天陽に別れを告げられ北海道から東京に移ったなつ。なつは川村屋で働きながら東洋動画の試験を受けることになった。
川村屋には雪次郎もお菓子作りを学ぶため働くことになった。
東京で咲太郎と出会ったなつ。咲太郎は東洋動画の社長に、なつを売り込んだ。
なつは2ヶ月間、働きながら絵の勉強をして東洋動画の試験を受けることになった。

咲太郎に絵を渡すなつ
前回、亜矢美の家咲太郎と暮らすことになったなつ。亜矢美の服を好きに来ていい、食事も食べ放題で格安で部屋を借りられることになった。
なつは川村屋に行き、そのことと試験の合格を光子に報告した。光子はなつを応援し合格を祝った。健也もいつでも来ていいと歓迎した。
なつは6ヶ月共に働いた従業員のみんなにさよならの挨拶をした。
咲太郎の天丼
咲太亜矢美の店に集まる、カスミ、レミ子、佐知子、信哉。咲太郎は天丼を作りごちそうする。
昔、料理人だった父親が作った天丼の味が忘れられなくて自分で作るようになったという。
その味に、美味しいと驚く一同。話の話題は、咲太郎が表に出ないで裏方の仕事ばかりすることになる。
なつは「私もそういう仕事がしたい。」と言った。
なついよいよ初陣
いよいよ東洋動画に初出勤するなつ。亜矢美が選んだ服はいつもと違いオシャレだ。
なつは不安と期待を胸に東洋動画の戸を開けた。

これから、厳しいこともあると思いますが頑張って欲しいですね。
気になるのは次週予告で天陽が絵で受賞されていたことです。天陽が絵の才能を開花させるということは、なんらかの形でなつと関わってくるかもしれませんね。
なつぞら先週の第9週ネタバレまとめ
東洋動画の試験に落ちたなつ。原因は咲太郎にあった。なつと咲太郎は喧嘩をするが、互いの気持ちを分かり合い仲直りした。
なつは二度目の試験に合格し見事合格する。なつはこれまで働いていた川村屋を辞め、亜矢美の家に住まわせてもらうことになった。
そして、なつはいよいよ東洋動画で働きはじめる。
