内山は本来マンション外の住人であり、交換殺人ゲームとは無関係の人物であるにも関わらず「ブルです」という翔太とななちゃんに深い関係のある言葉を発しながら自殺をし、PCにはダーツの的が映っていました。
内山とマンションを繋げる可能性のある人物は黒島一択となります。

怪しい人物として、短期で働いていたアルバイトが内山だったという事実が判明します。しかし履歴書をよく見ると文字が男性っぽくはなく、丸文字の女性の文字に見えなくもないのです。
また、写真を撮影していたということからも、内山は首謀犯ではなく、誰かに情報を提供するための協力者ということが考えられると思います。内山と接点があるのは、黒島だけなのです。

神谷が写真らしきものを見ながら「誰なんだコイツ・・・」とつぶやいているのですが、それも内山なのではないでしょうか。
その後、防犯カメラには男性と思われる姿が映っていました。恐らく、内山の存在に気づいた神谷が、内山に殺されるという流れだったのではないでしょうか？
以前、血のついた甲野のネームプレートを運んできたのも内山でしたよね。そのように、内山はマンション外の人間の為、住人にしてみたら赤の他人なわけです。
警察もノーマーク。その為、内山は協力者として誰よりも自由に動くことが可能で、殺人に加担できたと考えられます。
そして、内山がマンションの交換殺人ゲームに加担する動機になる人物は黒島しかいないのです。

当時は、翔太や黒島などの二重人格や双子説が浮上していましたが、ここにきて制作側がそのエンディングではないと否定していることがわかりました。そして、最終的に犯人は2人まで絞られるということも明かされています。
裏の裏を読む考察が多かったですが、住人が恐怖に駆られて殺人を犯していたりと実は割とシンプルな理由で殺人が行われていることからも分かるように、内山が自殺した理由もシンプルに黒島のためだと考えられるのではないでしょうか。

生瀬さんご本人が、某番組内でドラマに対してこのような発言をしたことが話題になっています。田宮さんに深く関わる人物として、第1話から深く関わっている人物は奥様ですが、田宮が毎回おかしな反応をする人物として描かれ続けているのは黒島なのです。
なぜ田宮が黒島に対しておかしな反応をするのか、その答えはまだ分かっていません。しかし、重要なことだからこそ明かされていないのでしょう。
つまり黒島はマンション住人の中でも特に田宮と何かしらの深い関わりや秘密を共有している可能性があると考えられます。
