なつぞら・第21週あらすじネタバレあらすじまとめ～なつよ、新しい命を迎えよ～
妊娠したことを柴田家に伝えたなつ。柴田家の皆は大いに喜んだ。同じ頃、夕美子と雪次郎の間に、照男と砂良の間にも子供が出来ていた。
日本に戻ってきた麻子は新しく”マコプロダクション”というアニメ制作会社を立ち上げ、そこに坂場を誘った。
坂場は子供が預けられる年齢になる一年後まで待ってもらい入社することを決めた。
陣痛がきたなつ。ちょうど東京を訪れていた富士子、剛男、泰樹。富士子の協力もありなつは無事子供を出産した。
名前は”優”名付け親は泰樹。なつが指名した。
出産から6週間が経ち東洋動画に産休後初出勤をするなつ。作画監督を任される予定だったが、最初のうちは産休前と同じ原画を任されることになった。
なつと坂場は仕事をしながら優を幸せいっぱいに育てる。一年が経ち、福祉事務所で優を預けられる保育園を探すなつたち。
しかし、預かってくれる保育園は一つもなかった・・・。

茜の元を離れたくない優
前回、なつが優を迎えに行ったものの、優は「茜さんと一緒がいい。」と茜に抱きついて離れない。優は茜の娘・明子の誕生日を一緒に祝いたいらしい。
なつは仕方なく家に帰り坂場に事情を話す。優は、茜に預けられなくなったという話を聞いて寂しくなったと。
優は自分よりも茜と過ごした時間のほうが長い。血の繋がっていない親に育てられたなつは優の気持ちがよく分かるのだった。
夜中、茜から電話がかかってくる。帰りたくなり泣いている優をなつと坂場は迎えに行った。
次も作画監督を頼まれるなつ
東洋動画からなつに次のテレビ漫画作品の作画監督を頼まれる。なつはもう茜に優を預けられなくなったこともあり、保育園が終わる6時以降に帰れる仕事にしたいと言う。
しかし、社長と演出は「今更そんなこと言われても困る。こっちは君をあてにしてるんだから。必要としてるんですよ。」と懇願される。
次の作品は”魔界の番長”。なつは作品内容にも消極的な反応だった。
社長は引き受けてくれたら昇給を約束した。
話し合いが終わり悩んでいるなつを桃代が呼び出した。なつは子供のこと、暴力的な作品をやりたくないという理由で作画監督を引き受けるか悩んでいた。
桃代は「会社の都合を聞いてたら辞められないわよ。」と言う。桃代は東洋動画を辞め””マコプロダクション”に転職するという。
桃代が東洋動画でやっている仕事の一部・トレースは機械の導入により需要がなくなっているという。マコプロダクションで行う仕事は、桃代の好きな配色を決める仕事だという。
なつは少しづつ東洋動画を離れていく仲間たちに寂しさを感じた。
なつが出した答えは
廊下で仲に話しかけられるなつ。仲は社長に、なつを作画監督になってもらうよう説得してくれと言われたという。
なつが作画監督を悩んでいる理由を聞いた仲は「僕が言えることは何もない。ここからはなっちゃんが自分で決めるしかない。アニメーターとしてどこを目指すか、それはもう誰も教えてくれないだろう。僕はなっちゃんが決めたとおりでいい。」と言い立ち去った。
なつはアニメーターの皆と、産休明けの待遇の件で社長に直談判したことを思い出した。
なつはその時「今まで当たり前と思っていたことを会社から望まれなくなることが一番苦しいんです。」と言っていたのだ。
なつの心は揺らぎ、なつは涙ぐんだ。
優を保育園に迎えに行った帰り道。「優、今日は公園で遊んでから帰ろっか。」
なつは、作画監督の仕事を引き受けることにした。

優のこと、作品内容のことでなつはかなり消極的でした、以前社長に産休明けも作画監督をさせてくれと直談判した手前、引き受けたんでしょうね。
しかし、優はどこに預けるんでしょうか。また、坂場が家で仕事をするんでしょうか。これをどう解決するかが、このドラマの”仕事と育児の両立”に対する答えになると思います。
