訴えられるマジテック
藤村浅子の元に電話が入る「訴えられるってどういうこと？」
テレビをつけるとニュース番組には”英興技巧がマジテックを提訴”のテロップが。マジテックは特許権を侵害しているとして訴えられたのだ。
まさに寝耳に水だったマジテック一同は唖然とする。
芝野健夫、浅子らは大量の電話対応やマスコ対応に追われた。
健夫はホライズン側が買収を優位に進めるためリークしたと踏む。
退職届を出す浩一
村尾浩一は理事長に退職届を出し、知っている秘密を盾に規定どおりの退職金を要求する。
「天罰が下るぞ。」と言った理事長を浩一は笑い飛ばした。
マジテックに乗り込んできた弁護士
マジテックにホライズンの顧問弁護士・入江健司が訪れる。マジテックガードが特許権侵害だとして警告書を渡しに来たのだ。
そして、マジテックガードの使用禁止、謝罪、損害賠償として3億円を要求してきた。
健夫は、「ホライズンはマジテックの特許が欲しいだけ。特許さえとったらマジテックはもう・・・。」
と言った。
マジテック社員一同はマジテックを守ることに一致団結した。
ホライズンに出向く健夫
直接ホライズンに出向いた建夫。受付譲に社長に会わせて貰えるよう要求するが断られる。
社長に代わり穣治が対応を買って出る。建夫は先代の社長同士がした特許の”口約束”の話をする。
穣治は
「現代の契約社会でそんな大昔の話、通用するわけ無いでしょ。」
と笑った。
マジテックに現れるトミナガ
夜中、建夫は1人マジテックに居るとトミナガが現れる。
建夫は、ホライズンはマジテックの特許で何をしようとしているのか聞いた。
トミナガは
「マジテックがどうしても欲しいの。」
とだけ答えた。
トミナガはホライズンが持っているマジテックの債権と引き換えにマジテックの株式を譲渡するよう社長を説得してくれるよう建夫に交渉する。
できないなら、債権2億5千万円の3日以内の返済を求めた。
戦うことを決めた建夫
建夫はマジテックの社員に3日以内に2億5千万円を返済する必要があることを伝える。
一同は融資のお願いや、納品済みの代金を前払いしてもらうよう交渉など、できる限りのことを始めた。
残り1日、3日で2億5千万円もの金を集めることなどできるはずもなくを前払いしてもらった代金も100万円しか集めることが出来なかった。
食事を取るマジテック一同、会話にも元気がない。
すると突然、田丸学は泣きながら言った。
「こうしてみんなでご飯食べるの最後にしたくないですね。ずっとこの会社で働きたかったなあ。」
建夫は、ホライズンに買収される前に人と物を他の会社に移し被害を最小限に抑える作戦を提案した。しかし、その作戦はマジテックを捨て別の会社としてやっていくということ。
マジテック一同は首を縦には振らなかった。
ホライズンの狙いは
建夫の元に、ホライズンの調査を頼んでいた男から電話が入る。
その男が言うには、ホライズンはマジテックの特許を軍事利用する、というもの。
憤慨する一同。
「博士の発明を人殺しの道具になんかさせん！」
桶本修は工場を飛び出していった。しばらくするとその方向から大きな物音がする。
一同が駆け寄るとそこには桶本がうつ伏せになって倒れていた。

・マジテックは特許侵害でホライズンに訴えられた。
・マジテックはホライズンに株式と引き換えに、債権2億5千万円の3日以内の返済を求めた。

最終回を前にして絶体絶命のピンチ！2億5000万なんて用意出来ないですし、一歩も引く気のないマジテックのみんな、こっからどうやって逆転するんででょうか。全く予想ができないですね。
あるとしたら、ホライズンの闇を暴いてしまうことでしょうかね。
そしてラストは桶本が倒れてしまいました。最終回前なのでしょうがないですが、ちょっと最後に色々詰め込んだ感じはしましたね（笑）
とにかく、最終回どういう結末になるのか気になります。
