院に転院させて手術がうまくいけば、医師会を後ろ盾にして小児ハートセンター設立までがスムーズになると言われた濱田は笑みを浮かべる。
児嶋は調査結果を松本と三宅に報告する。
ペースメーカーはあおば台救命救急センターで埋め込まれていたのだが、使われたものは今まであおば台救命救急センターでは使用したことが無いＭＤ電子の物だった。更に全ての患者が同じ医師によって手術されていることが発覚する。
松本は濱田の元へすぐに向かい、松本はこれはどういうことなのか問い詰める。
濱田は「なに？俺がやったとでもいいたいの？」と告げるが、松本は「そうは言ってない。お前はむかつくやつだが、こういうことはしない。」と告げ、カルテを差し出す。
そこには執刀医・田沼と書かれていた。
すると濱田は「すいません。今、ようやく小児用のハートセンターが設立できそうなんです。今は大事な時期なんです。この件、どうか僕を信用して預けてくれませんか。」と珍しく頭を下げ、松本も承諾するのだった。
その後、濱田はパンダのぬいぐるみを持って美咲に挨拶に行き、「手術の手伝いをしてくれる田沼先生だよ」と言って田沼のことも紹介する。
田沼は濱田の次に優秀と言われている心臓外科医だ。
その後、濱田は田沼にMD電子から金をもらってペースメーカーを埋め込んでいたことを問い詰め、「やるならばれないように徹底的にやれよ。」と告げる。
そして濱田は田沼の不正の証拠を全て消し去るのだった。
田沼は美咲の手術に助手として参加させるため、今この不正が明らかになるのは損だと濱田は考えたのだ。
不正の証拠が消されたことに気付いた松本は濱田に怒りをぶつけるが、濱田は開き直るのだった。
身元不明の女性はシングルマザー！
肺がんの治療に向き合うと決めた憲次は、松本付き添いのもと診察を受けていた。
憲次は治験薬の投与を受けることを決意するのだった。
そんな中、ひき逃げ事故にあった女性患者が搬送されてきていたのだが、この女性が搬送されて２日経っても家族からの問い合わせが入っておらず身元が分からなかった。
彼女の荷物をみると、幼稚園の女の子の間の中で人気だというキャラクターの髪ゴムが入っていた。
家族から連絡がないことを考えると、もしかしたらシングルマザーなのではないかと考えられた。
そうだとしたら家に乳幼児が1人で残っているかもしれない…。
また、この女性にはＭＤ電子のペースメーカーが埋め込まれていた。
松本と児嶋はすぐに濱田のもとに行き、濱田が消したペースメーカーのデータをくれと頼み込む。
濱田は不正の件を一切他言しないということを条件に、バックアップを取っていたデータを見せてくれる。
するとこの女性は小塚里香という名前だということが分かった。
子供は無事か！？
憲次が飲食店に入ると、偶然濱田と相席になる。
濱田が自分は心臓外科医だと話すと、憲次は救急医に友達がいる、と話す。
一方、警察が里香の自宅に踏み込むのに時間がかかっており、松本は田中を連れて自分達で行こうと提案する。
里香の鞄に鍵が入っていたので、すぐにその鍵を持って二人で向かうことに。
濱田は田沼を従え、美咲のオペの手術を開始していた。
松本と田中は里香の自宅へと辿り着く。同じころ、病院では里香が目を覚ますのだった。
松本と田中は部屋の中を探すのだが、子供はすぐには見つからない。
間もなくしてタンスの中で意識を失っている女の子を発見する。
松本は「おい！起きて！ママ待ってるぞ！起きて！」と懸命に呼びかける。
すると、女の子は目を開け、松本は女の子を抱き上げ「よく頑張った！」と微笑むのだった。
女の子の名前はカンナちゃんと言い、カンナちゃんは病院へ運ばれ、無事に里香と対面を果たす。
里香は号泣し、カンナも嬉しそうに「ママ」と呼ぶのだった。
一方、美咲の手術は大成功で幕を閉じた。
美咲の手術は無事に成功かと思いきや…
濱田は美咲の家族に手術の成功を伝え、家族は泣きながらお礼を告げる。
その後ロッカールームで濱田は田沼に「今までお疲れさん。」と言い、田沼を殴る。
濱田は「君はこれで用済み。くだらないリベート問題で足を引っ張られてたくない。小銭稼ぎでメスを入れるような奴を庇う理由はない。」と告げる。
田沼は「先生も悪いじゃないですか。」とへらへら笑って告げるのだが、濱田は「悪い、悪いよ。でも一緒にするな！私のは患者に必要な悪だ。」と告げ、田沼は情けない泣き声をあげる。
そして病院を去ることになったのだ。
その頃、憲次は入院してきていた。
松本は挨拶に行くと、憲次は入院前にとても良い先生にあったと嬉しそうに話す。
その後、美咲の容態は急変してしまうのだった…。

濱田はすごく悪い企みをしているのかと思いきや、小児用のハートセンターを設立しようとしているとは…なんだか濱田の印象がだいぶ変わりました。
田沼を追い出したのも良かったです。濱田は悪だけど【患者に必要な悪】という言葉にしっくりきました。
しかし、物語最後に美咲の容態が急変してしまいましたね！手術が失敗してしまったとのことなのでしょうか。
今このタイミングで失敗なんてしたら、濱田の夢も絶たれてしまいまそうですよね。
一体どうなるのでしょうか。

「僧侶が医者なんて奇をてらっている」連載当初はこんなこともよく言われましたが、実は僧医は結構いるんです。
その僧医である主人公・松本がその道を何故選ぶことになったのか、因縁である松本の身近な人達との関わり、対立するライバル医師とはどうやり合うのか、自身の描きたかった部分をドラマでは取り上げていただきました。今回の映像化にあたり、松本を演じる俳優さんには低い声での読誦と坊主頭で、とお願いしました。その我儘を受け入れてくれた伊藤英明さんが松本をどう見せてくれるのか、また同僚や他科の医師とどう絡んでいくのか大いに楽しみです！！
