では「偽装不倫」4話のネタバレあらすじをご案内します！
岩手旅行とメッセージ
朝帰りした鐘子、葉子からのメールで「そのまま会社に行くので賢治に何か言われたら誤魔化しておいて」と言われてしまう。
案の定、賢治に心配されて鐘子は申し訳ない気持ちになる。
ひとまずやりすごした鐘子は部屋に戻り、伴との連絡先を見て微笑む。
連絡が来ないかとチラチラ携帯を見ていると、伴野から「家に着いた？」と連絡があり、鐘子は喜ぶ。
今度行く旅行の相談をメッセージでしながら、二人の気持ちは高まっていく。
岩手の銀河鉄道や、何を食べるか、待ち合わせの時間を相談しながら恋をすることの楽しさを実感する鐘子だった。
葉子は風太のもとを訪れ、指輪を外す。
風太はもう練習を再開しており、葉子は心配するものの仕事中ということもあり、今度休みの日に練習を見に来ると約束するのだった。
風太は今度の試合が勝ったら葉子にプレゼントしたいと言い、そんな風太の気持ちに葉子は喜ぶのだった。
鐘子は伴野からメッセージが途切れ、心配になり落ち込む。
まさ子と一緒に酒を飲み、伴野の相談に乗ってもらいながら、自分と伴野の名前が「銀河鉄道の夜」の登場人物に似ていることを教えた。
まさ子は、いまだに嘘で落ち込む鐘子に「嘘のない恋愛はないんだよ」と元気づけ、二人が運命的な出会いをしたことにはしゃぐのだった。
その頃、伴野は病院の検査をしており、医者に「おそらくスペインで検査を受けた結果と同じ」と言われる。
医者にお姉さんに言わないのか訊かれたが、伴野は「誰にも言う気はない」と告げるのだった。
メッセージの返事とパエリア
酔ったまさ子が「今から伴野に会いにいくよ！」と、強引に伴野の姉がやってるパエリア店に向かおうとする。
その頃、賢治は家に帰って葉子がいたことに驚き、さりげなく結婚記念日のことを聞く。
葉子は適当にごまかすものの、賢治は複雑な顔をするのだった。
鐘子はまさ子と灯里のパエリアを食べながら伴野を待っていると、灯里から指輪をしていないことを指摘され慌てる。
その時、伴野が帰ってきて鐘子に気づき、まさ子は本物の伴野に興奮するも、鐘子は灯里が不審に思っているのに気づいて帰りたくなるのだった。
食後、鐘子は伴野の部屋でコーヒーを淹れてもらいながら、伴野の返信がないことに不安で来てしまったことを言ってしまう。
伴野は仕事が立て込んでいたからと誤魔化し、鐘子はカメラマンの仕事について聞く。
「旦那さんは？」と聞かれ、鐘子はまたしてもウソをつき、そんな自分に呆れる。
旦那さんと上手くいってるか聞かれ、鐘子は何て返事するか迷い、仕事ばかりで家にいないからと答えた。
さみしかった？と問われ肯いてしまう鐘子は、心のなかで「さみしいから恋をしたわけではない」と言い訳をするのだった。
葉子は風太とメッセージのやりとりをしていると、風呂から出た賢治に週末は出張があることを告げられ、自分は家でゆっくり過ごすと話す。
賢治は楽しそうにメッセージをする葉子に、また複雑な顔をするのだった。
嘘の代償
鐘子は岩手旅行の日程をカレンダーに書いていると、葉子が「ありがとう」と一万円札を出してきた。
鐘子はもらわず、もう賢治に嘘をつきたくないと言う。
葉子にカレンダーを見られ、岩手旅行のことを聞かれると、鐘子は慌てて一人旅と言って、葉子を部屋から追い出すのだった。
伴野は検査結果の紙を見ながら、こらえきれずにその紙をビリビリと破いた。
旅行当日、二人分の弁当を作って鐘子は家を出ようとした時、出張前の賢治と鉢合わせし、一緒に東京駅へ行こうと誘われてしまう。
タクシーの中で賢治と二人きりで居心地悪い思いをする鐘子。
東京駅に着いた鐘子は大急ぎで賢治から離れるが、お弁当を車に忘れて賢治に呼び止められる。
賢治と話している様子を伴野に見られてしまい、鐘子は大急ぎで伴野を追う。
追いかけたものの、伴野はどこにもいなかった。
メッセージで連絡をするも既読はつかず、電話をしても出てくれない。
鐘子はショックで落ち込む。
伴野の「最後の恋」
連絡がこないことで「逃げられたか」と凹んだ鐘子。
伴野は鐘子の「夫」の姿を見て、気落ちしたまま歩き出す。
病院では担当医が伴野の予約が入っていないことを心配し、すぐ連絡するよう指示する。
担当医の市ノ瀬から今すぐ病院へ来るよう言われる伴野。
連絡のこない伴野を待ちながら、鐘子は半ば諦めの気持ちのまま、お弁当を食べ始める。
お弁当を頬張りながら、鐘子は泣いてしまうのだった。
伴野はスペインで倒れたことを思い出していた。
伴野は、スペインの医者に脳の病気だと告げられていたのだった。
夕方になり、賢治は大阪で仕事を終えて葉子に電話しに行く。
葉子は風太の練習を見に来ていたが、賢治からの電話に外で取る。
賢治から鐘子は岩手に男の人と行ったのでは？と言われ葉子は驚く。
その時、風太から声をかけられ葉子は慌てて電話を切ったが、電話の向こうで賢治はその声を聞いてしまっていた。
伴野は医者から「脳腫瘍」と診断をされ、そのために日本に帰ってきたのかと聞かれて伴野は肯く。
伴野は最後の恋がしたいと思っていたが、自分が死んだ後に1人になってしまうのが心配だから、そうならない相手がいいと思っていたのだ。
鐘子は旅行には行かず、家に帰ってきた。
葉子は鐘子に家で飲もうと誘い、鐘子は話の流れで伴野との「偽装不倫」のことを話す。
葉子は鐘子の話を聞きながら、嘘の恋は終わりにする、という鐘子の言葉に「今度は本物の恋できるといいね」と慰めながら、私に言われたくないか、と自嘲するのだった。
伴野の携帯に灯里の着信があったが、伴野はそれには出ず、1人夜行バスに乗って岩手に向かうのだった。

今週はめまぐるしい展開が続いて、１時間あっという間でしたね！
前半の岩手旅行が楽しみで、メッセージで小さなことまで相談してやりとりする、鐘子と伴野が可愛くてニヤニヤします。
でも、結婚しているって嘘ついてるんだよね……と時々思い出しては、ドラマを見ているこちらも「はやく正直に言って」とストレスが溜まります。
相思相愛なんだから早く告白すればいいのに……！
きっと誰もが思うのではないでしょうか。
賢治とのことを誤解されて、そのまま帰ってしまった伴野は責められないですよね……逃げた、と鐘子は言ってましたが、伴野にすれば身を引くしかない状況ですから。
伴野の病名も判明し今後の展開が不安になってきましたが、それより先に不安なのは葉子と賢治です。
賢治は風太の声で葉子の不倫を察した様子でしたね。
大阪の出張先から、あんなにワクワクした顔で電話してきた賢治が一瞬で固まる瞬間は、見ているこちらも固まってしまいました。
来週は賢治が葉子にそのことを問い詰めるのでしょうか……？
