第18週あらすじネタバレ～なつよ、どうするプロポーズ～
主演舞台を終えた雪次郎。演劇を辞め、北海道の雪月に戻り菓子職人をやることを決意した。
亜矢美には過去、自分のファンのいさきという男がいた。その男の脚本により亜矢美はスターになり2人は両思いになるが、いさきは戦死してしまった。
一方、茜は下山との結婚を発表する。坂場は新たな長編映画の演出を任され、なつに「この映画が成功したら、結婚してください。」とプロポーズをした。
なつは「はい、わかりました。結婚します。」とOKをする。
しかし、長編映画の製作は難航し、結果は大失敗。坂場は責任を取り退職願を出す。そして、なつに「結婚はできない」と伝え二人は別れる。

結婚の挨拶をする坂場
酪農家自らが設立する酪農メーカーを立ち上げることになった農協。田辺組合長と視察旅行に行った夕美子は海外の酪農のやり方に感化され、十勝でもやろうと考えていた。皆は、夕美子の変化っぷりに驚いた。
次の日、なつと坂場は帯広の雪月に行き雪次郎たちに挨拶をする。小畑家の皆はなつたちを祝った。雪之助はウェディングケーキを作ることを約束した。
そこに、高校の頃の教師・倉田先生が現れる。倉田は失敗に終わった映画”神をつかむ少年クリフ”を素晴らしかったと褒め称えた。
さらに、居村、門倉が現れる。なつと居村は久しぶりの再会を抱き合って分かち合った。
その場には、天陽の姿はない。倉田は「あいつは今や立派な画家だ。あいつの生き方そのものが画家なんだ。あいつの絵は純粋で尊いんだ。」と言った。
話題は、十勝の農協が新しい始める乳業会社のことになる。倉田は、画期的なことだ。居村と門倉は酪農火はほとんどが赤字、メーカーが買う牛乳は加工用で安いと現状を嘆いた。
いつものように熱く語る坂場だが
夕美子は田辺組合長の元に急いで現れる。国から、十勝を集約酪農地域に指定する通達がきた。それが通ると、十勝に勝手に工場を作れなくなるという。
これを止めるには、期日前に工場新設の届け出を出す必要があるという。
その返答は明後日までという期日だ。明後日は日曜、役所は土曜は午前までしかやっていない。つまり、明日の午前までに返答をして、工場新設の届け出も出さなければいけないのだ。
剛男たちは明日の会議でそれを決める必要がある。会議には泰樹、なつ、戸村も参加することになった。そして坂場も「僕にも行かせてください！なつさんが大切にしている酪農のこと少しでも知りたいんです。」と参加することになった。
翌朝、坂場は戸村たちに先日意見したことを謝り「皆さんの工場を必ず作ってください！応援しています。」と熱くなった。

・農協は翌日の午前中までに、工場親切の届け出を提出しなければ工場を建てられない。

このドラマは北海道の歴史を描いているので、今回の様な十勝の酪農の改革は重要なポイントでしょうね。坂場が会議に参加すると言っていましたが、坂場は会議で見せ場を作りそうな気がします。
それにしても坂場は早く仕事決めると言っていましたが、どこに就職するんでしょうかね。
