「火曜日の君」に皆ぞっこん！
「ロワン・ディシー」が開店してから一年がたち、開店同時からの常連客や新規のお客様で賑わいを見せていた。
ある夜、臨月の妊婦さんが産気づいてしまい、店の中は一気にてんやわんやに。そんな中、仮名子は「お客様の中にどなたかお医者様はいらっしゃいますか？」と大きな声で呼びかける。すると、常連客の小枝が医者であることが判明し、その場はなんとか事なきを得た。
その光景を見て伊賀は、「我々の仕事は小枝様の様なお医者さまとはちがう、緊急時の時には役の立たない職業なんだな」と、悩み始めるのだった…。
そんな伊賀とは対照的にシェフの小澤はウキウキしている。それというのも、「火曜日の君」と呼んでいる美しい常連客・香宮様が来店する日だからだ。
香宮様は見た目もさることながら内面もとても美しい女性なので、従業員達は皆、香宮様にぞっこんなのだ。
仮名子は「どんなお客様にも特別扱いはだめよ、皆平等にね。プロフェッショナルな対応をしてよ」と従業員達に釘を刺す。
翌日の水曜日、小澤が考案したアナゴの新メニューを全員で試食するのだが、仮名子は「美味しいけど意外性がないわね。」と告げる。翌日からも小澤が考案したメニューを毎日食べるのだが、木曜日は「初夏らしくない」金曜日は「美味しいけどどっちも茶色い」等、仮名子は辛口のコメントばかり発する。
すると小澤はどんどん自信を無くしていき、また塩分が少なくなってしまったため、常連客から「優しい味付けになったね」と言われてしまう…。
そんな小澤に伊賀は「明日は新メニューの考案はお休みしましょう」と言うと、仮名子は「ちょっと！それなら私のまかないはどうなるのよ」と反論するが、伊賀は外に皆で食べに行きましょうと提案する。
「火曜日の君」の来店時とは対照的な姿に唖然…。
仮名子はどこか美味しいレストランに入るものだと思っていたが、伊賀の提案で外の公園で食べることに。すると、伊賀はその公園でいつもと全く雰囲気の違う香宮様を見つけてしまう。いつもの謙虚で朗らかな香宮様とは対照的で、スッピンで髪はボサボサ、服はジャージを着ていてとてもイラついている。連れの男性に香宮様は「先生」と呼ばれているので、香宮様の職業は漫画家なのだろうか…。
こんな香宮様の姿を従業員達が見てしまったらモチベーションが下がってしまうと判断した伊賀は必死に香宮様のことを気付かれないようにする。
そんな努力も空しく、従業員達が香宮様に気が付いてしまう。川合以外は空気を呼んで香宮様に気付かれる前に立ち去ろうとするが、川合が無邪気に「あれ～？香宮様だ！僕だよ僕！ロワン・ディシーの川合太一！」と声を掛けてしまい、香宮様は震えながら「ごめんなさい」と頭を下げて去ってしまう。
皆で「ロワン・ディシー」に戻ると、「香宮様はもう来てくれないだろうね。香宮様が来てくれなくなったら実につまらないね。」と山縣が言うと、伊賀は「つまらない、では済まされません。香宮様はこの店を気に入ってくれていたのに、僕たちのせいでこれなくなってしまうなんて。お客様にあんな悲しい顔をさせるなんて」と嘆く。
すると仮名子は「たった一人のためにうじうじする暇なんてない。お客様は来たければ来るし来たく無ければ来ないものよ。プロフェッショナルとして私達が今できることは何？」と問いかけ、従業員達は「オーナーの言う通りだ！とりあえず今日来るお客様に最高のおもてなしをしよう！」と、一致団結するのだった。
常連客の古瀬様は大女優の久世光代？
従業員達が気を引き締めて最高のおもてなしをしていると、常連客の古瀬様が来店された。
続いて、俳優の湯浅とお連れの女性が来店する。湯浅はとても態度が大きく、山縣に「ワインが冷たすぎる！もう一本開けろよ！」とイチャモンを付ける。
山縣が困っていると、仮名子が「プロフェッショナルよ！」と口パクで伝え、山縣は大人しく湯浅の要望を聞くのだった。
その時、伊賀を古瀬様が呼び、「あちらの方にお渡ししてくださる」と言い、有名監督の澤木監督についてベラベラ喋る湯浅にメモを渡すように頼むのだった。
伊賀は言われた通り湯浅にメモを渡す。湯浅がメモを見ると「澤木監督は勘違いしたガキはお嫌いよ。」と書いてあった。
湯浅が古瀬様の顔を見るなり驚いた表情を浮かべ、席を立って知り合いのパパラッチに「大女優で引退してからずっと消えてた久世光代がロワン・ディシーに来ている！大スクープだぞ！」と連絡するのだった。
そんな湯浅の行動に従業員達と仮名子は気が付く。そして仮名子は「古瀬様がレストランに求めているおもてなしとは何かしら？正体に気付かれず特別扱いされないことじゃない？最後まで食事を楽しんでもらいましょう！」と言い、パパラッチから古瀬様を守ろうと従業員達は一致団結する。
サービス業は役に立たなくなんてない！
そんな時、「湯浅いる～？」と言いながらパパラッチが来店した。なんとかパパラッチから守ろうと色々細工するのだが、どれも効果なし。
そしてついにパパラッチがペン型のカメラで古瀬様を隠し撮りしようとするが、川合がいつもの笑みでカメラの前に立ち、事なきを得る。
続いて山縣がペン型のカメラが入ったパパラッチの上着を「染みがついていますので」と言いながら奪おうとするが、流石に無理矢理過ぎたので失敗してしまう。
その時、仮名子が「あ！」と言いながら席を立ち、パパラッチの前に行き「あなた私の授賞式に居たでしょ！よくもあんな映りの悪い写真を掲載してくれたわね！」と文句を言う。
湯浅がパパラッチに「誰だこの女？」と聞くと、パパラッチは「鶴亀の作者だよ」と答える。すると湯浅は「はあ？この女が？」と驚き、そんな湯浅に仮名子は説教を始め、「あそこにいる久世光代さんの爪の垢でも煎じて飲みなさいよ！」と大きな声で言ってしまうのだった。
すると古瀬様は湯浅の元に行き、「あの、ちょっと、お話してよろしいでしょうか。私、澤木監督の大ファンなのよ。撮影現場に連れていってくれないかしら。」と言う。湯浅は「何言ってんだ、あんた久世光代だろ」と言うと、「よく間違えられるのよ。でもホクロの位置が逆なのよ。」と微笑む。
古瀬様は久世光代では無かったのだ。するとパパラッチと湯浅は興ざめしたように店を後にする。
しかし去り際、古瀬様はやはり本物の久世光代なのでは？と従業員は思うのだが、真相はわからないままだ。しかし一つ分かることは、古瀬様は「ロワン・ディシー」で楽しい夜を過ごしてくださったということだ。
その後、香宮様が来店してくれたので、一同は驚きつつ嬉しい悲鳴をあげる。シェフの小澤は香宮様が楽しみにしていた新作メニューを出そうとするが、仮名子に酷評されたまま新たなメニューを考案していなかったので焦る。そんな小澤に仮名子は「気に入ったものを出せばいいじゃない？どれも美味しかったし。でも料理の感想はどれも本当よ。完璧に見えるものでもどこかを突いたら粗があるものよ。」と言うのだった。
仮名子の言葉を聞いて小澤は安心したように笑い、従業員達は「なんだかんだオーナーと小澤さんは良いコンビだよね」と思う。
香宮様は小澤の料理を食べながら「仕事も早く終わったし幸せ」と嬉しそうに微笑み、そんな香宮様を見て伊賀は仮名子に「役に立たなくなんてないですね。お客様は日常を戦い抜いてこの店で楽しい夜を過ごすためにいらしてくださる。その時間を共有できるのはとても良い仕事だと、今分かりました。」と言うのだった。
従業員達は先日のことを香宮様に詫びるのだが、「むしろお礼を言いたいんです！オーナーさんの姿を見ていたら新キャラのデザインが降ってきたの！」と香宮様は明るい表情で告げる。
香宮様はホラー漫画家であり、後日仮名子そっくりの悪霊が出ている漫画が無事に掲載されたのだった。
こうして二人のお客様を巡る騒動は終わりを告げた。

一人目は「火曜日の君」の香宮様。ホラー漫画家であることが最後に分かりましたが、意外過ぎて笑ってしまいました！そして仮名子がモデルの悪霊もインパクトがあってちょっと読んでみたくなってしまいました。
二人目は古瀬様で、きっと古瀬様は本当に大女優・久世光代だと思います。品のある女性ですごく交換が持てました。あんな風に歳を取りたいです。
この二人のお客様を通して伊賀の悩みも解決できて本当に良かったです！

「Heaven？～ご苦楽レストラン～」を見るにはParaviで放送される可能性が高いです。
