七瀬と天堂が恋人同士に！
元入院患者の田沢と天堂が揉み合いになった際に怪我を負った七瀬は救急搬送される。
意識が朦朧となった七瀬に天堂は「乗り切ったら、願いを何でも叶えてやる」と約束するのだった。
結局七瀬は軽傷であり、天堂と二人で帰宅する。
その途中、七瀬は「何でも願い叶えてくれるんですよね？それならキスしてください。」とお願いし、天堂は七瀬の願い通りキスをしてくれるのだった。
そして天堂は七瀬に「彼氏になってやる。」と告げる。
舞い上がる七瀬に天堂は「仕事では公私混同するな」と釘を刺すのも忘れなかった。
交際の事実を周囲に明かさないようにとも告げ、七瀬は承諾する。
翌日、七瀬は周りに天堂と恋人同士になったことを発表したい！という思いに駆られるが、なんとか我慢する。
そして頭の中では記者会見を開く妄想もするのだった。
そんな中、主任ナース・根岸の長男・真司が不整脈治療のため、入院してくる。
真司はプロのゲーマーを目指しており、真司の担当の医師は天堂だ。
七瀬は天堂に、真司の不安を軽減できたらと自らアブレーション治療の介助に加わりたいと名乗り出る。そんな七瀬に天堂は「お前の努力次第だな。しっかり勉強してこい」と告げる。
その会話を聞いていた根岸は天堂に、七瀬を介助メンバーから外してほしいと告げる。根岸は、七瀬の未熟さを知っているためだ。
七瀬が天堂のためにご飯を作るのだが…。
その夜、七瀬は流子の部屋を尋ね、天堂の好きな食べ物を聞いていた。
その時流子のもとに天堂から「家の鍵忘れた」と連絡が入る。しかし流子はこれから出かける予定があったため、七瀬は「私、ご飯を作って待ってます！」と告げ、流子は七瀬に感謝して出かけていくのだった。
ちなみに七瀬は天堂の連絡先をまだ知らない。
七瀬はスーパーに買い出しに行くと、来生に声をかけられる。
来生は料理も得意なため、七瀬は来生に買い物のアドバイスをしてもらい、料理も教えてもらう。
するとそこに天堂が帰って来て、「何してんだお前ら」と告げる。
七瀬は天堂の好きなクリームコロッケを作っていたのだが、天堂は「悪い。すぐにまた病院に戻ることになった。…お前、ちゃんと勉強しとけよ。」と告げ、再び病院に戻ってしまうのだった。
その頃、流子はバーにいると小石川に声をかけられる。
小石川は「一人？それとも誰かいるの？」と問いかけると、流子は「いるよ。年下の彼氏。」と答える。
一方、七瀬は同期の皆を呼んでクリームコロッケを振舞う。
するとそこに流子もやってきて、仁志は流子を見て驚愕する。
仁志は先日神社で流子に偶然会った際に告白して、OKをもらっていたのだった。
仁志は流子が天堂の姉だと知った途端、「そうだ夜勤だった」と言って部屋を出ていってしまう。
翌日、仁志は流子の元カレが小石川だということを知り、更に「無理…絶対無理…」と落ち込んでしまう。
来生が天堂に宣戦布告！
来生は天堂に「お前は酷いね。佐倉ちゃんあんなに一生懸命作っていたのに。まだみのりのこと忘れてないのか？佐倉ちゃんのことどう思ってんだ。」と問いかけるが、天堂は「お前には関係ない。」と答える。
来生は「そうか、関係ないのか。それなら俺も好きにさせてもらう。」と、天堂に宣戦布告するのだった。
一方、七瀬はアブレーションの見学をしたりと、必死に勉強をしつつ、真司の心のケアも忘れずに行っていた。
夜も自宅で必死に勉強し、翌日もアブレーションの勉強をしていた。
その姿を見ていた根岸は天堂に「真司のアブレーションに佐倉さんをつけるのはやめてもらえないでしょうが。私は真司にずっと頼り切りで、真司は我慢強くて下の兄弟達の面倒もよく見てくれていて。
私がもっとそばにいてあげたら、仕事なんてしていなかったら、もっと早く病気に気付けたのかなって思ったんです。だから治療だけは万全な状態で受けさせてあげたいんです。なので、佐倉さんではなく経験豊富な看護師をつけてください。
主任として間違ったことを言っているのは分かっています。でも、どうか今回だけは、よろしくお願いします。」と泣きながら頭を下げるのだった。
その後、根岸からアブレーションの介助担当は天堂先生の指示でベテランの看護師二名になったと発表があった。
七瀬は天堂に「真司くんのアブレーション私が入れないのはどうしてですか？先生は私を一人前の看護師にしてくれるって言ったじゃないですか。私が先生と付き合えて浮かれているから介助なんて務まらないと思ったんですか？一人の看護師として判断して欲しかったです。公私混同してるのは先生の方じゃないんですか？」と告げる。
天堂が「本気で言っているのか？」と告げると、七瀬は「悔しいです」と呟き、去っていくのだった。
その夜、七瀬は来生にこのことを相談していた。
七瀬は悔しくて天堂についあんなことを言ってしまったと後悔していた。
来生が「幻滅した？もう好きじゃなくなった？」と聞くと、七瀬は「無神経で、不愛想。無頓着。なのに、大好きです。」と答える。
来生は「親心には勝てないよ。あいつ、主任に頼まれたんだ。佐倉ちゃんが努力してたことは十分分かってたと思うよ。今から戻って、もう一度ちゃんと話してみたら？行け勇者！」と告げ、七瀬は再び病院に戻る。
すると真司の容態が変わったため、天堂が真司の緊急アブレーションを行っていることを知る。
七瀬が手術室の前に行くと、根岸も手術の様子を見守っていた。
天堂と二人でお疲れパン！
しかし、真司の容態はなかなか戻らない。
七瀬は「喘鳴が入っている。」という言葉を聞いて、天堂に「造影剤の副作用で喘息の症状が出ているのかもしれません。咳込んでいるところを見たことがあります。あと、真司くんはメンソール系のタブレットもよく舐めていました。」と告げる。
その言葉を聞いて、天堂は納得し、「佐倉、お前も入れ」と告げ、七瀬もアブレーションの介助に入ることになった。
その後、真司の容態は良くなり、根岸は天堂にお礼を言う。
そして根岸は七瀬に「咳のこと、息子のことなのに何にもわかってなかった。佐倉さんのおかげね。ありがとう。それと、アブレーションのこと、本当にごめんなさい。」と謝る。
七瀬は「お母さんとして、主任として、毎日頑張る根岸さんは私の憧れです。これからもご指導よろしくお願いします。」と微笑み、頭を下げる。
その後、七瀬は天堂に「昨日は感情的になってしまってすみませんでした。」と謝る。天堂は七瀬にパンを差し出し、「食うか？」と告げる。
そして、「初めてにしてはまあまあだった。」と褒める。
七瀬は「さっき、すごかった。先生だけ別の世界にいるみたいで。今までずっとこういうことを何年も続けてきて今先生がここにいるんだって思いました。いつか、支えられるようになりたいです。こうして、先生とお疲れパンできるなら、これが最高のデートです。」と嬉しそうに微笑むのだった。
その後、天堂は小石川に「僕も色々ありましたよ。ここで医者やりながら恋愛して別れて。結婚して別れて。記憶って色んなことに結びついてる。初めてPCIやった時失恋のどん底だった、とかね。仕事だ恋愛だときっちり分けないで日々の混乱を楽しむ。心に線は引けないからね。」と告げるのだった。
看護師達は来月のシフト調整をしており、根岸は七瀬に8日の日曜出勤を頼み、七瀬は快諾する。
するとそこに天堂がやって来て、「8日の日曜は開けといてください。一緒に飯食います。」と告げる。
「え？なんで勇者と？」と周囲がざわつくと、天堂は「俺の彼女だから。」と答えるのだった。
皆が祝福ムードになる中、一人の女性が「天堂先生！」と声をかける。
その女性は、天堂の元カノ・みのりそっくりな女性で…。

先週のキスからの怒濤の展開でした！もう恋人同士になるとは少し驚きましたが、七瀬の5年越しの恋が叶いましたね！
物語中盤で来生が天堂に宣戦布告していましたが、七瀬は天堂にベタ惚れですから、来生の入り込む余地はなさそうですね。
また、天堂が皆の前で七瀬のことを「俺の彼女だから」と告げて、七瀬もとても嬉しそうにしていたのに、まさかのみのりそっくりな女性が登場しました！
みのりは亡くなってますから、本人ではないと思いますが、そっくりにもほどがありますね…。妹とかでしょうか？
この女性は七瀬の恋のライバルとなるのでしょうか！
