2009年入社式
朝、何もない部屋で人が倒れている。
元号は平成から令和に代わっていた。
北野サクラの同期たちがサクラのことを思い出しながら、日々忙しく過ごしていた。
ある時、病院にサクラの同期たち、百合、葵、菊夫、蓮太郎が集まり、脳挫傷になったサクラの周りを囲んでいた。
生きていてサクラ、と願う彼ら。
時は10年前、2009年。
北野サクラは田舎から出てきて、入社式へと向かう。
行く途中、朝からうるさい隣のカップルや通行の邪魔になっている若者に注意し、会社に向かう。
新入社員として入社するサクラの同期がそろい、入社式がはじまるぎりぎりでサクラが着く。
先輩の火野に慌てて会場に入れられたサクラは、話の長い社長に「話が長い」と言い、周囲をざわつかせた。
空気を読めないサクラだったが、それを人事部の黒川がフォローし、その後新人研修の話になる。
研修は3週間あり、最後は5人の班で模型作品を作るそうだ。
サクラの班はリーダーがさくらになり、ほかのメンバーは月村百合、土井連太郎、清水菊夫、木島葵の5人だった。
入社式が終わり、サクラはみんなを明日からの打ち合わせをしようと誘う。
みんなをリクエストを聞いてくれる店に誘ったサクラは、食事をしながら希望部署を聞く。
それぞれの希望を聞きながら、サクラはみんなに感心する。
土木部に希望するサクラは、地元に橋をかけたいという夢をもっていた。
サクラは、どうしても土木部に入りたいと話す。
同期達との話を終えたサクラは、そのまま帰ると告げ、そんな彼女のマイペースさに戸惑う同期たちだった。
納得できない
サクラからのFAXを見ながら、サクラの爺ちゃんである柊作が渋い顔をしている。
爺ちゃん近所の人に「ほんとは行かせたくなかったんだろ？」とサクラのことを聞かれ、何も言わないのだった。
その頃サクラたちは新人研修がはじまり、名刺の出し方や足場の運び方から教わっていた。
初日も研修後に提出する作品の相談しようとサクラが言い、メンバーは戸惑いながらもリクエスト店に言って話し合う。
それぞれ話し合いながらも、まとまらない。
サクラは地元にかける橋はどうかと提案する。
サクラはスケッチブックに案を考えてきたが、絵が下手なため、設計部希望の連太郎にお願いすることに。
連太郎が描いたデザインは、みんなが絶賛したがサクラは納得いかない。
何度も手直しさせて、やっと納得できるデザインになった橋を見てサクラは笑う。
先輩の火野はサクラが周囲から浮いてないか心配していたが、部長の黒川は気にしていなかった。
出来上がった橋は色がまだついていなく、その色について話し合う。
色も塗り、やっと橋の模型が完成したと思ったが、サクラは橋なのに島がないと言い、材料は自分が買ってくると伝える。
他のメンバーは困りながらもつきあってくれ、土曜日も会って買い物に行く。
お茶をしながら、サクラは都会的な同期達を見て「まるでドラマのようだ」と言う。
その時、人が多い都会の道を見て「人と車がいない！」と立ち上がった。
橋なのだからそこを使う人や車もなければリアリティがない、そう言ったサクラは、材料を買いに行くのだった。
もう子供じゃないんだから
みんなでジオラマを作りながら、将来のことを話しながら、
サクラは橋をどうしてもかけたいと、橋があれば両親が死なずに済んだと思うと言い、爺ちゃんが生きているうちに橋をつくりたいと話す。
木島はサクラの話をプレゼンで使いたいと言い、サクラもみんなも感激するのだった。
無事に作品を完成したが、サクラは耐荷重が足りないことに気づき、作り直さないといけないと言い出し、とうとう百合がキレた。
仕事なんだから納得いかなくてもやらないといけない、みんなサクラに気を使って付き合っていただけだ、仲間でもないんでもない。
連太郎に大人になろうと、もう子供じゃないんだからと言われ、サクラは何も言えなくなって帰るのだった。
帰り道、ひとりでコロッケを食べながら爺ちゃんに手紙を書きFAXする。
その夜、いつもは返信がない爺ちゃんから「自分にしかできないことがある」というFAXが届いた。
夢を叶えるために
模型審査会の日、サクラは来ていなかった。
審査の時に、黒川にサクラの言うように耐荷重のことを指摘され、メンバーは戸惑う。
黒川に橋をぐっと押されたとき、サクラが登場し、重さに耐えられる橋を持って入れ替えた。
褒められたサクラだったが、社長賞はF班の商業施設だった。
その結果にサクラは異を唱える。
その商業施設は社長が以前携わったものだから、周囲が忖度して選んだのではと。
サクラはA班の保育園が相応しいと言い、黒川がサクラに「それは個人の意見か」と聞く。
サクラは「あくまで個人の意見です」と告げた。
所属部が決まる日、他のメンバーは希望の部に決まったが、サクラは模型審査の件でクビにはならなかったが、人事部に所属することとなった。
希望の部署には配属されなかったが、心配する同期メンバーに「私には夢がある」と言い「分かち合う仲間を諦めることはできない」と告げたのだった。

・サクラが脳挫傷で入院し、集まる仲間たち。
・百合は10年前でサクラや同期の仲間と出会ったことを思い出す。

・妥協せず作った模型審査だったが、賞は取れず、サクラは希望の課にも行けなかった。
ドラマ「同期のサクラ」1話の感想
同期のサクラ、1話見て「面白い！！」と声に出して言ってしまいました。
サクラを見ていると普段どれだけの人が「空気を読む」とか「忖度」というのをやっているのかが分かりますね。
サクラの真顔から笑顔になる瞬間が、とても可愛いのと、見ていてスッキリするので気持ちいいです。
百合がめちゃくちゃキレてましたが、普段空気読んでいるのに慣れていると、ちょっと壊す人が出てくると拒否反応が起きるんですよね。
あそこまで強烈なものではないですが、百合の気持ちも分からなくもないなと……。
それにしても初回で登場人物も多いのに、非常に分かりやすくすんなりと話に乗れたので、これはシナリオがとても良くできている気がします。
1話たつごとに1年経つので、来週は2年目になったサクラたちが見られるんですね。
こういう描き方も楽しみです！
来週はどんな展開になっているのか、サクラと同期がどうなっているのか気になりますね。

何といっても、社長志望の野心家の葵演じる新田真剣佑さんがカッコいい！
2話以降の演技も楽しみです。
何でそんなに倒れたサクラの元に駆けつけるほど
サクラは同期のメンバーから慕われるようになったのか、
これから明らかになっていくと思うので、毎週見るのが楽しみになりました。
１回目のラストの夢を語るシーンで引き込まれた。
録画してたので、最初から見直した。
２回目で冒頭のメンバーのシーンの意味がわかった。
切ないんだけど。悲しい話なのかな？
くっそー、高畑は可愛くないけど惹かれるわｗ
北野サクラがかなりの変わり者ということと、夢や目標に向かって妥協なく真っ直ぐ進む女の子ということが分かりました。北野サクラの最後の、私には夢がありますのシーンは森山直太朗の歌と絡まってちょっと感動してしまいました。
まだ始まったばかりですが、微妙な感じだと思いました。
我が強いキャラ設定なので、高畑充希さんの可愛さが出ていないような気がします。
空気を読まずに正論を貫く感じは「半沢直樹」の女版が始まったような感じだと思いました。
