ファーレンハイトの自宅へ
ファーレンハイトは遺書で、エイズで亡くなってしまった彼から貰ったQueenのCDをお墓に供えてくれと純にお願いしており、純はまずはCDを引き取りに海の近くにあるファーレンハイトの自宅に紗枝と共に行くことに。
自宅のチャイムを押すと、ファーレンハイトの母が対応してくれ、なんとか部屋に通してもらったが、そこで純は驚きの真実を知ることとなる。
なんとファーレンハイトは20歳では無く、中学3年生だったことが分かった。
ずっと憧れていて何度も助けられたファーレンハイトが自分より年下だったことに驚き「ただの中二病かよ」と呟くものの、純はまだあどけない顔だちをしたファーレンハイトの遺影を見ながら「馬鹿野郎…」と呟いて泣きだす。
QueenのCDをファーレンハイトの墓に供え、二人はその後海へ向かうことに。
紗枝と純の別れ
紗枝と純は二人で海へ行き、浜辺に座ってQueenを一緒に聞く。
純は紗枝に「僕、大阪に行く。逃げたいんじゃなくて自分を試してみたいんだ。」と告げると、紗枝は「私達別れよ。だって、遠距離とか無理だし。そろそろ潮時かなって思ってたし。よし、これで振ったのは私だからね」とあっけらかんと言うが、その顔は泣くのを必死に堪えていた。
純は「うん、わかった」と静かに頷き、二人は別れることになった。
紗枝は泣き顔を見られまいと立ち上がって海に走り出す。
すると純の横にファーレンハイトが座って「振られちゃったね。見ていたよ。当然の報いだ。素敵な女性なのにね」と純を諭すように、いつもの口調で話しかける。
純は「うん。本当に。」と頷くと、紗枝に「安藤くんもおいでよ！」と呼びかけられ立ち上がると、もう横には誰もいなくなっていた。
空っぽの隣を見ながら、純は「ばいばい。」と呟くのだった。
誠と純の別れ
引っ越し間近の日曜日。
純は誠さんと動物園でデートをする。
純が紗枝と別れたことを話すと、誠も同性愛者でありながら「家族が欲しかった」という思いで奥さんと結婚したことを純に話す。
そして「妻を助けるよ」と唐突に言い、純が「え？」と聞き返すと、「この前聞かれたことさ。君と妻が溺れていたら妻を助ける。」と微笑み、純も『本当によかった。あなたがそういう人で』と心の中で思う。
そして二人は「それじゃあ」「うん、さようなら」と言葉を交わし、別れるのだった。
純は誠に背を向けて歩き出し、だんだんと涙が溢れてきて最後には嗚咽が止まらなかった。
「恋に落ちて」
純は紗枝が入賞した絵の展覧会に行くと、紗枝の作品には自分の姿が描かれており、タイトルは「恋に落ちて」。
純は「恥ずかしいタイトルだね」と紗枝に照れ臭そうに言うが、「別れた彼氏の絵を描いてる時点でめちゃくちゃ恥ずかしいんだから今更でしょ。」と紗枝に笑われる。
純は紗枝と出会っからの出来事を回想し、「僕のことをちゃんと見ていてくれてありがとう」と紗枝に感謝する。
紗枝は「同性愛者が何故生まれてくるか。その答え私分かったかも。神様は腐女子なんじゃないかな！」と微笑む。
純は一瞬面くらうが、「なるほど。呆れるほど納得した。やっぱり三浦さんって面倒くさいね。」と笑い出す。
紗枝も「口悪い！」と笑う。
時は流れ、4月。大阪。
純は大学の授業の初日を迎えていた。
紗枝にLINEで「頑張れ！」とエールをもらい、皆の前で自己紹介をする順番が回ってきた。

第一話からいきなり男性同士のベッドシーンから始まるなど、私が今まで見たドラマの中でかなりインパクトの強い作品でした。
しかし、インパクトが強いだけの作品ではなく、純の「同性愛者だけれど普通の家庭を築きたい」という複雑な心情が毎回とても丁寧に描かれており、何度涙したか分かりません。
紗枝と純はできれば別れて欲しくありませんでしたが、確かにこのまま付き合っていてもいつかお互いに限界が来ていたと思うので、海ですっぱりと別れて正解だったと思います。
紗枝と純は別れてもお互いにとても大切な存在で、良き理解者であることに変わりはないはずですので、これからも定期的に会って良い関係を築き上げて欲しいなと個人的に願っています。
本当に素晴らしい作品でした。
