息子に会いたがらない四宮…。
出勤した春田は小学生くらいの男の子が社員しか入れないスペースに迷い込んでいることに気付き、声をかける。
すると男の子は「お父さんいますか？」と聞き、春田が「お父さん？名前は？」と尋ねると、男の子は「四宮。四宮要。」と答えたので春田は驚愕する。
春田は急いで四宮の元へ行き、しのさんの息子と名乗る男の子が訪ねて来ていることを伝えるのだが、四宮は「今急いでるから」と言って去って行ってしまうのだった。
男の子の元へ戻った春田は「お父さん仕事中で手が離せないみたいなんだ」と告げると、男の子は「分かりました。」と言って帰って行く。
その後春田は根古から四宮がバツイチであり、元奥さんはCAだったということを聞く。
寮に戻った春田に四宮は「今日は悪かったな。実はバツイチなんだ。笑えるだろ。」と告げる。寮には成瀬もおり、今日はグラタンではなくドリアを食べるようだ。
成瀬は四宮に息子の話をズバズバ聞き、春田と成瀬は四宮の息子が10歳で、名前は翼くんだということを知る。
四宮は「今更父親を名乗る資格なんてないんだ。」と自嘲気味に呟くのだった。
翌日出社した春田のもとには、春田のことを諦めると宣言した黒澤が明るく話しかけて来て「俺がいつまでもめそめそ泣いてると思ったのか？一晩経ったら忘れたよ。はははは」と高笑いするのだが、春田が去り一人になるとめそめそと泣き崩れるのだった。
そんな中、天空ピーチエアラインでは小学生が航空会社の職場を学ぶ体験学習期間がスタートした。
春田は成瀬、道端、烏丸達と共に授業の担当をするのだが、子供が大の苦手の成瀬はしょっぱなから子供に切れてしまう。
その子供達の中に翼くんがいることに気付いた春田は成瀬に「俺、しのさんに言ってくる。」と言うのだが、成瀬は「スーパーお節介だから。あの人そういうの嫌いでしょ。」と告げる。
そんな成瀬に春田は「お前しのさんのことは詳しいのな。」と言うと、成瀬は「だから！？」と吐き捨て走り出してしまうのだった。
春田は成瀬と四宮の仲の良さにイライラし、この感情は一体何なんだと戸惑っていると、烏丸は「それは嫉妬だ！」と指摘する。
春田は『そんなまさか、ないないないない！』と必死に心の中で否定する。
緋夏が身を引く！
仕事帰り、春田は緋夏と食事をし、緋夏と次のデートの予定を立てる。すると突然黒澤が現れ「いいじゃないかデート！」と言い出し、緋夏の恋のアシストを一生懸命しようとするのだが、完全に空回ってしまうのだった。
春田は寮に戻ると、四宮に声を掛け、体験学習に翼君が来ていたことを報告する。
次の休みの日、春田は緋夏とボートデートをするのだが、春田は緋夏とのデート中も四宮と成瀬の話ばっかりし、そんな春田に緋夏は複雑な表情を浮かべる。
ボートデートの後、緋夏は春田と手を繋ごうとするのだが、春田は気づかずスルーしてしまう。傷つきながらも明るく緋夏は「晩御飯どうする？」と聞くのだが、そこでも春田は他の人の名前を出してしまう。
そんな春田に緋夏は「私のこと好きじゃ無いでしょ。他に好きな人がいるの？ずっと見てたら分かるよ。好きじゃないならデート断って欲しかったな。春ちゃんの優しさに私は傷つきました。じゃあ、また会社で」と告げ、緋夏は帰ってしまうのだった。
その夜、四宮は根古と一緒に甘いスイーツを食べに行っていた。
根古は四宮の元妻・蘭と今でも仲が良く、四宮は根古から「もうすぐ蘭は翼くん連れてバンコクに行くっていってる。このままでいいの？」と告げる。
四宮は同性愛者のため、蘭の期待に応えることができずに別れることになったのだ。
春田は寮に戻ると、成瀬がソファーで寝てしまっていた。
無防備な成瀬を春田はまじまじと見つめ、その頬に触れようとする。すると緋夏の『他に好きな人がいるの？』という言葉が頭をよぎり…。
翌日も子供達の職場体験は続き、子供達は道端に「飛行機が見たい！飛行機が見たい！」と騒ぎ始める。騒ぎを聞きつけた成瀬が駆けつけるのだが…。
一方春田は根古から翼君がバンコクに行ってしまうことを聞き、デスクワークをしている四宮に「こんなとこで何してるんですか！今行かないと後悔しますよ！」と言い、無理矢理四宮を翼くんの元へと連れていくのだった。
翼と四宮がついに対面！
道端は子供達に必死に整備のことを教えようとするのだが、成瀬は「おい！早く飛行機乗りたいっていったやつ誰だ！乗せねえからな！整備ってのは超重要だから！」と叫びます。
しかし子供達からは「話がつまんない！」とブーイングが発生。
そこに春田と四宮がやって来て、四宮は子供達に優しく整備の大切さを教え、子供達にも興味を持ってもらえるよう工夫して整備のことを説明する。
そして子供達の作業中、四宮は翼に話しかけ「君は将来何になりたいの？」と尋ねると、翼は「パイロットです。」と答える。
四宮は「パイロットかっこいいもんな。」と微笑み、翼も「でしょ。」と笑います。
その後も四宮は翼と和やかに話し、職業体験は終了するのだった。
その後、翼は感想シートに「整備士さんの凄さや重要さを知りました」と書いていました。そして続けて「僕は初めてお父さんの仕事を間近で見ることが出来ました。お父さんが自分の仕事に誇りを持っていて、すごくかっこいいと思いました。」と書いてあり、四宮は涙ぐむ。
そんな四宮に春田は「翼くんがバンコクに旅立つのって今日ですよね。翼くんだって絶対もっとお父さんと話したいですよ！」と言い、四宮は駆け出すのだった。
春田が成瀬に強引にキス！
四宮は必死に翼と蘭の姿を探していると蘭に話しかけられる。
蘭は「翼に会ったんでしょ？私ね、今度結婚するんだ。」と報告し、四宮は「そうか、おめでとう」と祝福する。
「あの時いきなり家を出て行ってごめんね。私はもう十分我儘を聞いてもらったから早く終わりにしなきゃと思ったんだよね。私要と結婚したこと後悔してないよ。だから要も幸せになってね。」と蘭は告げ、四宮も「ああ。」と微笑む。
するとそこに翼がやって来て、「整備士も悪くないけどさ、やっぱ目指すならパイロットだな。」とはにかみながら言い、四宮は「そうか、頑張れよ！」と告げる。
そして翼は「じゃあ、ばいばい。お父さん！」と言い、四宮は感極まって泣き出し翼を抱き締めるのだった。
その姿を春田と成瀬が見ていて、春田は号泣していた。成瀬は「なんで春田さんが泣いてるんですか。」と呆れ、春田は「だって絶対幸せになって欲しいじゃん。」と告げる。
その後、春田また成瀬と四宮の仲の良い姿を見て胸の中がざわつくのだった。
その夜、寮で春田は四宮に「ご飯できたらから成瀬呼んで来てくれ」と頼まれ、春田はテラスにいる成瀬に声をかける。
春田は成瀬に「俺さ、お前が誰かと笑ったり話したりしてるのすげえ嫌だっていうか。そんな自分がすげえむかつくっていうか。お前何考えてるか全然わかんねえし全然可愛くないんだけど誰にも渡したくないっていうか。だから、俺、お前のこと好きみたいなんだよ。」と告白する。
成瀬は走って逃げようとするが、春田は成瀬の腕をつかみ「俺じゃだめか？」と聞く。成瀬が「だめです。」と答えると、春田は成瀬に強引にキスをし、成瀬に突き飛ばされてしまう。
成瀬が去った後、春田は頭を抱えて崩れ落ちる。
一方その頃、黒澤は緋夏から「春ちゃんに振られた」と告げられ、黒澤は「どうして緋夏が振られなきゃいけないんだ！」とパニックになり、『緋夏を傷つけたのも許せないが、だったら俺はなんのために諦めたんだ。』という思いが渦巻く。
そして「今から春田と話をしてくる！」と言う黒澤を緋夏は必死に止めるのだった。
春田が四宮のもとに戻ると、四宮から翼とのことについてお礼を言われ「改めて言わせてくれ。俺は春田のことが好きだ。俺と付き合ってくれ。」と告白される。
春田は心苦しくなりつつも「ごめんなさい」と頭を下げて謝る。
そんな春田に四宮は「じゃあこうしよう！お試しで一週間俺と付き合ってくれ！」と提案するのだった…。

今回の一番の見どころはやはり春田が成瀬に強引にキスをしたシーンですよね！春田にあんな肉食的な一面があったとは少し驚きです。
でもやっぱり成瀬は春田にはなびかなそうですよね。う～んでもこの一件で少し春田のことを意識するのでしょうか？
そしてしのさんは春田に振られるものの「じゃあ俺と1週間お試しで付き合ってくれ」という驚きの提案をしたので、来週は春田としのさんの疑似恋人生活が見られそうですね！
なにやら新キャラも登場するようなので、ますます恋愛模様が激しくなりそうでとても楽しみです！
