既に起こった事件を調べる
進学校に通うエリート高校生の浅井航が、主婦の松永由貴を殺した事件が起こる。犯行前に凶器を買ったりしているにも関わらず、ミハンが探知すらしていないことを問題にする曽根崎。
既に起こってしまった事件だったが、この事件を調べ直すと言う香坂。
精神科医を装い、浅井から話を聞く井沢と吉岡。これまで何も問題を起こしていないのに、なぜこんなことをしたのかと聞く井沢に、人を殺してみたかったと答える浅井。
やってみてどうだったかと聞くと、人の体から出る血は温かいけど、すぐに冷たくなるのが残念だったと答えるのだった。
浅井の同級生たちから話を聞く小田切と山内。頭がいいが他の生徒をバカにしているような印象だったと話す。
スマホで何か見ているのを見かけて、何を見ていたのかと聞くと、死に場所だと答えたと言う。
浅井の真意が分からない中、ただの性的サディズムだからこれ以上調べても仕方ないと言う吉岡。もうミハンを辞めたいとも言うのだった。
浅井の動機
再び浅井を訪ねた井沢たち。自殺しようとしていたのに、なぜその前に人を殺したのかと聞くと、夢を叶えたかったと言う。
自殺するつもりなら偽装工作をする必要がなかったのでは？と言うが、もっと殺したいという欲が出たと答える。
その割には、あっさりと自白したことを指摘すると、防犯カメラに自分と由貴が移っている証拠を見せられて諦めたのだと言う。
「人の命をなんだと思ってるんだ」と怒りをぶつける吉岡に、笑みを見せる浅井。
浅井との面会を最後に、ミハンを去る吉岡。メンバーたちに挨拶をする吉岡に、複雑な思いになるメンバーたちだった。
浅井が自殺をしようとした場所に向かった山内は、向かいのビルの会社員に話を聞く。すると、由貴と一緒に何度かいるのを見かけたと聞き出す。
二人がいたのはいつも月曜日だったとの話も聞き、由貴が月曜日に料理学校に通っていることを割り出す香坂。
由貴の夫に話を聞きに言った井沢は、夫の様子がおかしいことに気づき、部屋を調べると掛けてある絵の裏に、壁を殴った跡を見つける。
由貴が以前に、階段から転落して救急搬送された履歴があることから、DVを受けていたと考えるメンバーたち。
浅井の母親も父親からDVを受けていたため、自分の母親と重ねたのではないかと考える。
吉岡がミハンを辞めようとした理由
浅井が池袋のビルに入ったことが分かり、そのビルには偽造カードなどを作るところがあることが分かる。
その知らせを受けた山内は、病院にいる吉岡を訪ねていた。吉岡の弟は神経芽腫で、もう長くないかもしれないのだった。
弟のために、近くにいて励ましたり元気づけてやりたいと話す吉岡。山内は、浅井も同じように大切な人を守るために嘘をついていたと話すのでした。
再度浅井に接見する井沢。浅井の母親がDVを受けていたことや、自殺しようとした時に偶然屋上で由貴に会ったことを指摘する。
そこで会ううちに由貴がDVを受けていることを知り、警察に相談するように言った浅井。そこに吉岡が入ってくる。
由貴は生きていると井沢が言うと、声を荒げて「違う」と言う浅井。浅井は由貴を守るために、殺したフリをして別の人生を歩ませる計画を立てたのだった。
狙われる由貴
由貴に計画のことを話すと、浅井が捕まることを心配して反対する。だが浅井は、由貴に会っていなければ自分は自殺していたと言う。
浅井はまだ17歳で、精神疾患だと診断されれば医療少年院に入れられ、数年で出て来られる。それが浅井の描いた犯行計画だと言う井沢。
浅井の事件を使えば井沢を潰せると言った門田は、曽根崎から叱責される。門田は急いで由紀の夫にDVの有無を尋ね、由貴の潜伏先を探るために吉岡に電話をかけてくる。
迷った末に吉岡は潜伏先の候補を送ると言うが、その電話を切った直後、由貴の夫に殴られる。ミハンルームに警告音が鳴り、由貴の夫が危険人物として探知される。
井沢は浅井に、由貴の夫が由貴が生きている事に気づいたことを知らせ、居場所を聞き出す。
ホテルに由貴の写真を見せて聞き出し、部屋に入って行く夫。部屋の中にいた由貴に手をかけ殺そうとするが、変装した吉岡だった。
その後山内と小田切も中に入り、無事に取り押さえるのだった。
吉岡の弟の病室を訪ねた山内は、弟から刑事になりたいという自分の夢を叶えるために刑事になってくれたことを聞く。その後吉岡は、ミハンで研修を続けたいと届け出たのだった。
小田切に付き合って欲しいと言う篠田。小田切の写真を見ながら、何枚かの写真に写る男の姿に気づく。
34日後、篠田から電話を受けた小田切が駆けつけると、お腹を刺されて倒れている篠田を見つける。

今回も、ラストの展開が予想できない内容で見ごたえがありました。高校生役の清水尋也さんのクールな演技も、キャストとしてイメージにピッタリでした。
吉岡の弟思いな意外な一面も見られ、キャラクターに愛着もわいてきました。チームワークがよくなってきただけに、最後にどんな事件が待っているのか少し怖いです。

吉岡くんの警察を目指した理由、演技が上手いこと、死を軽んじる犯人を目の当たりに出来ずミハン離れようとしたことが全部絶妙に繋がってたの良かったし、人を殺すという点に於いてギリギリの心理を唯一わかっている井沢さんの表情凄いなと思った#絶対零度
