ドラマ「サインー法医学者柚木貴志の事件ー」3話のネタバレあらすじ
解剖時間20分
拳銃発砲事件が発生し、暴力団員の千葉（諫早幸作）が射殺体で見つかる。使われた拳銃は、ロシア製のトカレフだった。
伊達は自由民政党の島崎に呼び出され会食していたが、そこに組織犯罪対策四課の入江課長も同席する。その後伊達は、橘を呼び出し、千葉の解剖を命じる。すぐに解剖するという橘に、「捜査内容と解剖結果は一致する。」と圧力をかける伊達だった。橘は、約20分で解剖を終了し、全て捜査内容と一致すると断定する。
同じ頃、景が執刀する解剖に立ち会っていた柚木。解剖が終わると、橘が20分で解剖を終わらせたという話を聞き、不審に思う柚木。遺体は既に遺族に引き渡したと言う。柚木は橘に解剖所見を見せるよう求めますが、問題はないと言い立ち去る。
銃弾は警察が使用するものだった
景は柚木に、橘のPCから抜き取った、千葉の解剖所見データを渡す。柚木が橘を追って部屋を出た隙に、部屋に入り込んで入手してきたのだった。千葉の殺害方法などを疑問に思った千聖と高橋は、独自に捜査を始める。逃走中の伊沢の居所を突き止めようと、仲間を問い詰めると、伊沢は拳銃を持っていなかった上、伊沢も撃たれたのだと言い、黒田という男が撃ったと聞かされる。
柚木は千聖に連絡し、千葉が殺された現場に呼び出す。一方高橋は伊沢の元に急ぐが、既に死んでいた。現場を調べる柚木は、千葉が殺された場所以外にも血痕を見つける。2発発砲されたことも判明し、解剖所見からも銃創がトカレフの物ではないという柚木。
高橋からの要請で、伊沢を運んだ病院に駆けつけた景だったが、後からきた本郷が、伊沢の仲間を逮捕し、伊沢の解剖も必要ないと高橋を追い返そうとする。そのやり取りを見ていた景は、2人が部屋の外に出た瞬間に鍵を閉め、解剖をしようとする。柚木に電話すると、メスを使わなければ解剖ではない為、罰せられることはないと指示する。メスを使用せず、傷口から銃弾を取り出す景。銅色で直径1㎝程度、警察が使用する銃弾だった。
第三者は居たのか？
入江から責められる伊達だったが、法医研の外で行われたから大丈夫だと断言し、その後景を呼び出し、謹慎を言い渡す。それに対して反発する柚木。謹慎中の景の元を訪れた柚木は、景を現場へ連れ出す。伊沢と犯人が揉み合ったことで、現場に千葉と伊沢以外の第三者が居たことを証明するサインがあるはずだと言う柚木だった。
組対四課を調べていた千聖と高橋は、黒川という刑事に辿り着く。千聖は下山に、黒川警部補の事情聴取をしたいと申し出る。黒川と暴力団の間に、ガサ入れの情報を流し、金銭を受け取っていたと考えられることを伝え、5時までという制限つきで、事情聴取を行うことになる。射撃訓練の際に拳銃を無くしたと説明する黒川。千聖は柚木に電話をし、5時までに証拠を見つけるよう頼むのだった。
ボールに残された証拠
伊沢の右手の手のひらに、いびつな物で切ったような傷があったことを思い出す景。ビリヤード台から、血痕のついたボールを見つける柚木。急いで戻り、美晴たちがボールを調べる。
その頃、入江と本郷は、千聖に黒川を解放するよう求めていた。そこに柚木と景が駆けつけ、証拠のボールを見せる。ボールについていた血痕は伊沢のもので、数字がうつっていた。警察功績章の受賞者に与えられた腕時計のシリアルナンバーだった。伊沢が黒川と揉み合った際に、黒川の腕時計を掴み手を切ってしまい出血した。その手でボールを掴み、ボールにはシリアルナンバーのついた血痕が残ったのだった。本郷もまた、裏カジノに出入りしていて、暴力団と繋がりがあったことから、黒川の犯罪隠ぺいに加担したのだった。黒川の腕時計のシリアルナンバーと、ボールに残された番号が一致し、黒川は逮捕され、本郷も重要参考人として、拘束されるのだった。

かなり無茶な解剖を行う景ですが、さすが柚木の自称弟子です。謹慎処分だけで済んだのが奇跡と思わずにはいられません。でもそんな景を見ていて、徐々に景に対して心を開いていく柚木。2人のコンビネーションが良くなってきているのを感じました。
景の謹慎処分を解くためにも動いた柚木、本当は景のことを育てる気満々なのではないかとさえ、思いました。
