それでは凪のお暇最終回10話のネタバレあらすじをご紹介します。
長いお暇
ゴンに告白された凪は今後どうしたらいいか悩む。
ママに「今世紀最大のラッキーよ！モテ期到来！」と星占いの結果を言われるが、さらに困惑するのだった。
翌日、部屋に帰ってきた凪は、お隣のゴンと話をして、ゴンが「やっぱり告白して良かった。空気美味しいもん」と言ってくれるのを、凪は「あのゴンさんが私に告白なんて……バチが当たる」と逆に不安になる。
その頃、吉永は松山にいる妹に会いに行き、二人は話しながら昔のことを思い出す。
妹から「家を出て幸せだった？」と聞かれ、吉永は答えることができない。
「どっちだって一緒ね、どうせ最後は一人」吉永の妹は寂しそうにつぶやくのでした。
アパートに帰ってきた吉永は、凪に「このアパート出るわ」と告げる。
アパートを出て、松山の実家に帰り、妹と一緒にいることにしたのだ。
「長いお暇だったわ、お先に失礼」
そんな吉永のお別れ会をスナックで開き、みんなそれぞれ吉永との別れを悲しみながら、お別れ会を楽しみ、盛り上がる。
凪も苦手なカラオケを披露することにし、一生懸命歌う姿を慎二とゴンが見守るのだった。
吉永とのお別れでしんみりしていると、凪は話の流れでアパートが今月末で取り壊しなのを知り、驚く。
凪だけが知らない状況に、アパートの住人も慎二も驚くのだった。
選んだ方が楽しい
凪は取り壊しの事実を知り、新居探しを考えると気が遠くなるのだった。
みすずとうららは、中古の家を買っており、うららは「凪ちゃんも一緒に住もう！」と提案してくれるが、さすがにそれは出来ず、うららと凪は泣いてしまう。
吉永がアパートを出る日、凪に「選ばれるんじゃなくて選んじゃえばいいのよ、そっちの方が楽しいじゃない」と助言し、吉永はいつものように自販機の小銭を探しながら四国へ向かうのだった。
慎二は職場で市川に会い、言い訳をしようとしたが「もう気にしていない」と先手を打たれてしまう。
足立は同僚が自分の悪口を陰で言ってるのを知り、落ち込んでいると、市川にスナックに誘われるのだった。
凪が部屋に戻ると隣のゴンが最後のゴーヤーを収穫しており、一緒に収穫を手伝うことに。
ゴーヤーの実とツルを片付けた後、ゴンが凪に「誘いたいところがある」と言う。
それぞれの旅立ち
ゴンは新しい部屋に凪を招待し、家具の配置を一緒に考えたいと告げる。
ゴンはポケットから合鍵を出し「ここで一緒に暮らそう、ずっと一緒にいよう」と言う。
凪は「ゴンさんと一緒にいると幸せすぎて今の私だと簡単に流されてしまう。だから私はゴンさんにもらうんじゃなくて、私から色んな人にあげたい」と告げるのだった。
ゴンは「凪ちゃんいなくなったら、俺何もなくなっちゃうよ。だめなんて言わないで」そう鍵を差し出してくるが、凪は「ごめんなさい」と泣きながら断るのだった。
二人は抱き合いながら、凪は「ゴンさんに会えてよかった」「俺も」とお礼をし合う。
凪は新しい会社に仕事が決まった。
全国展開するコインランドリーのチェーン店だった。
凪は坂本との夢を諦めてはおらず、それを坂本に話すと実は坂本も同じことを考えていたのだった。
そして、うららのもとへ行った凪は「一緒に遊ぼう！」とアパートにペンキで落書きをはじめる。
それを見たゴンもまざり、3人でアパートに落書きをして遊ぶ。
うららと一生の友達の誓いをして、凪はうららとみすずにお別れを告げた。
そしてゴンも新居へ向かい、凪は見送るのだった。
慎二はスナックのママと凪の話をして、どうしたらあいつの役に立てるのかな、と慎二が考えていた。
凪に呼び出された慎二は、新居と新しい仕事をはじめる報告をする。
慎二は「一日だけおれに時間をくれない？デートしよう」と誘い、凪と慎二は一日楽しく過ごす。
お暇おしまい！
水族館で並んでイワシを見つめながら、前に見たはぐれたイワシを発見し、盛り上がる。
凪は「ありがとう慎二」とお礼を言い、同時に「ごめん」と謝った。
ずっと一緒にいたのに慎二のことを何も知らなかったと話し、自分自身もずっと嫌なことから逃げていた、でも今はやっと見つけられるようになった。
ノートに書かれたウィッシュリストを慎二に見せる凪。
慎二は「おまえはしっかり一人で泳いでいるよ、おれもお前を卒業してやる」そう言って「おまえは絶対大丈夫」と凪の目を見つめた。
凪は「好きになってくれてありがとう」そう言って、慎二に「ばいばい」と別れを告げた。
アパートが取り壊され、凪は「お暇おしまい」と呟いて、坂本の家を訪ねる。
坂本はなぜか慎二の兄と付き合っており、凪は驚き困惑したものの、とりあえず仕事に行くことにするのだった。

先週のラストでゴンさんの鍵ぶちまけ告白があり、いったいどうなるの！？とハラハラして迎えた今週の最終回。
結局二人とも選ばず、凪は凪の道を行くという選択に、ホッとしながらも「そっか～……」とちょっと残念な気持ちにもなりました。
なんとなくこういうラストになるかと想像はしていましたが、慎二やゴンさんの気持ちを思うと複雑な気持ちです。
でも凪の未来を考えたらこれで正解かもしれませんね。
空気を読まずに自分なりの選択をした、凪の成長を感じさせる終わり方でした！
ハッピーエンドだけど、ちょっとほろ苦さの残る終わり方は、終わった後に強い余韻が残りますね！
