それでは凪のお暇6話のネタバレあらすじをご紹介します。
見えない空気は読めない
凪はスナックのボーイとして働きはじめるものの、話題を振ってくれるお客さんと会話が弾まない。
もっと話し上手になりたいと思いながら仕事していると、お店に坂本が現れる。
坂本と凪はお互い自分の態度や失言について頭を下げ、仲直りする。
坂本にゴンと別れたことを告げると、坂本はしばらく見ないうちに逞しくなったと、凪に感心するのだった。
そんな坂本も新たな仕事が決まったことを報告し、凪は喜び、二人は新たな門出と仲直りに乾杯した。
ゴンは部屋で凪に返却された鍵を見つめていたが、部屋の外で凪の存在を感じると慌てて部屋を出て見送りする。
エリィに凪と終わった話をしていたゴンは、凪を見ていると「胸がチクってする」と呟くのだった。
その頃、慎二は市川と交際をはじめ、二人だけの合図をしたり、隠れてキスをしたり、オフィスラブにはまっていた。
そして新たな仕事をはじめたばかりの坂本は、仕事先を紹介してくれた学生時代の先輩に新しい仕事について聞いていたが、徐々に不安を感じ始めていた。
そんな坂本が帰り道に偶然に凪とみすずに出会い、三人で飲むことに。
マンション下で飲みながら、三人はそこにあった人生ゲームで遊びつつ、坂本の新しい仕事や学歴について聞く。
実は東大出身という坂本だったが、勉強はできたものの、仕事ができなくて最初の就職先で「空気読め」と何度も言われていた。
坂本はみんなが読めている「空気」が自分は読めず、ミスするたびに「これだから高学歴は使えない」と何度も言われていたのだ。
坂本は凪と出会い、リセットして少しずつコマを進めている様子に勇気をもらっていたと、告白するのだった。
そんな凪は、スナックの仕事が始まる前、会話上手になる本を読んでいたが、ママから「人に興味がないと思ってた」と言われてしまう。
自分から会話のボールを投げられないのはなぜか、ママに問われて困惑する凪。
「あんたが相手に興味がないからよ」
そう言われてムッとしながらも、確かにそうかもしれないと凪は思う。
そんな時、スナックに慎二が現れて凪は驚くのだった。
ちゃんと分かっている「わかる」
慎二もまた、スナックに凪がいることに衝撃を受けていた。
ママに凪を紹介され、慎二は咄嗟に「はじめまして」と声をかける。
二人が付き合っていたことを知らないママに「大好きな彼女に振られて号泣」とぶちまけられ、焦る慎二。
慎二は働いている凪の様子をママに聞きながら、凪が作った料理を見て、凪の困ってる様子に助け舟を出してしまう。
「お前この仕事向いてないからやめろ」と忠告する慎二に、凪は「そんなことない」と反論するものの「他人に興味ないだろ」と言われ、凪は固まってしまう。
慎二は凪が苦手とする酔っ払いグループと合流し、場を盛り上げる。
そんな様子を見ながら、凪は慎二の「わかる」が自分の適当な相槌の「わかる」と違って、本当の意味の「わかる」だということを悟るのだった。
慎二のおかげで楽しく飲んだ酔っ払いグループが、坂本と同業者なことを知り、凪は坂本の仕事先を告げると「そこ詐欺だよ」と言われ不安になる。
慎二は「友達より自分を心配したら」と言われ、ゴンに貢いでいるのか聞く。
凪は、ゴンと別れたことを告げると、慎二の表情が固まった。
ちょうどその時市川が現れて、凪と挨拶する。
慎二は市川を「彼女」と紹介できず、同僚と言ってその場を後にしたのだった。
凪は坂本の職場が心配でみすずに相談し、坂本の会社名を調べると、怪しい情報が次々と出てきてしまう。
みすずも心配そうな顔で、坂本の職場を「普通じゃないと思います」と言うのだった。
ほうっておけない友達
凪は仕事前の坂本を待ち伏せし、坂本の会社について調べたことを告げる。
それを不快に思う坂本の後を追いかけたが、結局そのまま立ち尽くしてしまうのだった。
坂本に連絡が取れなくなった凪は、みすずとうららにそのことを話し、坂本をほうっておけないと話す。
凪はやっぱり坂本が気になり走り出すと、ちょうどゴンが話しかけてきたが「急いでいるんで」と行ってしまう。
そんなゴンの様子を見ていた吉永がゴンを映画に誘うのだった。
その頃慎二は凪の友人である坂本の会社名をネットでしらべていて、思わず凪に電話してしまう。
坂本の会社が本当にヤバイと伝えた慎二に、凪は「ありがとう、行ってみる！」と返事して電話を切る。
「行ってみる」という凪の言葉に困惑する慎二だった。
空気読めない友達でいいんですか
坂本は会社のセミナーの司会をやり、なんとか仕事で結果を残そうと頑張る。
そのセミナーの最中、凪が現れて坂本は驚く。
凪はそれでも仕事を続ける坂本の前へ歩き、すっと手を出す。
その手のひらを見つめて、坂本は凪と手をつないで会場を走り出した。
追いかけてくる坂本の同僚を止めたのは、その場に駆けつけていた慎二だった。
三人はそのままスナックまで逃げて「ここまでは追いかけてこないだろう」と言う慎二。
けれどスナックの杏に「なんで凪ボーイとガモちゃんつるんでるの？」と聞かれて動揺する。
凪は坂本に「あの会社辞めた方がいいです」と告げると、坂本は「知っています」と返し「せっかく必要としてくれたから見ないようにしていた」と話す。
前に進まないと自分がみじめだという坂本に、凪は「たまには後ろを振り返らないと自分がどこにいるか分からなくなりませんか」と言う。
今まで誰かがボールを投げてくれるのを待つばかりだった凪。
自分からボールを投げることをせず、上っ面だった友人関係。
今度はちゃんと聞きたいと、坂本に話す凪。
「私は坂本さんに興味があるから、友達だから」
凪の言葉を聞いて「空気読めない友達でもいいんですか」と坂本が聞くと「空気は読まずに吸うものです」と凪が返すのだった。
そんな二人の様子を見て、帰る慎二。
凪は慎二を呼び止めて「ありがとうと」言うと、坂本が「思い出しました！」と慎二のそばに寄り「以前、立川で白い恋人食べながら泣いていた人ですね？」と悪気なく聞くのだった。
「ちがいます！」
と慌てて出ていく慎二を見送りながら首をかしげる凪。
その様子を見ながら、ママと杏は慎二の元カノが凪なことに気づくのだった。
ゴンは吉永と「モーセの十戒」を見ながら、吉永に凪への気持ちが「初恋」だと言われてしまう。
「今度はあなたが壊れる番ね」
そう言われてしまうゴン。
仕事中、市川にランチを誘われた慎二は、そのランチの場所を書かれた付箋を同僚の足立に見られてしまう。
その頃、凪の母親が凪に電話していたが凪は出ない。
凪はゴンと花火を見ていたが、ゴンは凪へのときめきにしんどさを感じるのだった。

凪のお暇～6話の感想
坂本との「空気を読めない友達でもいいですか」に「空気は読まずに吸うものです」ときっぱり言い切る凪に成長を感じられましたね！
坂本の仕事先で手をつかんで走っていく凪がとても潔くて、思わず手を叩いてしまいました。
そしてちゃんとその場に来ていた慎二にも、思わず「待ってた！」と声をかけてしまいました。
慎二、スナックで凪に再会して、二人のことを何も知らないまママに凪の良い所を聞かされている時（知ってる…）っていう顔をしてましたね。
ゴンのことで諦めがついたのに、結局ゴンと終わりになったと知った時の「えっ」が、まだまだ諦めきれていないのが出てて面白かったです。
新しい彼女を「彼女」と紹介できないところも、とても分かりやすいですよね。
詐欺セミナーで凪が心配で自分も行ってしまうところや、なんだかんだと凪を忘れていない部分が、見ていてつい応援したくなります。
ただゴンさんも凪への初恋に気づいてしまったようで……。
あの凪に話しかける時に意識している様子が、めちゃくちゃ可愛かったですよね……あんなピュアなゴンさん見せられたら、こちらもつい応援したくなります。
とはいえ吉永さんが「今度はあなたが壊れる番よ」と言われてしまう場面ではちょっとゾゾッときました。
ゴンさんが壊れる……それはそれで見てみたい気もしますが、ちょっと心配でもあります。
来週は凪の母親がらみで何かありそうですかね？
