高校のころから黒島沙和につきまとっている男。危害を加えるわけでもなくいつも遠くから不気味な笑みで黒島を見つめている。黒島に彼氏ができた時は「おめでとう。」と手紙を渡した。
仲間内からは”にやけゆうじ”というあだ名で呼ばれている。（おそらく実在する三宅裕司みやけゆうじが元ネタ）

内山達夫の死について
内山達夫が死んだ時のあらすじが以下の通りになります。
”あらすじを読む”をクリックすると表示されます。
翔太は内山の家はどこ？と黒島に尋ねるが、黒島は知らないと言う。そこで二階堂は人脈が広い知人に電話をかけ、内山の住所を知ることに成功。
水城は佳代の遺体が見つかった工場に事情を聞きに行くと、従業員達が以前怪しいアルバイトがいた、と話す。そいつの履歴書を見せてもらうと、そこには「内山達生」と書かれていた。
一方、一人部屋に残った黒島は、部屋のチャイムが鳴ったので出てみるがそこには誰もいない。マンションの外まで出てみるが、やはり誰もいなかった。
すると頭上からパソコンが落ちてきて黒島の頭すれすれのところに落下した。そして上から尾野がひょこりと顔をのぞかせ、「すいませ～ん、手が滑っちゃって」とへらへら笑っていたのだった。
翔太と二階堂はすぐに内山のアパートに行くと、同時に水城も到着した。水城が部屋をノックして声を掛けると、部屋の中からは笑い声と「開いてますよ～」という声。そして水城が勢いよく玄関をあけると、仕掛けがされており、ダーツの矢が内山の左胸めがけて飛んでいった。
内山は矢が刺さった瞬間「ブルで～す」と翔太の口癖を真似て笑うのだった。何故か心電図も用意されており、間もなくして内山は死亡した。
その時、翔太はアパートから逃げていく南の姿を目撃していた…。

【内山達夫 ストーカー行為】
何といっても初登場シーンが不気味すぎました。黒島が通う大学構内の建物の柱から黒島の後姿をのぞき込み、不気味に笑うその姿、そして小刻みに両足をつま先立ちしながらトントンさせるその姿、異様としか言えません。
しかし黒島自身はその存在を高校時代から知っており、どうやら人づてではありますが黒島のボディーガードのような存在だというのです。では一体黒島を何から誰から守ろうとしてたのか？謎です。

この人の口角は常に上がりっぱなしです。
楽しい音楽でも聞いて笑ってるのではないでしょうに。

内山の不気味さの象徴の一つでもある、笑顔の時の口角があがる様子。この事実が翔太たちに菜奈をはじめ殺害されていった人物たちの死に顔がいずれも口角があがり、まるで笑っているかのようだった事実とリンクします。
このことから殺害後、その異常さから殺害後、亡骸の口角を上げようとしていたのでしょうか？不気味すぎます。

16話のラストで内山の家に駆け付ける翔太・二階堂・水城刑事。ドアを開けた瞬間部屋に仕掛けられた細工により絶命します。
ただこの中にはある共通事項があります。三人が部屋に駆け付けた時に大声で「ブルで～す」のセリフ。そして仕掛けにより内山の胸に刺さって絶命させたダーツの矢。さらにはその横で息絶えていく内山の姿をリアルに映し出す心電図の画面に軽快な音楽とともにダーツの画像が。
これらはいずれもダーツに関連するものばかりですが、それから連想されるものはいずれも翔太と菜奈の関係性につながるものばかり。
神谷に呼び出された際に護身用として持ち出したのは部屋にあるダーツの矢三本。そして菜奈との推理の際に「的中」を意味する合言葉「ブル」。さらには菜奈の死後パソコンに残された日記データを見終えた後にハッキングされたパソコンであるがゆえに最後に人を食ったかのように映し出されたダーツの的の画像。
これらから推察されるのは菜奈殺害の犯人に限りなく近い人物であるということです。

内山がそもそも高校時代から黒島をストーキングしている事実を黒島本人も知っており、さらにはボディーガードのような存在とすら認識しているのであればある謎が残ります。
黒島本人にはただつきまとうだけであり、何も危害は加えてこないと認識されているのであればおそらく駅のホームから黒島を突き落とした犯人は別の人物だと考えられます。
ただボディーガード的存在である内山が、なぜこの時に守れなかったのだろうかと疑問に残ります。ひょっとしたらこの瞬間だけは別の殺人行為にかかってり、近くにいなかったのかと推察します。
そうなると黒島の事故と交換殺人ゲームの犯人は別人物だと考えられます。

【内山達夫 死】
ラストの内山本人の死のシーンは、さらに多くの謎を残しました。第一自殺に見せかけるかのような描写ですが、はたして単独で仕掛けを設置できるのか不思議なぐらいの巧妙さです。
しかも内山の家から逃げるように走り去る南の姿を翔太は発見します。ひょっとして南が何か関係しているのかと思わせるような描写です。
ただ限りなく犯人に近い内山が死んだことで、今後の謎の解明がどう影響していくのか全く分かりません。
【内山達夫 犯行時の部屋の鍵】
犯人ではと疑念を持った決め手である黒島の部屋に有った盗聴器。
オートロックがあるようなマンションに彼一人の力で入り込み、部屋に盗聴器を仕掛ける事が出来るでしょうか。
他の部屋に関しても言える話です。
ほほ笑んだ死体の犯人が彼ならば、赤池夫妻、手塚夫妻、黒島の部屋の最低3つの部屋を開けるため、鍵が必要です。
マスターキーは榎本夫妻が持っていましたが普通マスターキーは何本もあるようなものでもないです。
その場合、榎本夫妻が協力していたということになりますがこの線は薄いと思います。
それよりは犯人は住人で部屋に訪れたので、住人が招き入れてしまい、殺されてしまったと考える方が自然だと思います。
【内山達夫 連続殺人のきっかけ】
交換殺人ゲームを盗聴で知ったとしても行動に起こすきっかけがあったはずです。
冒頭に書いたとおり、彼は元々見守るだけのストーカー。
黒島が元彼にＤＶを受けていて、見守っていた黒島を救うために元彼に対して殺人を犯すなら理由は分かりますが、他の殺人に関しては、理由が彼にはないと思います。
神谷の死に関しては、「誰なんだ、こいつ」とセリフの後、犯人が分かりかけたと翔太に電話をしています。
その事は翔太の部屋での会話なので、盗聴器でその事を知ることは出来なかったはずです。
防犯カメラの映像だと粗かったので不確かですが、髪はショートカットに見えました。
現場に残った下足痕は26.5㎝だったので、男性の犯行で山内であった可能性はあると思います。
彼が殺人を自分から犯しているのではなく、黒島に危害を加えると脅して手伝わせた可能性があり、黒島が犯人にされるような証拠を神谷が持っていると連絡して拷問をして奪おうとしたのではと思いました。
【内山達夫 共犯者の存在】
今回の事で、黒島の部屋に盗聴器を仕掛けたことで事件の内容を知る事が出来たかもしれませんが、単独の行動では難しい事も多いように思います。
そこで共犯者になりえそうな人物を上げていくと
桜井
医療従事者ですので、菜奈殺害時の薬品も用意する事が可能です。
さらには、袴田殺しにも関与しており、藤井や翔太との接点もあり、事件をかく乱する情報を流すような行動とっていました。
言葉巧みに山内を操る事も出来たのではないかと思います。
尾野
菜奈の事件では、彼女が一番犯人だと思える根拠が多かったように思います。
まず、マンションの住人であれば、部屋を訪れ入ることも可能かと思います。
今までの菜奈に対する悪意ある行動や言動、亡くなった後に部屋に侵入し証拠なのか、ボタンを口の中に隠し持ち出したこともありました。
それまでは、部屋に入った事のある描写はなかったので犯行の時しかないと思います。
ですが、それ以外亡くなった住人に対しては浮田に関しては探りが入ったことで殺害の動機になりますが、赤池夫婦は分かりません。
【内山達夫 早川教授への密告電話】
この電話が引き金となり、黒島は大学へ向かい駅のホームに突き落とされます。
電話の声は男だったという事でしたが、長い間見守ってきた黒島を陥れるような電話を彼がするでしょうか。
彼は「ブルです」と今までの犯行は自分が犯人であると嬉々として死んでいったように思いますが、謎は多く残ったままになっています。
