私は見た後に「これは・・・」と思ったのですが、やはり予想は的中してTwitterなどSNSでは不満の声があがり不評の方が多いようです。

不評のポイントをまとめて考察しみました
- 刑事の虎丸良平（船越英一郎）がうざい
- 真野礼二のコメントに共感できない？
- 原作と違いすぎる
刑事の虎丸良平（船越英一郎）がうざい
これは1話のネタバレ感想記事でも書きましたが、これが一番多い意見だと思います。船越さんがうざいという人がいますが、これは船越さんの演技というより脚本のキャラクターがうざいということでしょう。
虎丸がうざいと思われる要因はいくつかあります。
まず一つが
すぐにキレすぎ
私は見ながら「虎丸映るたびにキレてるなあ」と思っていました。主人公の礼二と会うたびにキレて怒鳴り礼二に凄んでいた記憶があります。
試しにキレた回数を数えて見ました。
するとなんと10回もキレていました（笑）
放送時間は実質70分なので10分に1~2回切れていたことになります。これは見ていてシンドイですね。
原作がこういうキャラならまだ良いんですが、原作は全然キレないどころか礼二と仲が悪くないのでドラマ版の改悪ということになります。
無能なのに偉そう
偉そうで「自分の意見は絶対だ」という王様タイプでも人に好かれるタイプがいます。それは、スティーブ・ジョブズやマラドーナなど圧倒的な実力を持っている人間です。
偉そうにしていても結果を出す人間にはある程度人はついていきますし、必要とされます。
しかし、虎丸は全くの逆で実力があるどころか無いんです。
虎丸はよく「勘」を頼りにして、礼二の意見に食って掛かりますが、その「勘」はことごとく外れ、礼二の言ったとおりに事件は解決していきます。
こうなれば普通は自分の意見は押し殺して、少しは礼二の意見を取り入れますが、虎丸は悪びれる様子もなく自分の意見を押し通そうとして礼二にキレます。
キレる内容も正論なら良いんですが、大抵間違ったことを主張して、それを礼二に指摘されキレています。
さらに自分のアテが外れると「新人が検査ミスしたんだ！」とノンナのせいにします。（自分が「科学捜査なんて誰がやっても一緒だ」と言ってノンナにやらせたのにもかかわらず）
これが敵キャラで1話だけ出演とかで、カタルシス要因なら良いんですが、いつまでも偉そうなのでカタルシスも得られません。
真野礼二のコメントに共感できない？
礼二が娘を殺された母親に対して「娘さんは、あなたを地獄（再婚した夫からのDV）から救うために産まれた。」と言うシーンがあるのですが、私はこれを聞いて全然共感出来ませんでした。
母親はこれを言われて救われるか？納得するか？と思いました。それに救う対象が、再婚夫のDVからっていうのも。
原作と違いすぎる
私は原作と違うことを悪いとは思っていません。実写ドラマ版は必ず何かしら原作と違う所がありますが、それが当たり前ですし。それがいい方向に行くこともあるからです。
2018年冬ドラマ「今日から俺は！！」は原作からかなり変更されていましたが、評判がよく同枠歴代2位の視聴率で放送中はHULUランキング常に1位、現在も2位と好評でした。
しかし、このドラマは原作の変更が悪い方に行ってしまったなと思います。
原作ではかなりグロテスクやエグい描写があるので、それらの変更は仕方ないと思います。むしろ、変更したほうが視聴者にとっては良いでしょう。
でも虎丸のキャラ変などは、完全に裏目に出ていると思います。
原作との違い

ストーリーが違う
ストーリーはかなり変わっていました。
虎丸と礼二が敵対している
原作では、虎丸と礼二は仲はわるくありません。憶測や刑事の勘で犯人を決めつける役は「狐谷」というキャラがやっています。
犬が手を咥えていたシーン
ドラマオリジナルです
遺体が見つかったシーン
ドラマでは山の中でしたが、原作ではゴミ袋から見つかりました。頭部が出ていて目玉をカラスが咥えるという描写です。また、手足が加害者の冷凍庫の中から見つかりました。
五十嵐美加が育てていた花
ドラマオリジナルです。
凶器が灰皿
原作ではビール瓶でした。（スポンサーを考慮してでしょうか？）
五十嵐美加が母親の再婚相手からDVを受けていた
ドラマオリジナルです。
加害者の殺害動機
原作では「彼女の手足が欲しかった。要らない部分は捨てた。」という異様な動機で、作中では報道規制がしかれたことになっていますが、ドラマ版でも規制がしかれた？という皮肉になってますね。
などなど、ストーリー展開に大きく関わる部分も色々と変わっていました。

虎丸良平のキャラが違う
これは上でも書いたとおりで、一番大きく変わっていたところだと思います。
真野礼二のキャラが違う
原作の真野礼二は基本的にはドラマ版よりもっと無表情です。また、ノンナとの出会いでは、急にノンナの腕を掴み腕時計の時間が1分23秒ずれていると指摘するなど、個性的な異常性のあるキャラです。
他にも食べ物は、あんこばかり食べたり、常に胸ポケットにはヒーローの人形を入れています。この人形は礼二が幼い頃から持っている重要なアイテムです。
海塚律子の性別・キャラが違う
原作では、男で語尾に「なのね」をつけるちょっと変わったキャラですが、ドラマ版では真面目なキャラですね。
出ていないキャラがいる
原作では「清松トオル」というオネエキャラがいて結構いい味を出しているのですがドラマ版にはいません。

どの人物のセリフにもまっっったく感情移入も共感もできなかった。。みかちゃんは母親を救うために生まれて亡くなった訳ではないと思うし、刑事があまりにも科捜研を馬鹿にしすぎてるし、考え方が古い。#トレース

錦戸亮のかっこよさが
最大限に出されており
とても良い。白衣、作業着、スーツなど全て着こなす錦戸亮はイケメン最強。
先輩 錦戸亮も、とてもいい。
あんな先輩惚れるしかない。好き。闇を抱えている錦戸亮に、心を奪われざるを得ない。
とにかく何しててもかっこいい。好き。

1話の視聴率
ドラマ「トレース～科捜研の男～」1話の視聴率は
12.3％
でした。最近の視聴率を考えると好スタートと言っていいと思います。
テレビドラマの視聴率は初回と最終回が高くなるものなので、今後はどうなるかわかりませんが、視聴率とネットでの評価は比例していないことはよくあるので、意外と高視聴率のまま進むかもしれません。
HERO2などネットでの評価は悪かったけど視聴率は良かったという例は家こうあります。
2話のあらすじ予告動画と予想
科捜研の法医研究員・真野礼二（錦戸 亮）と沢口ノンナ（新木優子）は、捜査一課の虎丸良平（船越英一郎）から東凛大学病院の外科医・真田和寿（名高達男）が殺害された事件に関連するDNAの照合鑑定を依頼される。
事件が起きたのは、真田の教授就任を祝うパーティーでのことだった。席を外したまま戻らなかった真田を探しに行った娘の有里（関めぐみ）が、控室のバルコニーから転落死している父親を発見したのだ。そのとき有里は、現場から逃走する男の姿を目撃していた。
真田の首には刃物を突き付けられたような傷があり、男の逃走経路には血痕が残っていた。また、バルコニーの手すりには真田の靴の跡があった。これらの状況から、犯人は真田にナイフを突きつけたが抵抗されて傷を負い、バルコニーを乗り越えて逃げようとした真田を突き落としたのではないかと考えられた。
警察は、防犯カメラの映像から被疑者の宮永 渉（篠原 篤）を拘束していた。現場から採取された血液と宮永のDNAが一致すれば事件は解決だと意気込む虎丸。しかし、照合の結果は不一致だった。
虎丸は、捜査一課長の江波清志（篠井英介）から、1週間以内に犯人を逮捕できなければ班を解散させる、と叱責されるが、それでも犯人は宮永だと主張。真野やノンナらを連れて事件現場のレストランを徹底的に調べ直す。だが、仕事へのプレッシャーから眠れない日々を過ごしていたノンナがふいに意識を失って倒れてしまい…。 https://www.fujitv.co.jp/trace_drama/より引用
予想
原作にはないドラマオリジナルエピソードでしょうか。でも内容的に原作5巻とかぶるとことがあるようなので、5巻をアレンジしたエピソードだと思われます。
ノンナが倒れるようですが原作にはそんなシーンなかったと思うので、2話もかなり変更されるようですね。
この物語の中心となっていく礼二の過去の事件のことについては、まだ深く掘り下げないようですね。
虎丸刑事は相変わらずパワハラキャラのようです。2話3話は既に撮影済みだと思われるます。世間の声が実際のドラマの脚本にいかされるのは時間がかかるので、虎丸刑事のパワハラキャラが抑えられるとしても、かなり後だと思います。
