前回はついに薫が心に、匠が亡くなったのは自らの医療過誤が原因だということを打ち明けましたが、心の反応は当然ながら冷酷なものでした。

ドラマ「アライブ-がん専門医のカルテ-」6話のネタバレあらすじ
薫が退職届を提出しようとするのだが…
心から「消えて」と告げられた薫は、消化器外科部長の美川史郎に退職届を提出したのだが、「簡単には受け取ることができない。理由は？」と聞かれる。そして結局は退職届を受け取ってもらえなかった。
どの道、薫の手術を待つ患者がいるため、すぐに辞めることはできない。
その患者の中には、心が担当する患者・高坂も含まれているのだが、心は薫を避けるようになっていた。
そんな中、心が医局に戻るとペットボトルの水が数本置かれていたため、手を伸ばそうとすると光野に止められる。
光野によると【がんが消える効能がある】と謳った水だそうで、元患者が、病院にいた患者たちに無断で配っていたので回収したのだそうだ。初回は無料だが次回から5000円という高額で売られているらしい。
心は研修医・結城と共に新たな患者・土方絵麻と付き添いの父・徳介、母・律子に治療方針を説明する。
抗がん剤治療をしてから手術をしましょう、と心が説明すると、徳介は抗がん剤投与に拒否反応を示す。
しかし律子と絵麻がとうにか徳介を説得し、その場は心が説明した通りの治療方針で進めることになった。
一方、匠の医療過誤を調べる関河隆一は、関東医科大学の医師・安田と会っていた…。
その後、薫は高坂の手術に関する緊急カンファレンスを行い、そこに心も出席する。
薫がやりたいと思っている手術に対し、心は「無理な手術は避けたい」と発言するのだった。
その夜、関河の元に心から着信が入る。
心は関河に「どこかでお話できませんか？日程はそちらの都合の良い時でかまいませんので。」と告げ、関河も承諾するのだった。
徳介が絵麻の抗がん剤治療を辞めさせる
翌日、乳がん闘病中の莉子は心に「脱毛を抑える薬はありませんか？」と尋ねる。莉子は抗がん剤治療の影響で髪が抜け初めていたのだ。
ウィッグを被っているが、あまり馴染まないのだという。
心は「焦らずに、いきましょうね」と告げる。
その後、心は徳介と律子に声をかけられ、絵麻の手術の担当医を腕の良い医師であると評判の梶山先生にしてくださいとお願いされる。
その頃、薫は高坂に「本当に手術の担当医私で良いんですか？」と再度確認していた。高坂は「またそれ？…なんかあった？」と告げ、薫を元気づけてくれるのだった。
薫は高坂の優しさに涙を流す。
莉子は病院内で気分が悪くなり座りこんでしまう。そこに徳介が通りかかり、ナースを呼んでくれる。
徳介は莉子の持っている資料から、莉子が抗がん剤治療を受けていることに気付く…。
絵麻の抗がん剤治療が始まるという時、徳介が乱入してきて「辞めろ！娘の身体に毒を入れるな！」と叫び、心を吹っ飛ばしてしまう。
絵麻は「ごめんなさい！私が悪いの。病気になって。順番間違えちゃった。親より先に病気になってしまうなんて。…先生、これ外してもらえますか？」と告げ、抗がん剤治療は中止になってしまう。
その後、律子から、絵麻は抗がん剤治療はやらずに、民間療法・フィルピースで治していくとの連絡があった。
このフィルピースという民間療法は高額な水を売りつけていたり、科学的根拠のないものを販売しているとても怪しいところだ。
翌日、心は徳介に抗がん剤治療についての誤解を解くために資料をまとめたものを渡し、説明する。
しかし徳介は「これがなんなんだ。数字なんて関係ない。たった一人の娘の命が守れるかどうか、それを考えてるんだ！」と告げ、心は「それは、私達も同じです。」と言うのだが、徳介の気持ちは変わらなかった。
フィルピースクリニックの院長が逮捕！
その夜、心は関河と喫茶店で会う。
心が「梶山先生の医療過誤によって夫は亡くなったと聞きました。それは本当ですか？」と問いかけると、関河は「医療過誤があったことは確かだと思います。しかし、今調べていることがあるので、確証を得たらお話します。あと、一つだけお話しておきます。梶山先生はお父さんを亡くしてるんです。医療過誤によって」と告げるのだった。
翌日、高坂の手術が開始となり、薫が執刀医を務めるのだが、腹膜播種があったことが発覚する。
薫は手術を続行しようとしたのだが、リスクを考えて閉腹するのだった。
手術後、薫は心に「腹膜播種があったから手術できなかった。ごめんなさい。」と告げる。
心は「謝ることじゃないでしょ。私も考えた。高坂さんの手術、本当に梶山先生でいいのか。でも。高坂さんは梶山先生を選んだ。術後の説明はちゃんとしてあげてください。」と告げるのだった。
その夜、薫は須藤を呼び出す。
薫は「心先生にね、本当のこと話した。ごめんなさい。教授選を控えている大切な時期に本当にごめん。」と告げ、須藤は「大丈夫だよ。なんとかするから。」と答える。
数日後、心が高坂のもとを訪れている時に、テレビのニュースからフィルピースクリニックの院長が逮捕されたことを知る。
高坂は「なんで患者がこんなのに騙されるんだって思うでしょ。治りたいからよ。生きたいからよ。なんだっていいからすがりたくなるのよ。」と告げるのだった。
間もなくして心のもとに徳介、律子がやってくる。
律子は「もう一度娘を診てやってください」と頭を下げ、徳介は心に土下座をして「実は、あの子もうクリニックを受診してしまったんです。一日も早く治療しなくちゃいけないのに。娘を、守りたかっただけなんです。一番辛いのはあの子なのに。病気になってごめんなさいなんて。」と泣き出す。
心は「お父さんの気持ちは娘さんには十分伝わっていると思います。それに、今からでも治療はできます。戻ってくる選択をしてくださってありがとうございます」と告げる。
徳介も律子も「よろしくお願いいたします。」と頭を下げるのだった。
その夜、心は関河と会い、関河は心にあるものを見せる…。
匠の手術の真実…
翌日、心は薫を呼び出す。薫は「ごめん、もう少し待って。残りのオペが終わったら私ここを辞めるから。」と告げるのだが、心は「そんなこと言わないで。薫先生にはもっと手術して欲しい。薫先生に執刀して欲しい患者がいるの。」と告げる。
薫は「私にはもう無理。オペの執刀はできない。私はもうここにはいられない。」と告げ、立ち去ろうとするのだが、心は「待って、あなたを傷つけてしまうかもしれないけど、これを見て欲しい。」と言い、ノートパソコンの画面でとある人物のCTを見せる。
薫が「下大静脈が狭窄してる…。」と言うと、心は「匠のCTなの。はじめ、匠のCTは一枚も存在してなかった。でも、亡くなる数日前に当直医が撮ってたの。手術の第二助手をしていた先生が入手してくれた。」と告げる。
「え、安田先生が？」と薫は驚く。
心は「そう。あのオペで起きたこと。真実を関河さんに話してくれた。薫先生は下大静脈が狭窄してしまったことを知らなかったのよね。そしてそのまま止血しようとしてパッキングしたんでしょ？それで匠は心停止になった。薫先生が、自分のミスだと思っていたのは、あなたの位置からでは縫合部位が見えなかったからなのよ。
あなたのせいじゃない。原因は、この縫合をしてこの狭窄を作った須藤先生。薫先生は悪くない。それなのに私、あなたにひどいこと言った。薫先生がいつも支えてくれていたのに。本当にごめんなさい。」と頭を下げる。
薫は「ごめん。ちょっとごめん。待ってくれる」と混乱していた。
そんな薫に心は「須藤先生を調査委員会に調べてもら…」と言いかけるのだが、薫は「だめ！」と叫ぶのだった。
その頃須藤は、関河を呼び出していた…。

匠が亡くなったのは薫のせいじゃなくて須藤のミスだったのですね。須藤って初登場からずっとなんか胡散臭かったですが、まさか須藤がミスをしていてその責任を薫になすりつけていたなんて驚きです。
薫はかなり須藤を信頼していた様子だったので、須藤に裏切られてさぞショックでしょう。しかし、心が須藤を調査委員会に調べてもらおうと提案したら食い気味で「だめ！」と言っていたのは、そんなことしたら須藤が教授になれなくなってしまうからでしょうか。
う～ん、こんなことされても薫は須藤のことを守りたいんですかね。
